well, the overall thought process is good.

But how can we have a fixed number of accounts, how new users will come.
How exchanges can list such thing as they create a large number of accounts.

If you want, it can be that there will be certain genesis accounts which can run nodes.then only year old accounts can be part of nodes, where existing nodes votes to add more nodes every month or so,
Or after initial nodes addresses, each month specified nodes can be added with some voting or queue

Watching. I like to see that Pyramus got here first.

I think you did not realize this is copy of Arionum(ARO)?
Check their GitHub code and there are many reference left in code, which they might have forgot to delete....lol
also, every techincal aspects are same as ARO. Economics including block reward structure, fee are same as ARO.
Not sure why they are not open to accept they are forking ARO?

Like the idea of it but if you can share detail about people behind and development roadmap
Forking grin is one time things, would you be able to beat the speed of development

94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ZEL] Zelcash : INNOVATIVE-INTELLIGENT-INSPIRING Cryptocurrency - zkSNARKs on: January 07, 2019, 05:58:58 AM
The first ZelNode in closed testnet has been stood up today, with successful messaging between the ZelNode and the ZelCash network. ZelNodes are scheduled for release on January 31st, the 1-year anniversary of ZelCash launch.

is ZelNode kind of a masternode for which one would need collateral to run it and how much %age block reward would go to ZelNode?
95  Other / Meta / Re: Is the Default trust system still working/active? on: January 07, 2019, 01:22:03 AM
Yeah I have read it.
Problem is majority users are not aware of how to use trust system and merit system
So mostly for trust, its big level what i was referring to is having trust from one DT person, bcoz that will be visible to everyone.
I think forum moderators can see how many poeple have custom trust setting, i assumption is that they should be very very few.

May be BT should start some area to educate or some weekly email to users with these details, or whoever sign-up few should get somehow to use this platform effectively.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Nyzo - Proof of Diversity | Fairly Distributed | Original Code on: January 06, 2019, 10:00:11 PM
It is exciting, following since long even before this thread.
Seems promising but agree its complex for new users to get the coins, if they don't want to buy.

Where I can see details like whats current supply, what will be total supply, block reward, supply emission, earning per node(calculator)?

Also, can we have simple guides to set up nodes for all operating systems so that more and more users can overboard?

Also, lets say currently network have 500 nodes, what if someone start next 5000 nodes, at that point they will have control of nodes over 75%, can they hack the blockchain to write in blocks whatever they want. Is it possible and if yes, how it can be handled.
97  Other / Meta / Re: Is the Default trust system still working/active? on: January 06, 2019, 06:21:45 AM
Now this makes sense. Got it now.
So until I get trust from some very big level it won't be visible enough.
98  Other / Meta / Re: Is the Default trust system still working/active? on: January 04, 2019, 05:33:51 AM

I went through both link, simple and very good explanation. Thank you for that.
Now I don't understand why despite that I have 4 ratings, they are not showing up on my profile?
99  Other / Meta / Re: Is the Default trust system still working/active? on: December 31, 2018, 11:13:54 PM
Well, this is a feature which majority don't care and understand. I think very less attention given to this topic.
Even after years, I don't understand how this trust system works.
I think we need more transparency in this.

About Beam Mining Algorithm Design and its modification of Equihash

https://docs.beam.mw/Beam_Equihash.pdf

So that means ASIC will not work for mining and GPU will work?
