I agree with you, if not for the red card Barcelona could not have taken control of the game, it wasn't one sided as we all expected and these days Barcelona have lost that energy in them like the way they used to dominate their opponent making the game uncomfortable for them, I think it started after they were eliminated from the UCL. They don't have that complete squad to do that damage to opponents and without the red card it could have been a game Valencia would have won or they end up playing a draw.
I wonder why Xavi hardly start up the creator of chances and he brings him on at the last minute or let's say 80mins+ in some games, talking about Joao Felix. I feel Xavi haven't noticed that Joao Felix's presence do cause a lot of pressure to oppositions in every game he starts, in as much as he is a loaned player I think that chance should be given to him if Barca wants to win a game without this same pressure they had against Valencia.

Xavi is a good manager and he has been in charge of Barcelona for a long time although his controversial decisions in some cases surprised us but still considering Barcelona's performance at the moment we have to accept that Xavi has managed to bring this team from a bad situation to a good one. Even though Xabi is a good manager, it would be foolish to compare this manager with legendary managers because some managers are far ahead of others in terms of categories. Pep Guardiwala, Zinedine Zidane, Luis Enrique and other managers have a different place and are definitely the best managers of all time. Barcelona scored the first goal at 22 minutes without any red card from their opponent, but Valencia equalized the goal and still added one goal to lead the match in the first half but Barcelona was still strong despite the opportunity  Valencia got to achieved all those goals. Barcelona changed the match in the second half to equalized the goals to make their fans happy and to have hope that they are going to achieve victory from their home to defeat Valencia, which they did to added another one goal to defeated Valencia 4-2  to embraced the three points. I think, Valencia would have make the match draw if not the red card that happened in the second half, because they took a good possession in the match to frustrate Barcelona effort but the red card made them to failed at the end of the match.

I think this would really be an even fight if only Valencia hadn't received that red card, a blunder that ultimately became a nightmare for Valencia. Both goalkeepers made blunders, but Mamardashvili didn't just make a mistake, because what he did was indeed a stupid decision. After that red card, the situation completely changed, where Barcelona completely controlled the game and it looked like Lewandowski really knew what to do with the advantage his team had.

Comparing Pep Guaridola with Xavi alone is a mistake because they are not suitable to be compared to each other. The careers of the two are so different that it would be inappropriate to compare them. It's not that Barcelona doesn't want to look for a new coach, but we know that their finances alone are unable to provide the best facilities for their players to date. Barcelona defense is very poor in this match because some of their defender players did the mistakes and this makes Barcelona have to suffered conceded 2 goals but indeed everything was change after red card incident for Valencia because in the second half Barcelona can control the game and with 81% ball possession they can scores 3 goals from Lewandowski and this result is makes Barcelona can collect 73 points from 33 matches and they still able to managed their points gap 11 points below Real Madrid

I totally agree with you. We cannot compare Xavi with Pep Guardiola in any way. Guardiola is a living legend. He is a very experienced coach. And he has already proved it several times. He has transformed the Manchester City team into a very strong team. Xavi on the other hand is quite talented, but Xavi cannot be compared to Guardiola. Xavi is not experienced enough.
