couple years ago i bought 2 factor coin and recently decided to redeem actual bitcoins from it. i did everything required and got message that withdrawal successful. several hours later there are no coins on my address. i wrote an email to
guardians@titanbitcoin.com as it was prompted.
no response. i went to official website and wrote a message via contact form. no response either.
i went to check value page and found out that my coins are still on attached address. so my question is: how can i get my coins?
and why don't you answer customer queries?
