In most online transactions costumer support now is not much a problem, most websites have their 24 hour onlne support live chats and some even have whatsapp chats so you can personally ask them your queries for better clarifications and understanding before giving you ok to the transactions. There are also websites who are telling the email accounts in order for the customer to seek help or clarification regarding to the services of online marketplace. Some of this are 24/7 online in order to support the necessities and problems of their clients and I am very proud that as time goes by, technology becomes a way to have a better transaction between customer and seller. Well, it might not be a big deal today but it is really need by customer. For sure. Before this advantage of having costumer service was not available in online marketplaces so everything was just assumptions. Visa cards informations are stolen, prices inaccuracy occurred and paid, misunderstanding on the order and the available items were not that transparent and easy. that i have read the job seekers can also update their presented resume and curriculum vitae and present it to the recruiting team of each and every company.
Ya. They can update it, keep it private or public. Depends on them if they want their datas to be viewable. It will be like facebook i think. So instead of giving a detailed paper resume to an employer, they can just refer them to their profile in Trustlogic wherein everything about their personal information and previous job informations are stored. |

I think that this is a sign that there are already a lot of investors and a lot more to come. BIDIUM will also trade cryptocurrencies because they have an exchange but together with it they also have a marketplace like ebay and amazon if i am not mistaken, and a freelance hiring platform. Ya right they charge very little and there are also transactions made through bidium patform that will not cost any cent i think if they use BIDIUM native token. Nice summery there. BIDIUM has is widely accepted not because its unique but because it charge less from other trading platform, I guess. We can see a more active marketplace soon. I see this project to be a success. Im wondering, since they are an exchange and a trading platform, aside from major coins like bitcoin, ethereum, bitcoincash, litecoin and the rest, will they also accept or enlist ICO tokens in their exchange or not? I think so, and they have to, if not they will not be able to compete with leading exchanges like forkdelta, etherdelta, kucoin, bitfinex, bitX etc. They have to comply with what is needed for them to succeed and be lined with the trusted exchanges. |

Your concept is linkedin-like. Who are these peers who can endorse qualified applicants or candidates to employers, are they just ordinary users or Trustlogic’s employees? I think there will still be a problem for Bob’s repair since the platform is decentralized so popping or creating of fake profiles and accomplishments in the platform will be uncontrollable since everyone is free to do so. I mean you would not really be able to determine if the profile posted is true or just another dummy profile just to catch more clients.

The problem with individual contractors is they are not given much attention since they dont carry a name of a company that represents them. The traditionAl way wherein one has to be a member or registered to a well known and trusted agency to be able to get clients but since these agencies serve as middle men, it is becoming too expensive for the contractors since they have to pay the agency or the agency has to get some percentage of the contractors’ pay in which the contractor also will charge to the costumers. It sucks you know, the losers here are the costumers.

You dont know how fraudulent are contractors in my place. Sometime when it comes to electricity repairs, they will replace your parts with something from them and at the end charge you expensively for it with out knowing that the parts they have put in is not new and already been used. I agree on the above comment, here in my country they will replace things even it doesn't need. they will tell that it's broken but not. But project will fixed it because of the transparency of things. [/quote] Here in my work right now. One time we were out of the house for the whole day, when we came back home our main water pipe was gushing out with water. We wonder what had happened, it seemed that the pipe was deliberately cut. We found out that my employer’s former technician did it on purpose so he may be paid again for repairing it. Wise donkey  . It happened because they have a family technician for years and they trust him with out knowing he is frying him in his own oil.  |

Would you want to have platform like Bob’s in your place too? I really wish we also have like this in my country where every contractor, carpenter, plumber, electrician, technicians take advantage of their clients need. Just because clients have no other choices so they take advantage of it. Yes of course! In my country, it is hard to call a skilled workers in urgent. Usually, most of the carpenters here in my town are incapacitated to repair the house properly. Sometimes there are damage in their work because they are lack of skills, they only know the basic. Not to degrade them but this is really what happens in my town. In Bob's repair, clients has assurance that the skilled workers have expertise on their work. They can easily manage if there are troubleshoot and aware of the unnecessary damage. Lol! They are not just unskilled they are also skilled thieves. My personal experience tells me this. They offered to buy the materials needed and they took the money with out coming back. This is because they are not known poeple to us. You are also experienced a thief worker? Well, it is not new anymore since there is no truth in this world, lies are always there. Hopefully, Bob's repair will issue some identity about their skilled worker in order for us clients will satisfy their work. They are real thieves disguising as repairers, carpenters, technicians but in truth all that they ever wanted is to rob the house who would trust them. |

I’ve read somewhere in the White Paper about the annual income of skilled workers, namely carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and roofers that are more higher than the annual income for all occupations. It only means that skilled workers are now more in-demand than other professions there are in the community. Well, it cant be denied, home repairs is a necessity and it can be undone specially when the repairs needed affects us badly from day to day.
