You have my supporto too.

I made a couple of similar donations/initiatives in the Italian section
I donated and helped donate to two associations that assist patients here in Italy:
deaf blind www.legadelfilodoro.it
multiple sclerosis www.aism.it

obviously any association/group to donate to is fine, as long as they are serious... I don't feel like giving greater importance to one cause rather than another, next year I will vary again who to send the donation to....

84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think casinos can stop demanding KYC? on: May 06, 2024, 06:03:10 AM
Until this Is a law requirement, they cannot stop to ask.
However KYC is also a way to avoid frauds related bonuses or multiple registrations.
for a certain reason it is something essential in these cases. anyone who has managed a site knows very well what happens in these cases...

...

86  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: BITCOIN PUMP! on: May 05, 2024, 12:12:12 AM

87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get your Dad (or Mom) to buy Bitcoin? on: May 04, 2024, 05:18:34 PM
my father bought bitcoin many years ago (of course I follow the whole process)
Honestly, I didn't insist on making this purchase but he decided independently.

It's my idea, but I believe that the best motivation to get someone to buy bitcoin is to make them understand the advantages of this technology. it is useless to talk about "earnings".
He could hit the wrong moment and have a sensational dump, or he could have a magical moment and suddenly make money.

This is one of the best method to pass wealth down the generations.
In a certain sense we are the first generation to use bitcoin.

I imagine that in many decades, it will be really difficult to acquire bitcoin directly except through financial instruments.
but it is not the same as having bitcoin directly Roll Eyes
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which device do you prefer for gambling ? on: May 04, 2024, 03:58:01 PM
it depends on the type of market and the situation to bet ... if I am playing for fun it doesn't matter...

during "real" betting session, sometimes I have also used smartphone to make bets while following an event live (it would be hard to have a laptop in a stadium during a match Grin )
usually when I am at home, the best way to bet is on the computer (maybe with some software Roll Eyes ).

Very sad for Italians supporter Sad there is a strong hype behind him.

...

Quote
ETF Bitcoin: Australia in pole position
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 03, 2024, 03:38:47 AM
Is there a chance Sinner is taking a precautionary measure to withdraw here to minimise the
risk of getting injured before Rome?
...
Definitely yes.
However this Is not the favorite surface for him so I see the chance for the win really hard.
In Italy there Is a "Sinner mania" probably linked to the fact that Is a new kind of "sport influencer" ... Far away from what we have seen in the past (One of the top players here was Fognini... Called also "fogna" - sewer).
There Is a lot of pression to see here live (there Is a big hype for the tournament tickets for the final are already soldi out...)

By the way It seems Sinner Is already suffering for hip injury like Murray... Here the difference Is the young age ... Shocked
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 1xbit violated self exclusion terms, do not want to help on: May 02, 2024, 10:09:07 AM
the real problem with this site is that they don't care on reputation.
even if some user has an issue, they have no interest in finding a solution and so on.
what is worst ... if you have an issue with them who you can ask support?
they have tons of issue, scam accusations and so on, I don't think you will have any solution on this issue.

94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You Submit KYC Before You Win Big on: May 02, 2024, 03:16:47 AM
if a casino clearly asks to complete a KYC I don't see anything wrong with it, since it is part of their current regulation.
If instead they ask arbitrary way the compilation of this documentation just because I won... undoubtedly leaves me somewhat disappointed...  Angry
there is also the suspect they are doing this to avoid to pay....

Generally speaking it is essential that they have security aspects that guarantee the end user does not encounter scams or problems relating to their documents, that's why I avoid KYC in any "unknown" entity...
95  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 02, 2024, 03:12:06 AM
Many surprises during this tournament, since all favourites (top players) are out now...
Only Medvedev (3) is still on route for the title...

Sinner is out due hip injury/pain will not play against FAA.
Personally I think this was a very easy match for him... nice chance for FAA to try to reach the final of this ATP 1000.
I hope I will have the chance to see him play in Roma Roll Eyes during Internazionali...
96  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will you do if you find yourself in a similar situation like this? on: May 01, 2024, 03:43:47 PM
in such a situation the only thing to do is take any action to recover the lost money (legal and ethical action obviously)...

first of all he need a recovery plan to understand how much is needed and what amount can be collected.
I would do double work, I would sell my "postcard collection", I would save as much as possible and avoid any waste.
depends on the amount lost, these can be really serious problems... despite this recovery plan it is impossible to reach that specific amount again... Or It requires years and years...

I hope that he will never bets on anything again for life, I think he should also ask for help from addiction help associations or groups.
97  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MJB Monetary Metals coins to skyrocket in value? Help needed on: May 01, 2024, 03:29:45 PM
I have some of these (Cooper) dated 2013 on the back and not 2012.
These have some "interest" by collectors? There Is difference between 2012 and 2013 edition?
What can be the current market valute?
These are looking really great...not graded but always kept in air-tite capsule...

99  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football/Soccer Winning Strategy on: May 01, 2024, 04:20:51 AM
I have always suggested a game mode that I call "elastic bet rule".
Basically you decide what to play based on a certain pattern and then apply it to your games.

....
8° Try to apply a rule in a betting (an elastic rule sound better Cheesy ) ....
Like... in the horse racing with more of 3 miles with hurdles some one as correlated (with a good R and good causation), when there is no an horse "strong favourite @ < 2" .... the horse quoted from 7 to 10 are really favourite, also when a 3 -6.99 horse run. Yes I know it's sound strange, but It can really work in a long period....
Another 2 easy example, in a dog greyhound, very often the position 3-6 are (no handicap) are unlike by the runners, due the high number of collisions during the run...
In wta tennis, the top ten after winning a set are really favored to take a final win....
....

only problem in this specific case: low odds + parlay bets.

But I'm more concerned about the parlay bet aspect.... Maybe this rule works in 75% of cases, but with a parlay bet you risk losing because you include the 25% of cases in which it doesn't work.
