good day sir dogie, if you can help a newbie... I currently have 1 antminer s9 11.85th, i can control the fan speed and frequency. i want to add more s9's, but i read that the new firmware for the new s9's has fan and frequency issue. question: which s9 has this issues? 12.5th? 13th? 14th? I don't want to face the issue.  I want to buy s9 where I can control the fan and frequency because its tropical here in our country. |

I'd be a little concerned. If anything were to happen you'd have a hot gooey mass to contended with and no way to salvage anything either. Plus why is it there in the first place?
It's sealed air tight, sucking cold air from inside an air conditioned room, and blowing the hot air out a window. the PSU's never got hot. |

I'd be interested about people's thoughts on keeping miners/PSUs so close to styrofoam like this. Seems like a nightmare to me. Also keep in mind that because of the PPLNS method the first several payouts will be much lower than what you are expecting. Keep them pointed here and wait at least a week and see where you are at that point.

The rewards you would get would vary, since Kano CK pays PPLNS which pays for blocks, unlike AntPool which pays per share. On average though, you should expect to earn more as the fees are lower and transaction fees are paid out as well. Because Kano is a smaller pool though, you'd be subject to more variance and lower rewards on some days, and higher on others. Ok. will try kano. Thanks! |

I have 5x Bitmain Antminer S7 4.73TH/s Batch-20 2fans. bought them just this august 2 2016 from Bitmain direct. they are not really used. because our home cannot handle the amperage if I turn them all on at once. I run them at 350-450 frequency only, but I'm looking to sell it at $400 each with Bitmain Power APW and US Power cord included. but shipping is not included, Location Philippines..
