Only Bittrex knows the real reason and they will never say why they delist a coin. But i can pretty much guarantee it, $DTB is absolutely fine for now, then once full game is released, Bittrex will give most teams a year to prove its "worth". So no worries and no need to speculate everyone.

You are right. Bittrex have several factors for delisting, but i have yet to see them de-list a coin, that has active developers who are in the process of creating their product (Yes they will delist a coin with active devs, if the project failed for whatever reason or looks abandoned) Augmentors Game is not due till Q4 2018 so from October to December. Then they will see how popular the game is and the reaction to it, i have no worries at all about Bittrex, Once Augmentors Game launches attention will be turned to Binance to seek listing there. There is no point of trying to get on Binance right now until Augmentors is much more known, which it will be, WorldWide come full launch.
Augmented Reality is going to be huge over the next years, there are not many "good" games around at all that can showcase Augmented Reality, Augmentors will be in a great place to really put Mobile AR gaming on the map!

A very good point, there has to be a fine balance. But looking at Pokemon for example, they and similar games were able to release many new cards/creatures yet still retain the collectible quality and value.
See, unlike the card only based games, Augmentors game creatures are playable and upgradable plus since its first use, the creature will have all stats, so this adds another layer of desirability to the creature and also making sure that no two used creatures are the same as it will be very unlikely for 2 of the same creatures to have identical stats.
But yes, you are right and it is something the team are very aware of, each week they review many mobile games old and new, just like how one big company looks at rival companies, the Augmentors team examine carefully at what works and what does not work, it would be great if we could be a fly on the wall to see what happens in a day, everyone would be impressed by the work and high attention to detail.

I read the creatures will be distributed as ERC20 tokens  I know ERC20 is widely popular (better to tell - wildly fashionable nowadays), so my position here would not be too popular, but I will express is anyway: apparently Augmentors are moving from free, decentralized and secure Bitcoin chain to the less secure and not-decentarlized (Vitalik-centered) Ethereum... The BTC transaction spam is gone now, and BTC TX fees have dropped tremendously, so I am unsure of the reasons of the move. If the same kind of spam attack starts on ETH network, there will be the same problems as BTC had, so moving to ETH because of the low fees there doesn't seem to be a well thought decision. Anyway, XCP or ERC20 - both will work moderately well, and nobody can know what will be the best in the long run, so back to my question: are only creatures tokens transferred to be ERC20, or does the same refer to the DTB tokens too? Hi, Thank you foe your message and i have to agree with you, at first i thought it would be a good move for the cresture tokens only to move to erc token, but the more i read, im not so sure anymore, crypto kittes bought eth chain to its knees and they had to implement higher fees to get stuck transactions through. Counterparty works fine, but is lacking in development, it takes a long time to make progress and is more complicated tp issues tokens. However another option has been suggested, so this is another reason for the delay in the creature token swap, the landscape is changing quickly and something more suited might be made available soon. So its not set in stone yet, which direction the creature token will take. I can confirm dtb is staying on xcp/btc chain. A little update on the Signatures everyone.
When viewed on mobile the logo was not looking correct (squashes and out of place). Augmentors Game have a strong brand to live up to and the logo must match as close a possible. So the designer and i are in the process of trying to edit the logo to make it fit on mobile, the one you see now (if it has a background) works on mobile devices also, but has a grey background, so trying to find a way to have the background there, but not visible, with BBCode we dont have many options, but we are trying our best, so stay tuned.

Have a nice weekend and game  Nice to read the new update with news of the new game, also, i was not aware of this before, but you can confirm BOO will now be compatible with ERC tokens? this is really good news, Augmentors Game is looking at ERC tokens to distribute its create tokens. Is this something you have considered for your new Game, using a ERC token also? They have a active telegram group and also a active Discord channel, most of the fan base seems to be from China and surrounding areas, it got a crazy amount of attention and some "headlines" prices that might have been for "show" but it shows what is possible and how ERC tokens can be used, but it has also drawn attention to the ETH Blockchain and how it suffered from congestion which led to very slow transaction confirmations and a big increase in Gas fees.
I am sure from this, ETH will have learned a lot and will be looking at ways to lighten the load on the chain.

$AE Holding up amazingly well recently, look at the sell sides, thinner than cat walk models. No one wants to sell, and it is clear to see why. This is a rock solid project with a really bright future. Looking forward to this Summer as long as Bitcoin is not Bear, its going to be great and if Bitcoin is Bear, then we have next year to look forward to.

Hi Justdox ETA for Full game Release has always been Q3/Q4 2018. It was originally end of Q3, but i suggested to the team to make it Q4 to give some breathing room for any unforeseen problems, that can easily occur with any developments. Unforeseen bugs and such. As quite a lot happens per Quarter, most of which is given in the weekly updates there on Medium, so the Roadmap ATM is more like Chapters in a book, you have to read the chapters (weekly updates) to get a more in-depth view. Q1: "Creature Swap" Is for ICO Creature tokens to be "swapped" for the real playable creature. Currently all ICO tokens are held in Counterparty wallets. You can still find one of two tokens for sale that people offer in Telegram chat. But they are hard to find as it is close to being able to swap them for the creature, hardly anyone wants to part with them, especially seeing how much Cryptokitties are selling for and they are simply picture of "cute" cats that dont do anything. So considering these Crypto kitties have traded over $200k USD... put things into perspective, how much a Augmented Reality, playable, awesome looking creature is worth. |
