I have gave him a time frame to pay me back what I lost (71$), and refund Seisatsu BTC. He sure does talk nasty considering I have all his personal information down to his street address. Not only will I give it to the police and press charges, I will post it on these forums for all those who have been scammed by Liberty Payout to pay a visit.

I have thousands of dollars in transactions under my belt and will continue to make more transactions on here.
Lmao I think the days of "transactions" are over with for you. Just read the only voucher left on his signature to know that. Like I stated before, im done arguing. I have been in contact with visa since the scam took place, they actually called me after you emptied my balance because they found it strange coming from an IP from Philidelphia when I live in California. Im not going to argue about IF you scammed. Its a fact. The evidence gave to the police is plenty enough for them to get a search warrant and release your personal information. You have 24 hours for my money and Seisatsu money to be returned.

This is from siesatsu's http://pastie.org/private/7q5hiiaunhw47dnngzk2lq

Are you reading what you're typing? How would I have known I was going to be thrown into prison if I hadn't logged in and checked my account? What fraud? You gave me the card information and everything else. You received $425 in bitcoins, if you are unsatisfied return them and I will return your visa giftcard, with all charges refunded.

Liberty, your making yourself look like a idiot. Its a well known fact any messages received can be read through email. Its also a well known fact you are a scammer on these forums, and its useless arguing with you. You have been warned of the consequences.

Your finished dealing with me? Ok we'll see about that.

EDIT: Admin please do look at the PM's. You can read how he asked for my Visa registration, logged in emptied it, said I would get my funds the next day then didnt log on until he was presented with being thrown in prison for Fraud.

Yes document it all you want. Osa Ekhator.

By the way that "quote" from me is only half true. Thats not siesatsu's address I gave you... Very strange that you changed it. his address is 137ssxAFfmowUdh5mKacnDfgkC5wKM1Qoh

He is claiming he stole only 425$ when it was 496$.
87  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Liberty Payout ($1000) on: December 22, 2012, 04:10:29 PM
Liberty Payout WAS trying to scam. He did CLEAR my Visa account to the last penny. I know for a fact 100% sure he is a scammer the only reason he gave back money is because me and paroxistic got a search warrant on his comcast giving his name, location, family members. We had to threaten him with pressing charges to get our money back. Charges are still pending until Seisatso revieves his money back.

Jimmysmith is a scammer or atleast says he is who he isn't:

He is saying he is zapsoda on bitcoin-otc but the verified zapsoda denies that's him.

Very true, nice find.

Some nice progress coming along in the case, honestly though, Liberty Payout has got to be the most idiotic scammer ever. He's scammed thousands of dollars, which is a felony, and does not even cover basic things like IP. Won't be long till the cops come knocking..

Jeez he sure did cash out. So he made at least 2500$ off scams who knows how much more we dont know about. What a scumbag, I gave him a bitcoin for his "help" before he ripped me off of 500$.
92  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Liberty Payout (lrp) and wallet.dat exploit on: December 20, 2012, 01:26:16 AM
Yes, the police have been contacted and show interest in this case. I've been speaking to an administrator from FBI internet crime bureu she has showed great interest in it and the case is moving along. You cant simply steal 1500$ and get away with it. This is my second time being scammed and I can promise you this peice of shit is going to be a prison bitch.
93  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Liberty Payout (lrp) and wallet.dat exploit on: December 20, 2012, 01:11:13 AM
LRP is a SCAMMER. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=131107.0

Not to worry tho, he will be dealt with in court if the funds are not received.
94  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Unsure: Liberty Payout ($1000) on: December 20, 2012, 01:09:13 AM
Liberty Payout is in for a lot of trouble. Me and Paroxsitic have contacted the FBI's Bureu of Internet Crime and filed a police report. Bitcoin OTC was kind enough to give us the offenders personal IP address. New Jersey, the home state of Liberty Payout happens to have some of the strictest laws in the country regarding internet fraud/crime. After the Bureu reviews the evidence they will be contacting websites used by the offender to get his exact location. Me and paroxistic have been speaking over the phone almost all day working this out, contacting agencies, getting evidence etc. I realize people rarely go to prison over Bitcoin scams but thats only because the victims dont know who to contact and they are never reported. My brother who is a internet defense attorney gave us all the places we need to contact to get this thing rolling. The only bad part about this whole scenario is that me and paroxistic will probably end up spending more in court fee's then we lost. Neverthless, once this is finished it will be one less scumbag scammer lurking these forums. Wish us luck!

Im dealing with Liberty Payout. Right now hes getting BTC for my visa prepaid gift but has to wait for his partner to finish the transaction. I do think he can be trusted, but I can tell you for sure after the tranaction is completed.
