I think if you stopped using Disqus and just used normal Wordpress comments on the blog, this discussion could start happening on your post. What's wrong with Disqus? The part where it wants an account. I mean disqus will let users use other logins, but it is a hassle. The default Wordpress solution of offering a Name, email, and url box seems like spam bait, but a blog operator only needs to get an Askimet API key once to avoid the comment spam deluge. Then there's the part where Disqus helps to facilitate cross domain web tracking, and is rather privacy unfriendly in ways beyond that. As a downside for you, they host your comments rather than you and you lose the comments on your content if they fail Disqus lets you post as a guess though, with a name and email...  Honestly I haven't seen what the disqus interface looks like in a long time since I've blocked it with NoScript because it is a tracking bug (I do the same with Google Analytics). I guess I cleared some things up. |

So hang on a minute . . . all this drama is about DONATIONS??? come on the litecoin devs recently collected 20k LTC or something for a client update, and you lot are carrying on about a couple grand worth that got donated in 2012, the guy is evidently working on microcash and intends to release it, and the money has already been donated anyway.
Honestly wtf. Pathetic.
