1021  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of drinking alcohol. on: May 17, 2017, 02:21:05 PM
Every Year thousand of thousand people died of cancer and major portion are come from alcohol addiction.
So....

This is a ridiculous statement. Researchers have not yet been able to prove the link between alcohol and cancer beyond doubt. Also, you should remember that ethanol is not a carcinogen. Only when it metabolizes to acetaldehyde, the risk of cancer arises.
I agree with you, it is not proven that alcohol can bring you a cancer. You can die from it, that is for certain. I mean there are organs that suffer under a large portion of alcohol, but to be carcinogen, well that is just ridiculous. But even without cancer, alcohol brings problems that need to be dealt with, and i hope that in future people will think about that even more.
1022  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War 3 on: May 17, 2017, 02:17:18 PM
As per Albert Einstein said that it would not be the world war 3 who could declare the winner else it would be on the world war 4 in which people now only uses a stone sword or an archer. WwIII is worst because of the nuclear war trust me
It does not have to be like that. First of all, even if nuclear war happen, there will be some places on earth that will not be destroyed by nuclear bombs. So that mean that some pare of human race will survive and continue to live. And if we take that nuclear war happen, and it happen in most larger scale that it could, well that we have nothing to fear, because Terra will not be livable for a long long time. And even if some miracle happen and people survive, there will be technology left to salvage and it wont be stone and sword and axes...
1023  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: May 17, 2017, 02:10:58 PM
You contradict yourself. According to the definition of religion (http://www.dictionary.com/browse/religion?s=t), whatever you believe in is a religion for you. Nobody, not even you, can walk around without having any beliefs whatsoever.

A sane person will believe in things that seem logical. It is not logical to believe that science theory is fact when it is acknowledged by scientists to not be know to be fact. Belief in science theory as fact is religious belief.

Cool

Wrong.
Science is not a religion. You say that theories are acknowledged by scientists to not be facts?
Well that's the very difference between theories and theorems... But only few theories remain. Most science aspects have been proven right now.

Could you give an example of a scientific theory that is not proven? Cause the only ones I see are... Well no scientist "believe in them" they just find those theories interesting and we think it MIGHT be the answer but that's all.
I agree, it would be wrong to call a science a religion. Because they do not deal with things that can not be proven. There were theories that was proven wrong, but in science things are always like that... right or wrong. In religion everything is based on belief, and that people cant prove to be right, because people believe in many things. Maybe atheists are a bit more on scientist side than on religion, and that is why they need proof for religions teachings.
1024  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: May 17, 2017, 02:03:42 PM
Because most services which accepts bitcoin now are not asking about my name, address or credit card number.
In addition I am sure that no one will hack their data base and steal my personal data, credit card and use it later.
You have a good point there. Everything you wrote is truth, and i agree with you totally. In my environment i know only two kind of people, those that are paranoid about there personal info, and those who do not care enough about it. But i think that their are bout wrong things to do. Personal information have great deal in day to day life, and it could lead to even greater scams. It is important to keep it as secure as possible, like you said.
1025  Economy / Economics / Re: Moment for buying or selling? on: May 17, 2017, 11:01:17 AM
I was thinking, because of Bitcoin price skyrocketed, would it be wise to buy bitcoin now? I have some bitcoin in wallet, but nothing much, and i was thinking to buy some bitcoin more. But because of price rising in last few days i am not sure what to do, because if i buy now, maybe price will go down and ill lose profit, or maybe it will go up and i did not buy so ill lose profit too. What are your thinking on matter and what do you think how much will price of bitcoin rise this year?
speculators are saying bitcoin will touch $3,000 in 2017 and from the beginning of this year many trading has seen the sign of that. The best time to buy against is now as there is a pull back from $1,800 to $1,700 the market is trying to get enough momentum before the next pumb which may touch $2,000.
Yes i was thinking that too, but i was not sure. I needed other people opinion, and that is why i made this topic. I was thinking that moment for buying was now, because price will go up more. And i must say that it is nice to hear that price will go around that much up in this year. I am new to bitcoin, and i think there is bright future for it. And above all, i would like to make some good moves and earn some money from it Cheesy . I mean we would all like that. Cheesy
1026  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Evolution is a hoax on: May 17, 2017, 10:58:24 AM
Does anyone have any written records in the history and religious holy books about the estimated time of which Adam and Eve were living on earth?

Because recently they have found some remaining bones of a female human like creature going back 3.5M years ago.

I once heard that Adam and Eve's graves are on the same mountain temple where Jesus was supposedly murdered and they are 12 meters long their grave stone shows that and the sight is forbidden to visit by Israeli forces.

Some say we were living on earth even 200 million years ago.

I know one thing that we all share almost %99.7 identical DNA, all the living things share the same DNA with only a few genome different.

For all the religiou part I don't know what you're talking about.

But no all living things don't share the same DNA with only a few different genomes.
All living things have DNA and DNA is always made of the same 4 elements. But the number of possibilities is infinite and we don't share much of our DNA with a plant for example.
Yes that is right, there are almost endless possibilities. Even a small difference in DNA can make a big difference. To evolve in something i think there is need for precise DNA match. But there are still a lot of things that we do not know. Maybe in future people will have all the knowledge about humans and other things.
1027  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The problem with atheism. on: May 15, 2017, 08:24:27 AM
The real problem with atheism they are not believing in church but they do believe in their own belief like that god doesn't exist anymore or having a bad experience i know they believing in god when they was a kid but having an bad experience while they growing up.
I will not say that I am not interested in the topic of atheism, but I often have their debts towards believing people and towards God. I can not understand why he was not so zealously opposed from the fact that someone chooses faith and goes to God their way. What is the residual purpose of atheism and in general who has slaughtered this attitude to religion.
I guess there are too many things that can make one person to become an atheist. But for true believers that can not happen that easy. And when i say true believers i do not mean blind fools who follow just because they are said to do this or that. Belief comes from within the person, and its not something that can be lost so easily. But i understand why some people tend to go to atheism, and i can only accept there view of things and respect their choice.
1028  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: May 14, 2017, 07:15:20 PM
Easy to use and fast.
No bank account required.
Besides, I have full control.

To be honest, I even find it difficult to answer this question, because I do not have to use bitcoin as a currency. For me bitcoin only items, with the help of the money I earn. But shopping or other things I have not yet carried out.
A new virus which struck Europe requires payment in bitcoins to unlock the computer. So now everyone should have bitcoins, just in case. This is another application of bitcoin that will continue to gain momentum.
This new virus that you talk about, i have heard about it. But i hope i will not encounter it, not ever. Bitcoin is getting stronger day by day, and it is only natural to see that bad people have started exploiting things. Bitcoin have bright future ahead of it. But i think that it will all pass and bitcoin will still continue to live, and people will start using it on daily basics. This virus will have bad influence on bitcoin reputation, but i hope that more and more stores will continue accepting bitcoin as payment.

Why there are still monkeys around if they were part of our evolutionary beginnings ?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cz0gFarCfBE
Lets assume that fact that we descended from monkeys are true. Why there are still monkeys around you ask. Well first of all, i guess that not all monkeys would be able to evolve. Some of them would stay monkeys, and that explain your question. And it would take a lot of time for evolution, from one specie to another.
1030  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would YOU choose to live forever? on: May 14, 2017, 06:56:32 PM
Depends on the physical state I would have if I could live forever. If I remained healthy and young I'd gladly accept that opportunity.
I think that is the way of thinking for all of us, we would all like to stay healthy and young Cheesy . But even if you were not that much healthy and young, you would have like infinite time to find out way to bring people to stronger state, or maybe people would find out way to get people to be younger. People could do all kind of science stuff, if only they had enough time. Imagine what would happen if greatest scientist of man kind was still alive Cheesy . I would take immortality even if i was in wheel chair, because tomorrow i would get prosthetic legs that would replace my own broken ones. Cheesy
What if your fate was so you were homeless and poor? Imagine what torment to live forever on the street and look for food in garbage cans. Than live, probably better to die.
Well that could happen, but only at beginning. Because even if you are homeless at start, you have infinite time on your side, and only lazy people would stay homeless. I mean with all that time on your side, what could stop you from moving forward. Most of peoples limitation comes from there own personality.
1031  Economy / Economics / Re: Moment for buying or selling? on: May 14, 2017, 06:52:03 PM
The moment for buying bitcoin is when you have money and you wanted to invest, every day is a good day for buy because if you hold it for long term the bitcoin price will be going up, and the time for sell is when you need money or you want to try to trade
I think that is wise what you said, and would work most of times. I think i will consider buying now, because i have saved some money, and i do believe that price of bitcoin will go up more... in time. I was sceptical about buying bitcoin at first, was not sure if its stable enough or will it last long enough. But now i am certain that it would be a good move to invest some money in bitcoin. We will see how it goes Cheesy .

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21PXdxPNI2w

Do you live in the real world or do you waste your life on the internet?

I'm 50/50. Sometimes I don't use social media or internet except email and google maps maybe, like, for weeks but then some months I just sit on my ass on the internet.

What's your lifestyle?

Well I think a lot of people are guilty of this an I'm not excluding myself as there are days that I actually waste just browsing through my laptop or phone. I think this is one of the negative effects social media is bringing to society. I've tried not using my phone on a certain vacation and being disconnected from the online world is a pretty good relief from stress.
Yes of course. We all spend time browsing, and i think that is good because so much good information can be learned that way. And even social medias are good, to some point. But i agree with you about vacations, that is where you need to relax and forget about everyday life. If you go to vacation and do everything that you do everyday, you will miss so much good things.
1033  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is Religion slowly dying? on: May 14, 2017, 06:30:07 PM
I think you really can't blame people if sometimes they're losing faith in what they initially believe in. I mean, you just have to look around. All these hatred, scandals, abuses coming from top religious people. Sometimes people have to think first before blindly following a faith that they've been so accustomed to following. It won't hurt to observe if what you're following is right or wrong already
Too much bad things had been done, and most of it was as you said by fanatics from every religion. It saddens me to see so much hate in people, hate that happen between different religion, just because they think there religion demanded that. Blind following had bring people only misery. Religion have good side too, but for that you must not follow it blindly.
1034  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: May 14, 2017, 06:24:08 PM
I am not an atheists, but tilting towards it. Mainly because the biggest of wars were fought to show that one's religion is better and still these wars are being waged. Even less violent religions like Hinduism have so many evil things associated with them. Religion is doing no good to the society. It's better to be an atheist and just don't harm other people or animals, contribute towards a better society and stay far from the crimes.
So many bad things had been done in the name of God or religion. But we must not forgot that every bad thing that is done it is done by man, and man alone. I do not think that it is fair to blame everything on religion, because religion on its own teach us to be good and help and love each other. Corrupted people who use religion for there own gain are bad, not religion.
1035  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of drinking alcohol. on: May 14, 2017, 06:18:21 PM
You will earn more money and be more respected if you don't do that. And there is even worse things, that come with drinking. Relaxation is in everything only temporary, except if you know of better things, like meditation perhaps?
You nailed it bro Cheesy . I agree with you totally. There are more bad things that comes with alcohol than good things, and as you said relaxation that alcohol provide is only temporary. I do meditation almost everyday, and it helped me a lot. Made me a lot calmer and more focused on things, would recommend to all. Cheesy
1036  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about the death penalty? on: May 14, 2017, 06:15:25 PM
In my point view,  though the death penalty is against humanity, but it is suitable for the killer. It creates fear among the people and keeps them from doing such types of cruel activities.
If someone occurs a murder, then he should be punished in the same way.
So I do support....

I think it's not against humanity. The death penalty is not imposed for all types of offenses. The death penalty is only imposed on the offender who deserves it. Like someone who kills other people. When he dares to kill others, he must also be prepared to get the same. And also to people who corrupt the state money, eat state money that should be channeled to the people who really need the money. When he is corrupt, he makes many people who should be able to enjoy the money becomes increasingly miserable. I think a man like that deserves a death sentence.
Everything you guys said is totally true, and i agree with it all. But i am not sure if death penalty should be given to a people who are leading country, that is too harsh by my standards. But i think that corrupted man should be punished severely, but not with death penalty. But i agree about chain reaction.
1037  Other / Off-topic / Re: The Meaning of life...? on: May 13, 2017, 11:37:40 AM
im sure that everyone would have thought of this at least once at some time or the other,

what is the meaning of our existence?
are we created by the gods of various religions or by some unnamed god on some random whim?
could we be living inside another world(the matrix basically)?
are we to live everyday to ultimately die?
.
.
this got me intrigued and thinking,i'm sure that many people have different opinions and different answers,so post em up,i want to know ur different opinions and answers .
First of all, people tend to overthink there existence too much. Does it really matter that much if we are created by God or we evolved from some caterpillar or whatever... What is really important in this mortal life of ours, is that we live happy and fulfilled life. Be good to each other and help one another. Live life, find your soul mate and get married, get kids. Kids are maybe most important thing in human life, because they are our living legacy. Life is more simpler than we think it is, people made life hard to live.
1038  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safest way to store your bitcoins? on: May 13, 2017, 11:33:05 AM
Im relatively new to crytocurrency. I have read in manys sources that the safest place to store bitcoins is in a offline wallet. Why are offline wallets the safest? What are your recommendations?
Well i personally use Blockchain Wallet, and i must say that i am happy with how it works. For now i did not have any kind of problems, and i think they have good protection, maybe i am wrong, but even if i am i do not store too much of bitcoin in wallet. I have heard about offline wallets, but if i got it right they server to transfer bitcoin even without internet connection. There are some useful topic that talk about wallet security, maybe you can check them out.

1040  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is taxation theft? on: May 13, 2017, 11:22:37 AM
Personally, I do feel it is theft, I never consented to any taxation. I feel that this video helps explain the video quite well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGMQZEIXBMs

Tax is good,

The Governments use taxation to encourage or discourage certain economic issues and decision.

The more people pay taxes the results are greater construction activities of infrastructure such as schools, roads, hospitals and other public facilities and also generates more jobs.
Yes i agree, and i would say that you are totally right about that. Because if governments did not exist, it would be every city for them self, and that would turn in all out war. Maybe even to some kind of monarchy, where there would be one man to lead, and in that case its same. There is no possible way of living without country, i mean there would not be safe way.

Where do you draw the line? If governments exist, then it is every government for itself. If the whole world is under one government, then it is a war between the government of man and the government of God.

Rather, let every man be a government for himself and his family, the way God intended it in the first place.

No taxes, except in the family. Only free trade between families.

Cool
Yes BADecker that sounds really nice, but there is more problems in that than you want to admit, and you know it. If it was every family for it self, don't you think that will cause all kind of problems, people would fight a lot, even more than they fight now. There will always be people who would rather take from others than to work them self for something. And maybe it would be better if there was one government on the world, but even that would not mean that its Man against the God, that can not happen. Because even when communist forbid religion, there were those people who still believed and worship God. And in your case it would be every man for him/her self, and that would be end of use, and you know it. People need to stay together and build thinks together, but there is need for leader too, and even one man can be considered government so ....
