- no niente gambling

E vedere come va.

283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do ex-players make better pundits than non-players? on: July 22, 2024, 07:01:55 AM
even if they are big players and have a lot of experience this not means they will able to provide or effective make better pundits than others.
as any human in they world they have also their idea not based on facts, they have many bias in their expectation...
Of course they can perform better versus a "perfect stranger" (or some one that doens't know a certain game or competition) but no more. I don't think they can have a bigger (real) advantage..
284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 21, 2024, 06:58:23 PM
Today Nadal was pretty far away from "Nadal" the player that we all know... Borges without doing nothing exceptionnal has achieved a great result (and without this player is something that can tell one day to nephews ...). The match was a kind of sad because I think anyone was expecting a more aggresive Spaniard... the N1 is another player...

Berrettini continue the actual tradition ( Roll Eyes ) of italian players that are doing really well. Halys wasn't the top opponent for him...no surprises here.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can solitaire be a game of chance? on: July 21, 2024, 09:35:03 AM
Are there really special skills to solve the solitaire game? Roll Eyes
personally I have some doubts about this point, at least for the classic versions we have seen/we know kowadays.
I don't know how much "fun" it really is to bet on a game like this... but it wouldn't surprise me to see variations on the games known today before these games will be launched in a casino.
286  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: BITCOIN PUMP! on: July 20, 2024, 04:23:26 PM
Roll Eyes
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽Prediction pre-season matches / club friendly on: July 20, 2024, 03:59:16 PM
even if pre season matches are harder to predict these kind of events have nice odds for underdog.
in some cases teams are using youth players or second team... with the proper update it's not impossible achieve nice wins.
Of course, such events should be managed just for pure pleasure: since there is no "competition" they don't have the same approach like " a big match"...
288  Economy / Gambling / Re: Telegram betting agent - best odds on market on: July 19, 2024, 06:59:07 PM
if you have a service to advertise you will be at least present to provide details and explain as much as you can so people can trust what you're offering.
if OP decide to "evaporate" isn't a good sign. Moreover if this service has not a ToS it's pretty clear that trust a complete stranger in telegram... this sound like the start of a big scam.... definitely avoid anything similar... pretty useless and with tons of serious risks.
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can long term rollovers work in sports betting?? on: July 19, 2024, 06:48:19 PM
I decide to withdraw once I have no more bets to play. It's not just related to a profit... it's something related the events to bet.
During these days in wimbledon at a certain point I have just got my money back (not related to profit or not but related to no more bets to be placed).
I don't want leave any amount on gambling or bookmakers (yes I know some are offering great opportunities but not your keys...)
290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How has a significant win in gambling changed your life? on: July 19, 2024, 06:28:21 PM
I have won some nice prizes here thanks to a bookmaker (DirectBet) (I was the second player in their rank as "best gambler").
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1234109.0
Their competitions allow to maximize my expertise in betting and in some specific live events.
Well, these amounts received have not changed my life (or at least not what I think is a real "change of life") but provide some chance for other investements and other activities/collaborations and so on...

beautiful all-Italian initiative.  Thank you for the work you did to organize it
I wanted to ask you, unfortunately not everyone can come due to other commitments already made (too short notice)
Are you planning on recording it or streaming it online?  Thank you

I'll be taking equipment with me to stream it. But this will ultimately depend of the internet quality on site.

My idea Is to have some recorded interviews/ meetings available for streaming during the event and after (lets create some material/reference for long terms)...
Generally in each day of this event there is a "live session" (1-2 hours) with speakers available "physically".

Regarding internet connection, we will have at least a couple of solutions available... i don't See any particular issue here, of course live interaction would be always the best and my target for the meeting.

would love to come.
Italy is a country with such a culture...
I love the food, the architecture, everything.
For what I know, Sicily Is much better then Italy 🤯 so a visit to meeting/region would be a must!

293  Economy / Gambling / Re: PowBit - Pioneering the New Era of Web 3.0 Online Entertainment on: July 19, 2024, 06:13:29 AM
Hi welcome to the forum. Could you please share also an URL? Is it your site?
Is this a gambling site? Did you have any special promotion linked to new users / users coming from bitcointalk? Maybe create an official thread on your site with all details that could be userful for new players...
294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Competition: Player with the smallest bonus donates all to Charity on: July 18, 2024, 01:36:54 PM
donate even small amounts to charity is always something important to do and must be always supported.
Each year I made donation of a small amount to some charity, of course these are not money come in from gambling but why not...
Well, pretty obviously that any player with gambling issue must avoid at all any similar initiative... but generally could be a nice way for doing a good action (even if this is not related to gambling).

296  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Stake Verification ( Verified Accounts ) on: July 18, 2024, 06:29:00 AM
this topic doesn't belong to this section since even if this is something gambling related here OP is offering a service.
however this service is illegal / not comply with any rule or regulation. it should not be listed here.
and more over, I will never take the risk to buy an account from a complete stranger on the net since in case of ban there is nothing that can be done...
297  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Smart Scam] Rollbit on: July 17, 2024, 09:57:13 PM
Of course this is something that could be solved in few minutes, but they are operating a business. This action has a cost, even many hiding cost.
If they perform for free they achieve a net loss. Also there is the risk that many players will make the same request....

I had a similar issue with some exchange that has some CLAMS on my address. But they are just not providing private keys... nor they are providing such coins Sad

For whay I know, it's hard get back this trivial amount. Moreover their ToS doesn't expect events related private keys Sad
Let's see if other user have a different experience to share Roll Eyes
298  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ AI powered Arbritage Snipe Bot - (A Real Earner) ⭐ on: July 17, 2024, 09:33:49 PM
what is the ROI of this "bot"? but moreover since there is anything ...can you show a demo / provide a vouch copy / send a test? or last but not least... can you explain what is exactly doing?

there is no sense in selling a method like this, just because if its profitable you can scale up... why restrict your own market?
299  Local / Raduni/Meeting (Italiano) / [Meeting] Bitcoin Collectibles Exhibition - Catania 27-28-29 Sept 2024 on: July 16, 2024, 06:22:32 PM
Cari colleghi collezionisti,
https://www.artribune.com/arti-visive/arte-contemporanea/2024/05/catania-fil-rouge-project/

27 Set 2024 6 pm - 7.30 pm = Inaugurazione / Apertura
28 Set 2024 9.30 am - 12.30 pm // 4.30 pm - 7.30 pm = Meetings e altre iniziative
29 Set 2024 9.30 am - 12.30 pm // 4.30 pm - 7.30 pm = Meetings e chiusura

300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What makes a gambler becomes addicted? Lose/winning? on: July 16, 2024, 05:36:31 PM
Scientific literature on that argument (gambling addiction) is something that has been developed only in the last 30-40 years. It can be defined a very young field and I think that any assumption not based on scientific evidence is just anedoctal and doesn't deserve to be taken seriously.

please find below an abstract from one of the most cited papers on the argument:
Quote
Gambling disorder is characterized by a persistent, recurrent pattern of gambling that is associated with substantial distress or impairment. The prevalence of gambling disorder has been estimated at 0.5% of the adult population in the United States, with comparable or slightly higher estimates in other countries. The aetiology of gambling disorder is complex, with implicated genetic and environmental factors. Neurobiological studies have implicated cortico-striato-limbic structures and circuits in the pathophysiology of this disorder. Individuals with gambling disorder often go unrecognized and untreated, including within clinical settings. Gambling disorder frequently co-occurs with other conditions, particularly other psychiatric disorders. Behavioural interventions, particularly cognitive-behavioural therapy but also motivational interviewing and Gamblers Anonymous, are supported in the treatment of gambling disorder. No pharmacological therapy has a formal indication for the treatment of gambling disorder, although placebo-controlled trials suggest that some medications, such as opioid-receptor antagonists, may be helpful. Given the associations with poor quality of life and suicide, improved identification, prevention, policy and treatment efforts are needed to help people with gambling disorder.
