As of now, many ICO is launched everyday. And as we investors, we dont want to be scammed by any ICO, so we want to make sure that the ICO that we plan to invest is a legit and has a promising features. May I ask which factor is the most important in evaluating an ICO.
There are bunch of factors that is germane in evaluating ICOs which some of them are to check the CEO background , project own capital that's to know if the ICO have fund to execute their roadmap , business track record is important to know about there experience and for how long they've been existing before ICO and the whole team and their background lastly if they're just developing a product or have a working product. All the factors listed above is consequential when evaluating ICOs

Your post might be useful to some but majority of the airdrops have defeated it's purpose and while more than 3/4 of the airdrops are fruitless ventures which have discouraged me about filling forms of airdrops I've realized most of the projects just launch airdrops to draw supporters to every available platforms and award out stupid tokens with less or no value at all.

Well I discovered lately I'm getting used to cryptocurrency than ever and me and friends discussed it so much that we hardly talk about other things but I'm not sure if addicted or not and at the same time it's not disturbing anything in my world every other things going on fine I just know devoting enough time to crypto isn't bad it can only pay off if you're not greedy or gullible so that you don't get burnt

How can we make sure that the investment we use can surely gives us a true profit in an ICO? As an investors we want to make sure that we can surely gain profit on an ICO that we want to invest. Do you look at the ICO ratings from the rating of the ICO website when you plan to invest?
I don't look at any ICO rating website because I think all the ICO rating sites get payed for their services So it lacks merit in essence you can't judge which ICO is good or not with just checking their rating scores better still research the project by checking if it's viable coin and if the project have a product and lastly if there is really a unique idea behind the project

Bounty for me is more than a hobby because something you can earn a living from is more of a work than a hobby. Bounty hunting to me is a work I'm not doing it full time though but maybe sometime in the future it'll have my full attention and about tax and regulations nothing of such in my country yet but the Central Bank is reviewing digital currency so also national assembly trying to see how they can pass a bill on crypto to protect its citizens

Investing in ICOs isn't bad and not guaranteed either. $500 at a start is a whole lot and I think should have been spread over to invest in five different altcoins say $100 in five places. For me I don't delve on ICO I prefer coins on the market already most top five coins on coinmarketcap because I think they are viable and surely I'll meet up with my objective of investing with them. As a newbie you need to shine your eyes

what is the best exchange
Among the three you listed above, Binance is the best exchange, it has a very high volume and a good interface that makes trading amazing, it has all the stable and good coins on it. I so much prefer it because it's handy

It is hard to identify coins with good value and makes it difficult to recommend any ICO but doing good research and finding information can give clues to about what the future of the project can be. If I must recommend coins to invest I'll suggest those on the market already most especially top five coins on coinmarketcap, find the link here http://Coinmarketcap.com

It's encouraging to read this and hoping for more positive news for cryptocurrency, what I noticed is that it's only in Europe according to this news that optimum support is for crypto. I'm just trying to make calls to other continents to go the way of digital currency with the help of the government and legislators most especially Africa where I am from.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean about the question, How much would you like to manage Bitcointalk Signature Bounty? Can you rephrase that?
|
|
|
I think this is becoming rampant someone else using other people bitcointalk profile to join bounty campaign. I think it'll not be easy to completely eliminate such act but I'll implore everybody on this forum to be on the lookout for cheaters and report them immediately to get them banned and always endeavor to search for your username on all bounties before joining to avoid duplication which can lead to waste of time because if the bounty manager check manually he will invalidate your entry

Gary Genseler, former CFTC chairman of the CTFC, recently said that Ethereum and Ripple were likely “unregistered securities”. In other words, illegal (at least in the US in their present state of compliance).
Is Ethereum Operating in a Legal Grey Area?

A decision by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic to ease regulations on automatic teller machines has led to the creation of a plan to install 4000 new crypto-compatible ATMs, according to a Bitcoinist report. While the change in regulations does not mention anything about cryptocurrency specifically, the regulations have been adjusted in two key ways: first, they now allow for the installation of ATMs outside of banking establishments (ie grocery stores, pharmacies).
