81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will NEO and ETH reach ATH in next bull run??? What you think guys??? on: July 18, 2019, 10:56:41 AM
Guys , will ETH and NEO shows atleast 10x growth in term of price in next bull run??? What are your views guys??? Shocked Grin

ETH and NEO has not been as useful as people where thinking at the time they went mainstream.

NEO could go x10 just because its price currently is very low compared to its ATH, But ETH- no way.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin halvening price speculation? on: July 18, 2019, 10:29:41 AM

Strange decision. Halving usually pushes the cryptocurrency to grow, as the commissions for the miners are cut. We can wait for the bull run, and for the Moonrise of Litecoin, and there is no one reason to sell this token now, moreover, it is in the top-5 for many years. We can wait that this token will reach 150 dollars this year. It seems to be a reality.

it took me like 5 minutes to find one actual argument about halving and  price!

According to litecoinblockhalf.com every day 14400 LTC are generated, with price of 92 USD, this is 1,324 million USD. I speculate that most of it is dumped on the market. After halving , it will be cut to half. So about 7200 LTC generated daily with price ~ 650k USD. This mathematically would mean that price should go up because less dumping will take place. BUT there is an option that market will be afraid and will not understand what halving is and dump .
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: And we have a lift off! on: July 15, 2019, 02:33:21 PM
Today we could say " and we have a breakdown"  Grin
Ok, we truly can say that when the btc will go under 10k -ish support zone, then soon we will back to the point when the OP stated that " we have a liftoff" .
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 15, 2019, 02:31:02 PM

Can you remember or supply a link to the "regulation laws which can potentially impact them"?

Dont have direct link with law which talks about privacy coins.
My statement is based on pure logic- banks are accountable for knowing from where the money is coming to their accounts, they are enforcing these kind of rules to their customers.

Any exchange which is and will work with FIAT hs to have a bank account which has very high turnover. If the bank account holder can not track transactions tied to crypro transfers then they will not work with privacy coins. Too much of a risk for small profit form trading fees.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP SOON ABOVE 60$ ?! on: July 11, 2019, 02:17:24 PM

What you guys think about this picture. Could XRP really reach in a few months this new high?

Edit: This picture is not by me
No. XRP 60$?! Are you drunk or high, in anycase just "go home" and think with cool head.
People like to spread this kind of fud just because xrp has a relatively small value to other coins, but they dont understand simple calculus.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 10, 2019, 12:04:37 PM

Will be interesting to see what happens to decentralized cryptocurrencies vs. centralized cryptocurrencies in the near future.  I could see a situation coming up where governments will try to force companies like Coinbase and the like to exchange only centralized "legitimate" cryptocurrencies.

Edit: when I'm talking about centralized cryptocurrencies, I'm thinking of projects that are trying to jump through every single legalization loop hole nations through at it; i.e. Libra, Cardano, etc.

If I remember correctly , Coinbase the " legitimacy" of asset already has been of a huge importance . They are scared of regulation laws which can potentially impact them.

Dont even mention Libra, it a disgrace to block chain technology and crypto currency  name.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: July 10, 2019, 11:59:37 AM
...

Thanks, it makes sense now. It also gives potential explanation where the team got additional/ planning to get additional funds for their operations.

The total coin circulation of DOC has increased significantly, I remember when the DOC price reached 0.3 $ capitalization is only at  60 million $, but now to reach the price of 0.15 $ its capitalization must at least increase to 100 million $. So I will rethink the profit it can bring.

Yes, this is a important point. Traders should not expect as easy run up as previously. My prediction is ~ 60 mil market cap is the max which can be achieved if no new good exchanges are added to mtc market.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 09, 2019, 01:12:37 PM
Don't invest in it.

Use it.

You can both invest in it and use it. The one does not necessarily exclude the other. Besides, private wealth storage is a perfectly valid use case.
Yes!
I currently dont have a way to use Monero.
Most of  you will hate me for saying this but in 5 years time, I dont think that there will be much potential for good privacy coins investment wise.
And the reason is that regulation is moving in and they will not like exchanges listing coins which are non traceable.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Privacy Coins on: July 08, 2019, 01:02:55 PM
I've mentioned it to death, but I'm a big fan of PIVX--not necessarily because it's a privacy coin (I don't convert any PIV to zPIV), but because I earn by staking, and it's so easy to do.

According to stakingrewards.com you make 10% yearly and about 0,8% monthly by staking it. Is it really worth it ? Are you making money?
Because it seems that slight change in price wipes your staking reward out.

Would like to get some good article on the comparison between privacy coins.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: July 08, 2019, 12:53:19 PM

In the beginning, MTC's total supply was 1 billion and the current total supply is 783,285,021 MTC according to CMC.

This is the contract address for the burned MTC 0x34afa7ff9a8eb4d8e61145ca81e2d0dab7b03662, the amount is 216,714,979 MTC

1,000,000,000 MTC - 216,714,979 MTC = 783,285,021 MTC

So it is for sure that there is no hunky punky with the supply because everything is transparent. However, I'm not sure yet about the marketcap what you've mentioned. I hope you will get an answer from their TG.

This means that the only way that the actual supply of tokens could have changed is that they released tokens which were locked for the team or partners.
The icobench page states that there was 350'000 tokens initially for sale. According to your math, it would mean that currently there is 2,23 times more tokens than initially. Thus the market cap at constant price now and then should be also 2,23 bigger.

But when I take a look at coinmarketcap data, i get this:
May 12 2018
Marketcap:3,235 million
price: 0.0174

Jue 27 2019
Marketcap 12 million
Price 0.01737

Market cap has increases 3,7 times. So it does not fit the supply calculation increase.

The Telegeram is useless, I tried to bring this matter to attention several times. Only answer I get is from people who are calling for 10$ price and does not care about anything.

Maybe i should try to tweet them.

Of course, now you are in private sales but in your thread heading you mentioned 49$ million ICO, whether you have already raised that much amount through ICO or you are going to raise that much amount in the ICO?

This is the hard cap or in other words the best  outcome for the project in money rising phase.

Nice to see that  ICO is going forward, Recently more projects are having trouble finding a platform where to perform IEO.

Have you thought about the next move regarding your fund rising ?
Are you going to search for other IEO platform or will you do ICO ?
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 07, 2019, 02:26:05 PM
In the last days I am starting to consider that I should invest in monero.
The main reasons are :
1. Libra centralized shitcoin
2. FATF hard on for regulation in crypto space.

This very likely could force people to use Monero.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New Coins Will LEAD The Altcoin Bull Market (Poll) on: July 07, 2019, 02:15:28 PM
In my strong opinion older coins will gain a fraction of what the more new, more advanced, coins have to offer. Anything that came out during the bear market will do at least 10-30x when and IF Alt season comes while the older ones probably do half. Ps, top 15 coins are excluded since they will always be leading the market.

What do you think?

The question is not which coins will make the market go up but which coins will give the biggest ROI.
And the answer to this question is that the new ones will have bigger ROI! This is just hype, people lead to believe more i nnew things not those who already have their fomo spot in the sun.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge coin is good or bad for investment ? on: July 07, 2019, 02:04:52 PM
In the last weeks I have come to realize that it is a good investment. it does not matter if it has real world use cases, it has something much better - real world exposure , there are several celebrities which often directly or indirectly contribute to huge exposure fot this jokecoin and helps it to get investors.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: July 07, 2019, 02:01:28 PM

@hotforblockchain
I'm not sure about the prices and marketcap thing so I won't talk about it now, what I know that the total supply has been reduced.

In this case , it is even more weird. The only rational explanation for marketcap increase at the same price level is that supply could have rised significantly. Reduced supply would mean the complete opposite.

I have yet to recive an answer in their telegram channel as well.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the prediction of tezos coin? on: July 04, 2019, 01:20:21 PM
Most of you are just rewriting each other, with one idea" yes, good token, will grow"
Why? Why you think so , give some kind of argumentation behind your thoughts!

Past 2 days it had a good bump in the price, dont know why. Does anybody knows?

It is in top 20 , my thoughts are that it has place there only because of the huge amount raised in ICO!
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TELEGRAM CRYPTO GROUP on: July 04, 2019, 01:16:46 PM

99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cheap Cryptocurrencies(<$1) With Huge Potential on: July 04, 2019, 01:12:02 PM
Emh..LOL .
Looking for coins with small price in your case below 1 dollar is childish and stupid.
You are mentioning some of the large coins with super big market caps, their potential is small!
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴【✅$49 Million ICO】CRYPTOMARKETADS.COM【OVER 50k USERS NOW✅4 PRODUCTS】 on: July 04, 2019, 01:03:14 PM

Maybe, You should contact other popular platforms that provide tracking volume of the exchanges and are making the ranking list among them.
For example, Coingeco is a popular one, as well as coinwatch.com.
But the fact that they will continue listing and providing trading and IEO services is more urgent and frustrating.
In this way, You could not restrict users from trading on this exchange, so IMO the other steps should be done in a legal matter.

legally speaking it could very difficult because they allegedly are from Mongolia and had some kind of company in UK, only those who were tied to this UK company could be legally responsible if they have not left the continent yet.

Putting pressure on CMC is a good idea, this way we at least will see if they care enough to act on this matter.
