81  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 12, 2020, 01:26:47 AM
I had an account 18 months before I made the efxes@producehits.com account.  I hadn't bet at the site for 18 months and since I'm being truthful about EVERYTHING, one day I received a message when I went to log in that the account was closed or something due to being a USA customer.

So 18 months later I made the efxes@producehits.com account on a VPN.  I had never been KYC'd before.

According to my tallies via my emails, example screenshot here:

you can look at full transaction histories and tallies here from johncoltrane44@gmail.com 18 months before i opened the efxes account about 3 months ago:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1i-FSIgUq4NsDNjFS0lAULSytUpwHnB2Vf3Gtupu8ILw/edit?usp=sharing

In total I tallied that I made 198 deposits and 37 withdrawals and

Lost 2.6858 (negative -2.6858 BTC)

Cloudbet: please feel free to verify the transaction history on that account.  Here's a screenshot of one of the emails i used to tally this up.

Here's the tallies from the official spreadsheet of the efxes@producehits.com account, sent to me by head of customer service:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RinFRRp_GP6E7P124fUWljew_GXJXmLjGwBXweM6n0I/edit?usp=sharing

Here's what 10.7 bch is worth in bitcoin:

So I am up 1.75 bitcoins total (that is including the value of the bch) in the Efxes@producehits.com account.

I am down -2.6858 according to cloudbet's calculations in the johncoltrane44@gmail.com account.

This puts me as a lifetime loser on cloudbet at

1.75 profit minus 2.6858 losses

I am adding the screenshots of each email to each line in the spreadsheet to verify that these emails are real.  I am requesting that Cloudbet verify my lifetime losses on johncoltrane44@gmail.com over the 2-3 years I had the account.  I made 198 deposits and 37 withdrawals and lost a total of 2.68 bitcoins there.

So if this is the case, I was a long-time loyal customer 18 months before before I even thought to use a VPN in order to play on Cloudbet.  They closed my account since I used it from USA.  I shouldn't have, but I opened an account 18 months later in order to finally get back on Cloudbet.  So yes, I had two accounts.  But looking at my johncoltrane44@gmail.com account i had lost 2.7 bitcoins there anyways.  So I'm down overall on the site so this means that I should be due my money back.

@efxes. You lost your coins in bets and want them to reimburse you because of that rule? I reckon they should only reimburse you with only all your coins before you have taken those bets.

If you're late to the party, they caught me VPN'ing from the USA.  They want to take my $15,000 in deposits, but they said that I'm in the profit lifetime on the account.

As you can see above, I'm not.  I'm down at least .9 bitcoin but I am adding it up now and I already found an extra .03 deposit so it's looking like I'm a losing customer on their site still after this second account I made after they closed my first account suddenly because they stopped accepting USA customers.  I didn't try to circumvent that back then but now I did.

They are saying they won't give me back the money I deposited that's on the account because I'm profiting off of them.  But I'm not, I was a loyal losing customer for many years before this.  It was my mistake to make another account but I loved the Cloudbet software and I was a loyal customer, I chose them over all other sportsbooks I enjoyed my experience there.

But what Steve says is I am profiting but I'm not.  I'm a losing customer I've donated plenty, my first account closed 18 months before I made this account was -2.7 bitcoins.  I have no history of multi-accounting, only being a loyal cloudbet customer missing my experience there.

Yea i agree with everything cloudbet said except one thing. they keep saying im a big winner lifetime. since ive had other accts im actually down lifetime i believe, not sure on exact results but ive def lost on other accts too, i understand this is against terms of service too but lets be reasonable, they could look the other way and give me something for this, and make it clear that if i try to play there again from usa they will be allowed to confiscate everything

I've mostly deposited and almost never withdrawn in the entire lifetime of having the johncoltrane44@gmail.com account.

I'm down so much bitcoin and if they want to post the deposits and withdrawals of my old account they can do that to give more perspective that Im really not down that much.  Maybe they can just confiscate any deposits if I deposit in the future- in general at Cloudbet I was a long time loyal customer for 3 years now and have been making deposits and hardly withdrawing the entire time.  I won some back but not even close to what I'm down on the site.  I've given them a lot of BTC over the years and they want to paint me as a winner which I am not.   I lose loads at sports, more than I can afford.
86  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 11, 2020, 03:23:27 PM
i need to add some things as well.

I played on the site using email johncoltrane44@gmail.com in the past.

There, I'm not sure of the tally but I might be down 30 BTC or more, possibly much more.  I played on there for a year or two or more back in 2018 and earlier.

I'm not a winning sports bettor and on Cloudbet I'm down a lot.  So my total wins losses definitely is not up $30,000.  It's more like down $100,000 or more.

Here's a few emails of me losing BTC deposits from very long ago.

Hi johncoltrane44@gmail.com,

You have successfully deposited 0.10010162BTC. The funds have been credited to your Cloudbet account.

The transaction hash is: be0c14b6e9e219d281f2d6049e06007f4b4305553f30b0412f395740874751d5

The transaction was completed at 2019-01-12 20:18:37 UTC

Here's a BTC address that i used to deposit to
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1PNeoc2cyBfYTzwUwporWwNKYwqnVhW5CD?page=2

But I think that I am down many many bitcoins on the site, I don't know why i don't see all the deposits , maybe I had an additional bitcoin address, and i will tally it all up now using my emails (cloudbet can help in this too I am hoping by looking at ledger for johncoltrane44@gmail.com) but you have to understand, I am no winning sports bettor.  My life has been near ruined by sports betting.  All my poker winnings and Uber driving generally has gone to sports betting.

Only recently have I become good at betting on tennis and nothing else, but even then I tilt and bet lower matches and it is not easy to win, and I am down six figures or more if you think about bitcoin rise lifetime.

I'm very sorry about this, looking back I do think it's common for people in my situation to make up a story and stick to it.  When it comes to money I think people are willing to lie and make up stories when they feel justified- this is a big learning lesson for me to just stay honest no matter what.  I felt the money was more important than my integrity and I'm so sorry for mis-leading people.

I feel awful about it.  Tell me what I can do to make it up to you.

I want to add that it still doesn't make it right for them to take these deposits from me. If I deposit it then they are allowed to take the deposits?  This is so unfair, but complaining won't do anything at this point.  I don't think the lying should negate this fact... they still are guilty of stealing my last funds when I deposited them.

I'm usually such an honest person, this was so out of my character and I was not handling keeping up this story very well... the whole thing has made me very upset.

I do respect that and I apologize so much about mis-leading people.  I did a desperate thing that wasn't very smart or right... out of fear.  Wasn't smart to lie about everything- though looking back I think it's very common for people caught to make up these stories it happens a lot.

I'm very sorry Jolly.

Another confession: I have mistaken the last deposits, I thought the last 3 BCH and 11 BCH were from cloudbet they were not but you can see here my last 4 deposits and they add to 84 BCH.

On the last day within 2 hours I send three successive deposits of 60 BCH total (24, 20, 16)
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/address/qp468pkf0ujwcpr4ak70ceya4seyapzy4vxk7hewqv

This is the BCH wallet address.  I added on with each of those BCH deposits to the balance with the previous day's BCH balance I believe, though I know for sure the 60BCH wasn't because I lost, those were all basically one deposit.

I hear it's because they've done this to many more people so if they just gave me my deposits back they'd have to give other people their's too?  It's not fair though.

I don't think they are going to do that there are so many people with complaints about not getting their money I don't think they can accommodate all of these people

I sent X that day, I should get X back or whatever the cashout is if i lost or take the winnings back and give X back if I won and not the winnings just give it back you know?  And I will give my promise if I am caught playing there you can take it next time no problem but give me my life back, you know?

I don't think they will take your promise, for them you break their rules and that's it if it's only few hundreds they will give it back, but we are talking $15000 and this is huge money.

Hi.

Usually it is standard to return the balance on the account or the the deposits made on the account since the account had a zero balance.  This is standard.
I've never heard of someone accepting large deposits and taking them and not returning them (reputable books)
94  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 11, 2020, 10:51:31 AM
Hi efxes,

Very sad you history and i know what you feeling, you know what happen when you win big in online shitty sportsbooks, they will try to find any excuse to not pay you and then also some stupid guys around this forum telling you that you are scammer and blablabla... supporting 100% the scammer sportsbook, they talk shit to you because they are not in your situation.

Its disgusting what cloudbet did to you, its so much money but know you show to everybody what kind of scammers they are.

I just wish you good luck and hope you get you moneyback but i doubt they will change.... just imagine how much money they are confiscating or blocking accounts with money and they do not know about this forum or they cant find help.

Keep fighting, and wish you the best too.

Confession:
OK guys, this is me coming clean.  I'm an honest person and this whole case and the money lost has been eating me up inside.  I haven't been honest about multiple things so it's time to come clean.  I don't agree with freerolling a winning account's last deposits, and as a human being I can justify so many things and rationalize so many things in my head.  But I can't stay in a lie, I am a free spirited musician and enjoy just living a peaceful life.  So I have to confess multiple things to you guys, and I wish I did this from the start- I was desperate to get my money back and didn't know if I could get it back any other way.  Money doesn't come easy to me.

1.  i have never been to Mexico in my life.  I have been playing out of San Francisco area the whole time through VPN.
2.  I'm a well-known poker player in the bitcoin community that goes by tennisCHAMP or tennis known as an all out degen.  Used to be dice, but for the longest time it's been sports.  I quit casino gambling a long time ago and I figured out how to pretty consistently win at tennis betting at the higher levels like ATP and WTA and Grand Slam.  I've won SWC Poker BigBTC and streaming challenges for thousands in bitcoin , and I've been into bitcoin more than anything ever since I arrived there.  I used to vlog a bit and I was driving full time Uber for years here in SF.  $15,000 is a fortune to me and it scares me how much I was willing to lie about in order to get paid (even if I feel it's rightly mine, lying just isn't me and I couldn't really keep going with this without unravelling).

3.  I had an account a couple years ago on Cloudbet and they banned me for being a USA IP with no money in the account one day they just said we don't accept you, so I started VPN'ing in after a couple years off the site.  I had lost so many bitcoins it was unbelievable.

4.  I sent in real documents from USA, thinking they'd just give me my money back and ban me from the site.  That was not the case, so I started panicking and sent them in the fake note and stuff about Mexico.  This really crossed my threshold for how far I was willing to go and I lost it after I sent in the utility bill with the changed address- I don't like dealing with fake documents and doing this stuff.

5.  The reality is that as I mentioned, I have been a tennis teacher and an Uber driver and a starving musician for years.  A year and a half ago my Nissan Leaf got hit and I got an insurance check for $8,000 which I ran up to $150,000 in bitcoin on Nitrogen Sports within a few days betting tennis.  I bet like $5,000 on Fabio Fognini to beat Nadal in the semi's of Monte Carlo and he hit straight sets and moneyline and I won like $75,000.. Nitrogen Sports has since severely limited my 2001 account (one of the first to register to Nitrogen Sports through Bitcointalk).  I won and lost all that money within only 3 days, never even really cashing out to USD and a week later that money would have been worth $450,000.  I've not had a day go by where I don't think about the money I missed out on every hour, especially being so job skill-less and only really having played poker and bet sports as a means of possibly some day making good money (though I do make websites and am getting better at that).  When I just ran up $1,300 into $40,000 in a week at Cloudbet, constantly withdrawing in order to secure all the funds and re-depositing, I thought I'd never look back again.  I was doing quite well managing but when I had the $15,000 stolen from Cloudbet, I went on tilt and lost the remaining $15,000 and am now back to square one as always have been my entire 34 years of existence.

6.  I am cloudbetscamsDOTCOM on bitcointalk and the person who put up cloudbetscams.com after being advised by people who dealt with the 330btc scam case from Cloudbet and other people in the poker community who said my only real recourse is to go out Cloudbet from all angles in order to hope to get their attention and get paid.  The more shady stuff I uncovered, the more enraged I got and I really want people to know not to deposit to this site because of these things.  I don't know what's going to happen with the site but I need to come completely clean.

Now:
Cloudbet, I will give you permission to post everything you want about me.  I am well known as 'tennis' from SWC Poker and in the bitcoin community.  Some people will recognize me if they are OG poker players.  So I'm not really fearing anything.  I feel awful about lying, not to you guys but to myself (and also to you guys).  So I'm coming clean mostly because I live such a clean life free of doing bad stuff, I have so many interests and hobbies, degenerate sports betting is jsut one of them.  Though I'm becoming massively sharp at betting tennis I will admit- every other sport I lose loads at.  And I don't really even beat poker any more, though I do have an occasional God run on stream with people cheering me on at SWC poker.

Cloudbet:  feel free to post the information you need to the public about my USA IP's, as I admit I have never even been to Mexico in my life.  I was born in Brazil and it's always been a dream to get back there, but I haven't done much traveling except for jazz band tours and stuff all over Europe having played with BB King and stuff in Switzerland in a fluke but was so fun, I'm a professional saxophonist and beat maker.

You can post the transaction histories to clear that up, Idunno about posting my home IP but you can feel free to post the general locations all that to show that i was in the USA.

Beyond that, I still feel that I should be paid.  I hope I am not upsetting people and I should have been forthright from the start.  Money can truly bring out the worst in people, and it did in me.  I wanted to say anything just to get paid because I thought I was justified.  I felt like the angles and laws surrounding them preying on me for the TOS was not fair.  Waiting for me to deposit a large sum, I was obviously trying to leave a dent in their book- so they played the we can actually legally steal this money back.

But this is about the confession and the go ahead to release all the information.  Like I said, I used to vlog as 'tennis' in the bitcoin community documenting my uber driving and saxophone playing and music making.  Only a few people saw those but in general i'm not scared of a little fame or notoriety.  I still feel I'm owed the deposits on the account and I hope that the community will agree with me on that.  It's not fair to freeroll USA players so in my mind I justified lying to everyone, even if not so well on purpose, about being in "mexico" and stuff.

I'm here to answer any questions all week now that I'm being honest.  The monkey is off my back.

I apologize to everyone.  To SBR, to Twoplustwo, to Bitcointalk.  It was not right for me to say wahtever i needed to say in order to try and get the money back.  I still feel that I should be owed every penny.  It's not fair.

They should go for for an independent third party arbitration and respect the decision of the arbiter, this will prove once and for all on who is telling the truth and the legality of the claim, this is an interesting case, there could be a repeat of this scenario in the future.

Hi Robel, if you see thread post here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.msg55353973#msg55353973
I just confessed yesterday to multiple lies i've made up to try and get paid.  I'm sorry for mis-leading you guys but please read it and then decide.

I hear it's because they've done this to many more people so if they just gave me my deposits back they'd have to give other people their's too?  It's not fair though.

I sent X that day, I should get X back or whatever the cashout is if i lost or take the winnings back and give X back if I won and not the winnings just give it back you know?  And I will give my promise if I am caught playing there you can take it next time no problem but give me my life back, you know?

Twitchy Seal I have been in the USA the whole time playing from VPN but I deposited that day ~70 BCH,, I went to withdraw 67 BCH and there's -.26 BTC balance.  Instead of taking that out of BCH balance they freeze account and tell me they're keeping my $20k in deposits.

Cloudbet can release everything I'm fine with it.  I apologize for lying about where I was, I have never been to Mexico in my life I made it up.

Please see post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.msg55353973#msg55353973

Secondly:  Cloudbet volunteered to go to arbitration with Askgamblers.  Askgamblers turned down the arbitration twice because it has to do with sports betting.

I also have emailed curacao gaming who got in touch with Cloudbet.  It's been maybe 2 weeks and no word back from Curacao gaming so no luck there have to move forward.

I appreciate you Twitchy but don't understand removing the negative trust.

How do you feel about depositing $20,000 to a site you trusted, only to not be able to get it back?  I broke the terms, it's ok to rob me?

BTW don't know if you play poker twitchy but i am 'tennis' from seals see link above i lied about everything i am so sorry

"Twitch bounties are prizes awarded for achieving certain goals while streaming SwC Poker on Twitch. The qualification requirements and award amounts vary for each bitcoin poker bounty."

I led everyone astray and I do apologize I feel like really bad about that.

My head is blown from losing this $15,000.  Losing this $15,000 has meant the world to me.  The last remaining 67 BCH was supposed to have -.26 btc taken out of it, but they couldn't figure it out so they decided to rob me is how I feel.

Don't know how you would feel about it.  Tell me your feelings.

EDIT:  from now on you can call me tennis if you want
