Sunrise Hyderabad have performed very well in the past, but Royal Challengers Bangalore have not fared well. One of the reasons for losing this match is the fall of wickets is more, in the beginning there was so much fall of wickets that the later batsmen could not perform well. The only win was possible due to the good bowling performance of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team. All the bowlers performed well and the batting also performed well, due to which the Royal Challengers Bangalore won this match.
The top and Middle order of Sunrisers Hyderabad were not able to perform well except for Abhisekh Sharma and Shahbaz Ahmed. The target of 207 can no longer be considered a huge one. Hyderabad tried to start huge but kept on losing wickets. Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar had previously scored half centuries for RCB. Even though being in bottom, RCB did performed well on most of it's games due to a consistant performance by Virat Kohli but this deep in league, they have no hope to play the eliminators. This win was required more for Hyderabad as they were fighting for the place on top. Abhishek Sharma played a brilliant innings of 31 runs off just 13 balls. But the batsmen of the squad were not able to maintain this consistency. Important and experienced batsmen like Travis Head, Marakram and Heinrich Klaasen could not bat well in this match. And because of these three batsmen not batting well, Hyderabad lost the match. Pat Cummins, Abhishek and Shahbaz batted well in this match. Kohli's Bengaluru won this match due to the good bowling of their bowlers. Mohammad Siraj could not take any wicket but he gave only 20 runs in 4 overs. Karn Sharma and Yash Dayal's bowling was very controlled. |
