81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Several unconfirmed tx. How much time it needs to reverse? on: August 24, 2017, 12:09:43 PM
I can try to accelerate your tx and no it can take upto 14 days. I've recently seen tx that were stucked for 7-10days.

EDIT: Accelerated with viabtc
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin to BCC wallet??? on: August 23, 2017, 08:09:26 PM
Yesterday i send bitcoin to my ledger wallet but i think i mistakenly send it to my bitcoin cash wallet because the transaction doesn't show up in my BTC wallet.

Export your bitcoincash wallet's private keys and import them in any bitcoin wallet you use. You will get your coins back.

Please post your bitcoin address, is it multisig address? (That starts with "3" instead of "1")

Your seed is 12 words or more?
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: My sending BTC is unconfirm pending so long on: August 22, 2017, 11:51:42 AM
There are over 63000 unconfirmed transactions right now and as Enkeci said you paid a low fees. It will take some more time (about 6-12 hours or more) to get confirmation.
89  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: electrum unfonfirmed transaction? on: August 22, 2017, 09:07:48 AM
Since you have sent bitcoins from a exchange to your electrum wallet it's not an electrum issue.
You need to wait for confirmation and it may take 4-5 hours or more since tx fees paid by that exchange (170 sat/B) is lower than current recommended fees (360 satoshis/B).

90  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: (2FA) Two Factor Authentication question on: August 22, 2017, 05:12:33 AM
Use Authy for 2FA and make sure to keep a backup on their server. It can be used on multiple devices if you want and in case if you lost your mobile phone, you will only need your mobile number to recover 2FA codes.
With Authy can you use your email address to recover the codes or just with your mobile number?

Normally both are required for security, but i case you lost your phone and you can't get your mobile number back, you can contact support and you will be able to change your mobile number.

93  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for Website Ideas on: August 21, 2017, 01:18:18 PM
Stolen via malware etc for example see this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2059967.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2059967.msg20879432#msg20879432  His coins were sold on bittrex by the hacker, if there was some way to track and notify bittrex on time, he could have gotten his bitcoins back.

and ofcource scam's can be added too.

Now I understood.
It seems like a useful idea for a lot of people, the only problem is if people will trust the website and provide their private keys.

No you are getting it wrong, they don't need to give private keys.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So I have BCC and BTC or what? on: August 21, 2017, 11:18:58 AM
Since the hard fork happened do I now have BCC and BTC? Are they both the same coin and I have a choice which one I want and there is a limited time? For awhile I thought that I have BTC and can transfer it over to BCC for a limited time or something like that. After doing some reading though it looks like I have the same amount of BCC as I do BTC and somehow they are stored separately. If it is the later I'd like to figure out how to see this. I'm kind of confused though so help me Bitcoin Community. Help me. Huh

Division happened. And they are two distinct currencies, without any involvement. However, the money you get is BCH, it's not BCC, I think you got it wrong.

BCH and BCC both terms are used for Bitcoin cash
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Need help retrieving Bitcoin on: August 21, 2017, 10:41:06 AM
You need to contact shapeshift support.

Sent funds to the wrong address. Can I recover my funds?

3. It may be a ShapeShift destination address. If you somehow entered a ShapeShift address as your destination address, we will be able to return the funds to you. Open a support ticket, let us know, and we will be able to return the funds if this is the case.

96  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Looking for recommendation to start on: August 21, 2017, 12:53:11 AM
What most people do is, they mine new coins first and collect them and sell them at higher prices once community grows or they get listed on exchanges.

Ps: Check these sites and chose the most profitable one.

97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So I have BCC and BTC or what? on: August 21, 2017, 12:40:25 AM
If you have bitcoins in your wallet before 1 august, you will have same amount of Bitcoin cash in your wallet now. There are multiple ways to separate your coins and no there is no time limit. You can either keep it or sell it.
Which wallet you are using?

Ps: you can check your BCH balance here

98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please help: lost 0.5BTC; transferred by mistake to BCH address on: August 21, 2017, 12:19:05 AM
Glad to know that you got your coins back.
99  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electron Cash fails with "non-canonical DER signature" on: August 21, 2017, 12:10:48 AM
It won't work, because electron cash was not built from scratch,it's only modified for normal BCH transactions. That's why p2pk and multisig transactions are not working on electron because it does not supports BCH properly and transaction is getting denied by server because it might be using bitcoin blockheader but broadcasting it on bitcoin cash server or vice versa.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Paper wallet test, not sure if it worked? on: August 21, 2017, 12:05:15 AM
It's empty, you need to check coinjar. You 0.10c transaction is might be pending.
