If I have won small amount of money as I am gambling with small amount of money and going for low odds, I will stop gambling for the day.
If I am losing, I know I should stop for me not to lose more.
Sometimes I gamble at once with big amount but not huge. If I lose, I stop. If I win I stop. I do this if I do not gamble much that week and if I just have little time to gamble.
Gambling is nothing if people think with the brain. And if people think with emotion, gambling is a lot for them. The point is if you can control the brain then you are successful and if emotions exert their influence on the brain or drive the brain, then you are a failure. Everything is emotional and today's game. If the brain says I am satisfied with a little then you can stop playing or you are losing a little today, today is not going to play anymore. Then you are successful. But if emotions rule the brain. Like, you are just winning a little bit, keep playing and win more or today is just your day. Today only you will be heard. Because that's the age where they absorb more information because their brains are like sponges that would absorb those information no matter how trivial it is, that's why kids with trauma during their formative years have a hard time when they're growing up especially if that trauma wasn't dealt with, they remember those stuff that you do to them. I'm sharing this because I saw this issue with my kiddo who was once watching me gamble at a website playing blackjack and she started asking me more about the game. Then one day, she wanted to play it herself and asked me if she can go for it and I said "no, it's not your legal age to go for such games". So, it's better to keep our kiddos away from gambling and let them focus on their studies, else it'd actually ruin everything for the whole family if the kid takes the wrong path.
