81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good Bounties on: June 03, 2018, 07:20:17 AM
I suggest by looking at bounties that Hero Members on this forum are participating, you'll have a nice clue. Of course, we also need to do our own research to have final decision.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 3 coins in 2020? on: June 03, 2018, 06:59:25 AM
I think in the first place will stand Cardano, in second EOS, and in third not yet created at the moment cryptocurrency.

Glad to see you also grade both ADA and EOS at high positions. But you really think both BTC and ETH will soon be overthrown from top 3?

I do not agree with you on this point because btc will always remain on the top being king of cryptos as caputalization will increase and more people will buy this currency due to regulations and use it as payment system globally. The second coin that stands behind it undoubtedly will be ETH being base for smart contracts and platform for new ICO's.At third position there can be any coin with developed technology and potential to compete with these two crypto pioneer.

You on the other hand predict the stability of BTC and ETH as king and queen on market cap. Any chance for new Altcoins?

Smile, let's face the reality in the present before talking about the future which is not overnight. The coin market cap would surely justify this. It doesn't worth arguing or even stressing ones for. Moreover, let's wait till then

I think prediction is a tool (besides others) for traders and investors. Let's guess, and it may be a good chance for us to select future great coins to HODL. For instance, 2 years ago if we had known price of ETH today, and invested in it, we would make big money now. That's a kind of game for luck and prediction we may enjoy.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Top 3 coins in 2020? on: June 02, 2018, 03:33:51 PM
I am trying to guess what will be the top 3 coins in 2 more year, say on 1st June, 2020.

Probably, BTC may not be the champion anymore but will still stand at runner-up position thanks to its historical role. ETH providing reliable platform for many valuable tokens can overthrow BTC to become the king. One of the coins with 3rd-generation blockchain like ADA or EOS will deserve the 3rd.

Anything can happen, and that's my prediction. What's yours?
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why ICOs are great on: June 02, 2018, 10:21:09 AM
Personally i Think they are great because investing just  became a lot easier and cheaper...

Yeah, quite agree with you. That channel to raise fund is great.

Yet, not all ICOs are so great. Or, only a few of them will actualize the roadmap and become sucessful. Those help investors make money, and become "great". Others may be not so good or lucky enough will burn our investing money, and just become rubbish.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why you should take bounty campaign seriously on: June 02, 2018, 09:45:37 AM
I have always been very serious to complete my bounty missions, but in the recent period of time, I have encountered many tasks without rewards, I wasted a lot of time, I was disappointed with it!

This is undesirable situation that I'm really concerned and trying to avoid. As I'm pretty new to bounty, it's going to take time to review and select good campaign to participate. Anyway, in my opinion, bounty still a win-win solution for both parties, the token issuer and participants. Thus, we need to be serious (enough) when spend time and effort doing it, part-time or full-time. Also need some luck to monitize what we've taken part in.

87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH can reach 1500 in this year?? on: May 29, 2018, 12:39:11 PM
ETH is still undervalues, i think it will reach at least 1500$ in december 2018. Anyone agree with me?

Not so optimistic this year. At least we need to pass these days when BTC may go through under 7k, or even worse 6.5k. Anyway, we can buy more ETH at low attractive price if we still have resource, isn't that good?
88  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do also Newbie receive merits. on: May 29, 2018, 12:23:41 PM
Do Newbies get merits also through making good posts...

Yes, definitely.

I'm currently a newbie and I got 1 merit point (from some generous guy, I think). That's really supportive point which encourages me to overcome this initial challenging stage. Come on, you can do it too.

90  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need Suggestions to move from Newbie to Next Level on: May 25, 2018, 02:33:07 PM
To be specific, to move from Newbie to Junior level, you need 30 activities. You can earn maximum 14 activities in the first 14 days, and the same in the next 14 days. If you post more, you still need to wait for next period to change post to activity.

So, minimum 28 days for 28 activities, plus the 29th day for 2 more activities to make 30. Then you move to Jr. See you then Cheesy.

92  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What will happen when the mining ends? on: May 22, 2018, 12:08:10 AM
I think mining will not end, as long as Bitcoin and other minable altcoins are still in circulation. The number of active miners may drop.

When max supply of each coin has been reached, there's no more block reward for validating transactions, then transaction fee must valuable enough to keep miners to maintain their job. Otherwise, certain number of miners may quit or temporarily cease operation due to high cost. Fewer players will get better transaction fees, and setup new balance in the supply and demand of mining field.

New balance can still help remaining miners survive, and keep the chains in work.

Now that the first week ends, is there any further instruction or requirement about what participants have to do next? Or we just need to repeat the steps similar to the 1st week? Anyone knows?
95  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies' sadness on: May 21, 2018, 05:18:33 AM
Fear is There anymore for a newbie like me because it has experienced some post that have been deleted by moderator i hope to pass a safe level

Haha, there're always newbies like you and me in this community, just same as there must be many kids in this world.  Cheesy Cheesy

I don't know much about the Merits and Bounties that many of you are talking about. I would think most Newbies are looking for answers and have no idea about the Merit and Bounty systems. The longer we're in the forum the more we will learn how to uses the rules. Because I do something wrong shouldn't mean that my post gets yanked or banned from the system. Admonishment from you senior members would be better received and I don't mean ridicule.
I have posted here and have as of yet, not received help on my question. What is the purpose of this forum? For the senior members to spout their supremacy and gather as "The Good Ole Boys" and embarrass the Newbie's?

As far as I know, Merit is kind of rewarding point used in this forum for your quality content, and "you can get merit by making good posts and gift it to other when you think they made a good post." You and read more about it in this pinned article.

Meanwhile, Bounty is rewarding tokens offered by startups when you participate their marketing campaigns like: translation, social network, signature, etc. For further, you can find somewhere else in this forum. Maybe, I'll try to find some proper links for easy tracking from here.
96  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies' sadness on: May 19, 2018, 06:45:42 AM
some seniors answered my questions by showing the links to read. it feels like no chance to have conversation. well, this is not the place for friendly conversations. is it a feeling being treated as strangers. dunno.. I don't care. just gain knowledge as first step in this community.
Nice point! Such kind of little ignorance helps us to reduce the feeling of burden to please other guys, and to focus on main goal: learning. Confessedly, I apply that way of thinking whenever I find myself being stuck, both in groups and in daily life. Tongue Cheesy

Rank is not everything.  Please be mindful that there are newbies on here who have bitcoins that are older than some of the members.  Don't assume that just because somebody has the rank of newbie or jr or whatever, that they don't have much to contribute.
Ahha, everything is just relative. Newbies in a community may be veterans in other groups or even in real life. Why bother too much? Huh

Hi friend, I feel the same feelings with you and most beginners unfortunately can not go on these terms because their enthusiasm is breaking. You want to write about a topic but it's written dozens of times before. it is very difficult to produce something new. but if you develop yourself in technical matters and in the field of information, you can also rise here. otherwise it is very likely that you will be a Jr member.
Just similar to the situation when a child is learning to walk while old men around have done and understood everything thoroughly since many decades before. We want and still have to grow no matter what, right?  Wink
97  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies' sadness on: May 18, 2018, 12:09:41 PM
When I started learning about bitcoin back in 2014, I, too was overwhelmed with the information I was reading about it, up to the point that I kinda lost interest because I need to read a lot of things. However, the approach I did to learn all the stuff I know about is simple: churn down things slowly and do not bite them all at once. This will help you keep learning things without feeling any form of pressure, and will surely get you hooked up since you'll get interested on the ideology behind bitcoin and why it is one of the greatest tech innovations today.

I believe you've mentioned a feasible approach for novices. Staying focused and be not so hectic will help to avoid getting overwhelmed in such a broard subject like crypto currency, or blockchain technology in general. Afterall, most of us still have a fulltime job and family to take care, thus don't have much time to "bite them all at once".

Perhaps, paying attention on topic "Beginner and Helps" seems my good starting point. Isn't it? Smiley

99  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to determine a good exchange site? on: May 18, 2018, 04:26:31 AM
Here's my own case.

I started with the popular exchanges like Binance and Bittrex. These two includes many options between BTC and Altcoins. A month later I also opened account on Poloniex, after reading about reviews on online groups, and from my friends. Additionally, I also went to smaller exchanges like KuCoin for trading some new ICO tokens.

As new traders, I don't think we should trade on too many exchanges, especially when we have limited budget. So, just do your own research and pick up a couple that you like and trust (hopefully) the most. When getting more experience, you'll know which exchanges to participate or simply drop.

A couple of words, hope that gives you some clues.
100  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies' sadness on: May 18, 2018, 04:07:07 AM
It's simply because most junior members and newbies don't know shit and are here only for the bounties and nothing else. The only people that are complaining "sr members arent noticing our posts bla bla" are the ones who are complaining only because their posts are not good enough for merits.

Maybe I'm wrong, you as a Sr. Member read and commented on my post. Frankly, your word is hurtful but mostly true  Cheesy.

If it is any consolation, I am a senior member here, but even my posts get deleted some times. I try not to dwell on it, but instead try to make better contributions the next time around. A good attitude, respect for others and a willingness to learn are key.
P.S. And don't forget, all legitimate members here had to start from scratch.

Well, your encouraging comment really helps. If posts by senior member may be deleted, then it doesn't matter if my post in the same situation. Just keep our chin up and keep reading, learning, and posting more.
