Taking into consideration that faucetbox closing I would like to ask if anybody knows, users had reached their threshold will take their coins. I had reached threshold 5 days ago but coins had not sent to my wallet. Faucebox says 'Your coins will be sent to you in up to 48 hours after you reach the threshold'. I read their announcement and I sent them an email. I know that they have bigger problems than my own so I ask if there are other users in the same situation as me know something about it.

We had some problems with bitcoind daemon. We fixed it today (I hope) and you should get your coins with next batch of transactions.

That's a sad news  Embarrassed . From the site stats it can be seen that the users withdrew about 24 BTC and the site has experienced a loss of 3.5% till now. I always thought that they would have been always profiting from the faucet owners' fee, etc. but this didn't turn out so.

And these are stats for last 14 days only Sad

Does anyone knows what "Error code: -5" means for the r66?

It's an error code from ePay.info API. I have no idea what it means though.
84  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] ePay.info, Micropayments and Faucets on: November 08, 2016, 07:58:42 PM
Where the links of API to which we can post request for making a payout?
I do not want the php script but integrate payments in my application ?
Any way out?

It's a standard SOAP API, you can find WSDL here: https://api.epay.info/?wsdl .

As everyone is giving advices I should too Tongue

Buy a decent DDoS protection. If you're going to use CloudFlare, get at least Business plan. When FaucetBOX.com was starting down and Microwallet.org was closing, there were many, many DDoS attacks on both services and I expect something similar again. The "Limited DDoS protection" of Free and Pro plans of CloudFlare wasn't enough, at least for FaucetBOX.com.

Since FaucetBox is going to be closed down, but script updates would be released in the future, I believe nastyhosts service would also be available.

Yes, as far as I know nastyhosts will still be maintained.

It's a shame that FaucetBOX is closing, it will certainly leave a large hole in the micropayments industry.
It's been a pleasure helping out with FaucetBOX on the forum, and I wish Kazuldur and his team the best in the future!

Thanks minifrij, I'm really grateful for all your help here.

To everyone asking for a price of FaucetBOX.com: We've made a decision not to sell FaucetBOX.com to keep the good image of FaucetBOX.com and our company, even in the face of closing.

What a surprise! The project seems to still rise and rise!

So what now with faucet owners will have to ask for another API, or they have to change the script?

New version of Faucet in a BOX script supports ePay.info and Paytoshi, so if these are acceptable then faucet owners don't have to change the script.

Important news: https://faucetbox.com/en/closing

I saw some friends creat 4-5 chrome profile , all of them open 1 faucet( defult script), after fill all captcha and address (all have same btc address) , they use auto clicker and record all claim button's location and auto click 5 button very fast , i tried that trick and see that faucet send me 3 times.

Hmm... that may actually work when faucet or FaucetBOX.com are slow. We'll try to fix that race condition in next version (r67, as r66 is already in testing - actually it's serious enough that we'll fix that in r66). Thanks for this report! (finally a report with a content)

This is now fixed in r66: https://faucetinabox.com/en/versions

How often I can vote for faucets on faucetbox list and it's count?
Each vote is counting or there is some restriction as I don't know, maybe 1 vote for 24h for specific faucet?

You can vote only once per IP address.

Something I'm really interested about:

Can you name the top 10 customers of yours?

Thanks

I can't really tell anything else than stuff that's already on our stats page: https://faucetbox.com/en/stats

Hi, I am not using FaucetBox script for my faucet, but minifaucet script (payouts through FaucetBox). Is it possible to integrate nastyhosts into minifaucet script?

Sure. Try something like this (untested):

Code:
$result = file_get_contents("http://v1.nastyhosts.com/".$_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"]);
$result = json_decode($result, true);
if($result["suggestion"] == "deny) {
    die("Banned");
}

There's no backdoor in the script. I'm also not aware of any unintentional bug. The timer code is pretty old now and many people did some customizations or just checked the code, I don't believe there's a way for bots to bypass the timer without using different IP addresses.
94  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FaucetBOX.com Discussion on: November 03, 2016, 09:39:32 PM
what is (Faucetinabox_IPs) table of the database?

It tracks when was the last time each user (as identified by IP address) claimed coins. It's needed to enforce the timer. Why do you ask?

@Kazuldur,

Just curious what happens to btc that is sent below the minimum?
I sent a little over 100k satoshi but site ended up taking a fee out of what I had sent
so seems on your end you received 0.00073598 BTC but ofc since it was below minimum it wasn't credited to my address.

~AvalonRychmon

The minimum applies to amount sent before our fee, so if you sent over 100k satoshi to your deposit address then it should get credited.

I accumulated LTC but waiting from last 6 days for payout..faucetbox is not giving payout...what's wrong with them...I emailed twice but no response...!!!

What's your litecoin address?

EDIT: Nevermind, I've found the issue. You should get your coins in next 12 hours or so, sorry for the delay!

Collaborate in that? in your 'profits' of users who use their script, It refers to that?

Not collaborate, but elaborate Smiley. Please check the private message I sent you.

faucetbox script r65 has a bug in faucetbox know but do nothing to correct it, I send them several emails and never answer

Here is a post in spanish explaining what the bug BUG faucetbox script r65

Can you visit this site leaseweb and tell you the IP 46.165.197.1 is abusing activity on your web
the range for that IP address is 16383 IPs | this is the range 46.165.192.0 to 46.165.255.255 you can lock it yourself if you want from the .htaccess

if you want a list of harmful IPs I can give you a long list, faucetbox you will never say any of this because it is something that they themselves are interested

Can you elaborate? I don't really see what's the bug here. This whole range is actually blocked by our service that Faucet in a BOX script uses: http://v1.nastyhosts.com/46.165.197.1 . Is there a bug in how the script handles list of IP addresses to be banned?

EDIT: I also don't speak spanish and can't really make the sense out of it when using Google Translate.

Good day fellas!

This last few days, everytime I access Faucetbox.com to check my wallet address in my mobile browser, I'm redirected into this:

Anyone experienced this on Faucetbox?

Huh, the new ad network we're using must be doing that. I'll see what we can do to fix that (in worst case we'll change the network, such redirects are unacceptable for us).
100  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FaucetBOX.com Discussion on: October 12, 2016, 05:53:06 PM
You have taken down a-ads ad spot on your website so please remove Ad Unit #241774 from a-ads.

How can I do that? I didn't find such option on a-ads unfortunately.
