81  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxes and regulations on: May 05, 2018, 08:51:01 PM
To be honest I use crypto as an asset,  most of the times at least. But my opinion is that crypto should be used for paying and not holding. After all bitcoin is made to be currency and not asset. But governments will not accept crypto without taxes, so I guess taxes are maybe inevitable. At the end, opinion of common people matters little.
82  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bulls are back on: May 05, 2018, 05:41:51 PM
Price is definitely recovering, but I am not sure if we can say that bull ride has started. But you are correct when you say that people has started investing and are feeling a bit safer. After all price rising is showing the same thing.
As for trading strategy... I guess that all serious traders have some kind of strategy. Only those who are not knowledgeable enough about crypto, have no strategy. But at the end, two questions will always be active... when to buy and when to sell. Also I agree that best amount for investment is, the one which you can afford to lose.
83  Economy / Economics / Re: A Trump + Merkel ban would mean nothing on: May 05, 2018, 03:22:51 PM
it is not just about the supply although i agree fully with it.
it is all about the fact that bitcoin is a decentralized currency and what this government or that government says about bitcoin should not matter in first place!

it is obvious that if a government accepts bitcoin with open arms (eg. Japan) the growth of bitcoin will speed up consequently but if the opposite of it happens the growth won't stop, it will just slow down. and the government can not resist revolutions, they eventually have to give in because bitcoin is inevitable so is its adoption.

You can't say that decisions of some government is not important, because everything is connected when it comes to crypto. What I mean is, if one major country like US decide that crypto should be banned, that would probably make chain reaction and some other countries would ban crypto as well. That would have strong impact on crypto, and to be honest who knows what exactly could happen. After all if people can't use bitcoin as an currency (which is main goal of it), and earning extra money becomes to complicated, eventually large number of people would leave crytpo market. I agree that crypto can survive almost everything, and that revolution can only be delayed but not stopped, but decisions of our governments matter. Or at least that is what I think.
84  Economy / Speculation / Re: Brian Kelly Predicts Bitcoin Price Will Increase $25,000 by the Year End on: May 04, 2018, 06:41:55 PM
Wow I really didn't expect my predictions were going to be very similar to high profile people in crypto businesses. I think he is really right bitcoin will hit around 25000 to 30000 dollars in later this year in my opinion.
That is nothing special, its only mare speculation. With simple speculation there is only two outcomes,  either the price will go up or down. Without proper evidance, your opinion or for that matter opinion of "high profile people" will always be simple speculations and nothing more. And because of that I say its nothing special, or at least that is what I think.
85  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshiladder.com - Multiply your luck on: May 04, 2018, 01:34:12 PM
yea i get it, too many retards around, that keep trying to put the triangle through the cube form.
high house edge? if you bet normal its 1%. and it stays 1%.
please, tell me, how does any of you handle bitcoin or any crypto, if you are obviously too stupid too shit
If you are trying to start business where human interaction is important thing, you should get used to people disagreeing with you. Also you should try to learn from other people thinking and advices (not all of them are useful, but some are). Customers will always try to find negative things first, only later on will they look for good ones. But that should not discourage you, also you should not give in to your negative attitude, because that will force away your potential customers. This example shows that you still have much to learn about social relations, but keep the hard work and one day it will pay out if you do it right.
86  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis of the mid-term for Bitcoin price on: May 02, 2018, 08:27:38 PM
From all the predictions you made, to me #3 seams like most likely to happen, or at least something nearly the same. But I guess there are some factors which we can not predict, because we are not aware of them. And those factors could affect bitcoins recovery greatly. Lately a lot of news speak about regulations of crypto, when that starts it will have impact on crypto prices. But I guess this are just what and ifs, you said it well enough in your predictions.
87  Economy / Economics / Re: A Trump + Merkel ban would mean nothing on: May 02, 2018, 07:51:44 PM
I think that false information is intentionally launched, but it is not clear with what purpose.
Main goal of spreading misinformation is always same, FUD and everything that goes in hand with it. I guess because price has started rising, some people wants to buy more coins, but for lower price and for that they need something which will bring price down a bit. And there is where this misinformation comes in handy. At least that is logical explanation that I could come with, because banning of crypto is almost impossible to happen.
There could be other "secondary" reasons too, but main will always be the same.
88  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshiladder.com - Multiply your luck on: May 02, 2018, 06:16:25 PM
Its nice to see when people are trying to make something new. Also I like simple things, but to be totally honest here, this is too simple even for my taste. You should improve UI and overall site a bit. Maybe its just me, and maybe this is only start from which things are going to improve, but you should really aim to improve it, sooner better than later.
I'm sceptical about all new gambling sites, so for now I will just keep watching sites progress and hopefully one day I will bet some BTC on it. Also I'm interested in answer on veleten's question.
Good luck in the future.
89  Economy / Economics / Re: A Trump + Merkel ban would mean nothing on: May 02, 2018, 02:51:57 PM
Only those who know very little about things that are going on in crypto world, still believe that total ban of crypto have high chances of happening. I mean its not totally impossible, but chances for that are extremely low. Banning crypto would bring nothing, while on the other hand regulating could bring so much to EU and USA. Governments will always chose course of action that suits them the most, and that is not banning.

But I guess that you are correct, that on long terms price would recover. But it would be massive blow for crypto market to lose EU and USA users. Losing users is never good for product.

It will only serve as a way to weed out weak hands that didn't deserve to hold Bitcoin in the first place.
We are all responsible for our own actions, but that doesn't mean some deserve to hold bitcoins more than others. In my opinion, what you said is just wrong. We all make mistakes and pay for them.

And the ironic thing is, they themselves will buy the dip, and a couple of years later when they have amassed an huge amount at cheap prices, they will legalize it again, making all the noobs FOMO back in.
I would not be surprised to see something like that, after all we are talking about politics and making money.  Smiley
90  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin price reaches $20.000 this year? on: May 01, 2018, 05:13:33 PM
There is an article that bitcoin will reach $25k within this year. And there is also a chsnce that it will reach $250k in 2022.

All that those so called experts are saying, is worth exactly nothing. They only say things like: it could, it might, there is possibility... and so on. I don't understand why people see it like its 100 percent accurate information, and that bitcoin will do what they say. Stop being blinded by so called experts. Instead do your own research and form your own views, those will be worth much more than those of "experts".
91  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Career Opportunities - Especially With Markets Being Down on: May 01, 2018, 02:33:30 PM
for those who already understand cryptocurrency they do need patience to wait for price to rise back, morover at desember when price is on the hill. but for those who do not understand bitcoin many think that this is a lie investment.
Sadly, people got used to way of thinking that everything is controlled by someone. So when it comes to decentralized crypto, which is controlled by no one and everyone, they can't believe that and think its some kind of fraud. There are other little things which makes most of people not believing in what crytpo represent and in crypto itself. But you are correct about knowledge of crypto. Knowing how crypto work is essential for everyone that wants to enter crypto world, would that be trading or getting payed with crypto.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most trustable and famous gambling website? on: May 01, 2018, 01:53:21 PM
I have been using gambling sites from time to time, and there's so many of them that you could use. But I guess that sites which I could recommend are the sites in which I enjoyed the most. Those are Nitrogensports and  Crypto-Games. You can try out Casino Royal. Personally I haven't tried it yet, but it seams like a good site. Also I guess you could check out Fortune Jack, friend told me they are not bad. But I guess that at the end, all famous and good gambling sites are generally similar. Good luck  Wink

95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain of data privacy is coming on: April 23, 2018, 09:53:40 PM
With blockchain technology out there, and with such huge support base, it was only a matter of time before something like this appeared. I guess we can expect more and more projects like this.
But some how I have a feeling that our private data will never be as "private" as we think, speaking in general of course. I don't say that this project is bad, this could be next best social media out there.
Its good to see that people are thinking about using blockchain for more then just cryptocurrency and tokens. Will follow this project. Who knows, it maybe turns out to be a good one.  Wink
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CUDA NeoScrypt Issue on: April 23, 2018, 08:29:08 PM
If I remember correctly, you need to find appropriate version of miner software which supports your CUDA version (in your case that means older versions of mining software I guess). If you don't have newest CUDA version for your GPU, than I suggest you download newest. Also download newest drivers for your GPU.
Know that Laptops are not made for mining, so I guess you could expect some temperature problems (never mined with Laptop tho). Also, as far as I know no one supports laptop mining, simply because they are not made for that. Also, I doubt it will be profitable, but I guess you can try and see for your self.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does it look like cryptos will skyrocket again very soon ? on: April 23, 2018, 07:13:52 PM
It might not be skyrocket, but it is still better since its increasing, as BTC recovers we see that its progressing even there are news of another sets of banning in some countries happened.
Can you provide some more information or valid prof of those banning? With a lot of FUDs and fake news in past few moths, I think you can understand my scepticism.
Events like that tend to have large impact on crypto price, and I was planning to sell some part of my coins next month. With valid info I should consider selling before price drop. Also if those information's are truth, they could slow recovery of crypto for some time, and that is not something we love to see.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEXT hot coins in 2018!!! MUST BUY!!! on: April 23, 2018, 07:01:13 PM

ICO success rate for 2017 was low because all projects were made for being a currency and just that. Blockchain is capable of much more than that.
2017. was not so bad for ICOs, because if making them was not\is not profitable, people would stop making them. Last year didn't have low success rate because most of ICOs was made to be a currency, but because competition was so strong and only good projects survived at the end. I would call that survival of the fittest, and not bad success rate because they were made as currency.
But I agree that blockchain is capable for much more.
99  Economy / Economics / Re: Is hodling good for Bitcoin, and how its affecting it? on: April 23, 2018, 11:53:03 AM
I would like to thanks you all for clarifying me how Holding affect bitcoins price and why it could be good for it, or bad. This showed me how little I know about economics, and how some things actually work in crypto world. So once again Thank you all. To proven further spamming I will lock this thread.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will do to banks what email did to the postal industry. on: April 22, 2018, 08:29:17 PM
Bitcoin will eventually win the banks over, first the blockchain technology, then bitcoin as a currency to be used a basic exchange medium, like dolla and pounds in fiat..
Nah, that is not possible. No matter how much we don't like what banks do and how they make money out of other people misery, there are advantages in having banks around.
Ask yourself... if there was not for banks, where would people leave their valuables? Or should people hold whole their savings in their houses maybe... Nah, banks are necessary evil in this world.
With bitcoin and blockchain out there, they will not die, they will merely adapt and everything will continue.
