Please be on top of preventing another disaster like last year. That was some serious bad stuff going on with a lot of people losing money.

I think Dubai decided to adopt bitcoins because of its numerous tourists - trying to make it easier for them to spend money without having to convert to fiat.

That chart is a bull trap, the coin is dumping. Its pump phase is over for now - till maybe next month or early next year.

Zcash costs more than Zcoin because it had more publicity and more whales backing it up from the start.

This crazy price to me is an indication of market manipulation. No-one in his right mind would ever have paid more than a million dollars for a coin that is fresh. But if you hold a ZEC and you hold 3000 BTC, then why not buy your own ZEC with your own BTC and have the price charts explode (with the hope that another idiot is going to buy your coin later at $100, instead of the initially planned $15 or so) ?

I am not aware of any valid FUD around bitcoin itself asides the Chinese government planning to ban bitcoins which turned out to be false.

I know that some incident of claiming to be that they were hacked but in reality they just run away with their customers bitcoin.
So we can't remove the way of thinking that our bitcoins with the exchanger are a bit unsafe but still they are helpful to all of us.
Maybe just choose some reputable wallet provider like blockchain.
It does not look like Bitfinex ran away with people's money, they are in the middle of an FBI lawsuit now. |

I like coinbase and the fact that you don't pay fees. It would have been my main account if not for the series of hacking incidents we've been having in crypto-world.
