81  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone know a dice game that is actually fair? on: October 15, 2020, 01:14:13 PM
when you cash out i supposed that means to withdrew . how can they rape you if your gonna withdrew ? betting bigger does not also make the system cheat you unless they are built to do that . never has beaten the house but you can win more the moment you already won , that is if you got lucky  .

so many dice games now are provably fair but  not to the point that they are actually fair to give you more winning easily .

Dice games are built with programs using algorithms, in fact someone posted here in this section those algorithms because he was looking to get hired with his development skills, So the results are not completely random, we do not know if the house or game is completely legit. Or they just want to milk all your money out of you. That's why skill based games are more preferred or sports betting because its much more trustworthy.
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin so unstable? on: October 15, 2020, 12:23:52 AM
Bitcoin is only 11 years old, and still in beta phase we are still in an adoption phase but we're getting there. Recently, Institutional investors are moving into BTC one of the latest company that bought BTC is Stone ridge with the amount of $115M. Surely Gold has its ups and down just like what's currently happening to BTC market, if you're a real investor, you should know this basic things.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin truly moving forward? on: October 15, 2020, 12:18:52 AM
Indeed Gold rarely see some 30% dump against Bitcoin that's very volatile in value, but you fail to see the difference between Gold and Bitcoin. While Gold is considered the safest asset, Bitcoin in the future will surely surpass it due to its advancements and convenience, it provide. No one wants to carry gold around because its heavy especially in large quantities while Bitcoin you don't need to stay in lines to make payments.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is Addictive...Pay Attention to you Habit!!! on: October 14, 2020, 01:59:31 PM
Betting for fun could aswell get your friend addicted again, and not just greed or his attachment to the huge prizes. If there is nowhere else he could derive fun, he could keep betting just to have fun and "waste money". I'd rather advice him to quit gambling altogether and instead learn to be profitable/successful bettors.

Quote
try to always play with only money youve decided to loose,
I guess you mean 'bet with little amount or amount you can afford to lose"? I think if you do this, you are no longer taking big risk which is Gambling (and as long as you betting on good/safe games). You are betting responsibly and not gambling. It's irresponsible to gamble.

But you said you are not a gambler and still say you gamble(that's abit contradictory)... I guess that means you still take huge bet risk, even in once in a month/awhile basis?

Players like that, should seek professional help, in order for them to be introduced in other ways to earn money. Because most of them are just desperate to make money that's why its really hard to get pass compulsive gambling unless you can change your mentality to earn in different ways, and only play gambling with the money you can afford to loss. That's how, i've stopped treating gambling as income stream, because i know the money i play is for entertainment not for financial needs.
85  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos with free withdrawal fees on: October 14, 2020, 12:28:50 PM
I'm not really a gambling addict, and i haven't really tried all gambling platforms its good to know that there are sports betting and casino sites that doesn't require withdrawal fee or minimum withdrawal just like in Freebitco.in. I guess that's the consequences when your only gambling for free, and only depositing small amount because im trying different platforms to see what site has better chance of winning, especially the new created sites.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Victim Bitcoin cash fraude. on: October 14, 2020, 12:42:19 AM
Buying over the counter or to unknown sources, is definitely not a good way to buy BTC when clearly Europe has one of the largest number of Bitcoin ATM's or you could go online such as coinbase or popular exchanges such as Binance, there are many alternatives to it. So you don't need to transact with strangers that are potential scammers or criminals.
87  Other / Off-topic / Re: Crowdsourcing, I will reward merits as well to users I do like of their answers. on: October 13, 2020, 12:21:10 PM
Now that NBA is done this leauge. Players now can have a good rest especially those who had been into finals and championship game. Sorry basketball fans I will not include basketball in the option.

I just wonder to all members here on what are there favorite sports to watch and bet. I did include esports like dota 2 and other online games in the options so that we can also check how about the estimated number of esports lover here.

Sports is one of the best way to get away on our attention from these trying times of having the Pandemic. The purpose of this crowd sourcing is to check wether what really the favorite games of all time of the members in this forum. This may be an estimate or will not be accurate at least we will be able to see some figures. Maximum of 3 selection per user to vote.

After making the Option you can optionally answer the following questions to defend your answer or just say something about it.

1. What made up your mind to chose the sports you voted?
Ans.

2. Do the sports you chose change your lifestyle? Yes or No and Why?
Ans.

3. What could it feels when one day you will going to meet in person you idolized in the sports you like?
Ans.

4.Is it possible that you will going to change the sports in the future? Yes or No and Why?
Ans.

5. If you will be given 1 btc and ask you to quit following the sports you like the most, will you do it for 1 btc? Yes or No and Why?
Ans.

Sorry for the other sports that was not being included for selection. I will be greatful to your votes and will give merits as well to promote activities in this section.

Edit - I forgot to mention that I include sleeping in the poll because other members here had no sports at all so this will be their choice.

1) Dota 2, basketball and Boxing are my top favourites, and the reason i choose them is, in my perspective their much more entertaining. The Audience and the community around makes it much more entertaining.

2)Not really, i just bet to them occasionally when i feel it and i only wage what i can afford to lose, and i don't play those games also.

3)It would be a great experience, and i'll be take photos to store it as memories.

4)Nope, i don't see sports or esports that could match up the hype especially in Boxing when a player is representing your country.

5)Of course, we're all gambling to win some money. Gaining that money really quickly would become easy win for me.
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites accepting bets from countries where gambling is illegal. on: October 13, 2020, 12:10:22 PM
Surely, you enter unverified gambling sites knowing the risk of it because anytime they could flee taking all your money away. I bet crypto gambling sites knowing this consequences, because its not regulated, and scenarios like that could happen, even if they're trusted sites. Because of having no license this gambling platforms will surely have negative effect in the long term.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Not User Friendly Yet on: October 13, 2020, 12:40:14 AM
Bitcoin is still in a Beta phase as more issues araise, the earlier it could be developed to a more user friendly way of payment like paypal. As we now, Bitcoin recently has been gaining popularity, and thus congestion has become a big problem but it has been solved. Although, you need good tech understanding to atleast use the second layer solutions. Its good while Bitcoin is in semi adopted issues like this gets, called out for in the future gets more GUI.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 12 years and no country has approved Bitcoin ?? on: October 13, 2020, 12:11:00 AM
Look at it now, its now in the process of becoming an alternative solutions for fiat payments that takes long to complete within 5-7 business days. Even big companies such micro strategy and square including Fidelity has launched a Bitcoin investment futures and ETF's making it accessible to Institutional investors.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe NBA is rigged? on: October 12, 2020, 12:18:45 PM
For the most part I don't think it's rigged but whenever the players make questionable plays like fouling at the last second makes me want to say it's rigged.

If the NBA is indeed rigged I think it's still a 50-50 since you don't know which team would get more favorable calls. This reminds me of the news a week ago where the Lakers presented a case about their players not getting enough free throws during the Nuggets series.

Uncalled fouls is not considered entirely rigged. Mostly, it's human error because referee's sometimes can't see any violations during a chaotic game.
But mostly the games are clean, we can see in the Championship Miami vs Lakers, if its rigged then Lakers could easily do underhanded techniques to sabotage the Miami heat, and fouled out butler, but the game got until game 6 because both teams are good. Not because its fixed.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex hackers move another $30million on: October 12, 2020, 01:23:58 AM
Probably their using mixers to stay anonymous, even with a public ledger to track all BTC transactions. This is probably different from all the other hacks where exchanges and e-wallets could immediately take action, and freeze those accounts if its peer 2 peer BTC transactions. Especially if they could convert it to other private secured Cryptocurrency such Monero, Dash and Zcash then back to Bitcoin again which makes it nearly impossible to track.
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Say btc is Not ponzi but its look like ponzi on: October 12, 2020, 01:14:03 AM
When you say ponzi, that is when the asset is non-existent or its has no real world value that can actually innovate the current system, and only can be use as some kind of pyramid to gather investors, and whoever is on the top can only payout while people at bottom will be use as money milking cows to benefit the early people got in.
Bitcoin is not like that, it has demand that gives financial freedom through decentralized ledger that no centralized entity controls.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 09, 2020, 12:38:38 PM
I am more on the reputation than the license, why? because reputation means casinos are operating profitably as there's a lot of gamblers who trusted them. I just think that even if we are playing in a license casino and then we got scammed for let's say an amount of $1,000, how far we go to go after the casino?  Me, I just for move on and accept the loses, besides I don't gamble what I can't afford to lose.

Same goes for me, license is not really mandatory, and i know the risk in playing with unlicense gambling sites. As long as it has good winrate and has high odds. Its good enough for me, because i know how this kind of business works, and how much it cost just to make a website. You need to pay the hosting, devs and marketing. So gambling owners will really have a hard time developing and growing that business, scamming people's money will all be waste of effort especially when you've gone through alot of process.
95  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question: Is there any websites where I can gamble crypto under 18? on: October 09, 2020, 12:21:12 PM
The age requirement is one thing that is very important and when it comes to online gambling, Anyone who wants to gamble has to be atleast 18 years older to sign up. So you won't be able to gamble under 18.

That's really inaccurate because online gambling sites doesn't really restrict teenagers to play gambling games, unless it has KYC, and mostly these gambling platforms don't have that kind of features due to the fact that they'll loss revenue if they do cause majority of players prefers privacy.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is possible that bitcoin will use nowadays in cash less transaction? on: October 09, 2020, 12:48:53 AM
Italy already change their way of payment to crypto based payments, because of a huge spike in people getting infected by the virus in the initial stages of the spread. Right now, i don't have updates if they've returned to normal or still using Cryptocurrency as their local currency to buy products and pay services. Also in other countries such as Russia, already initiated their own Cryptocurrency and adopted blockchain technology. This could be a major turn of events, even rumors say that XRP could replace dollar. We'll see in the future how will this all turn out.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: P2P Bitcoin Volume Hitting All-Time Highs on: October 09, 2020, 12:39:38 AM
A global chart can be a great indicator to predict Bitcoin's next move, even in Western countries many Institutional Investors has taken interest in Cryptocurrency, we can see in the coinmarketcap a spike in market cap, even some DEFI coins blowing up. It'd be a best to accumulate, while the BTC is still cheap, also in according in Plan B's stock to flow model it will hit to $100k next year.
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe NBA is rigged? on: October 08, 2020, 01:12:50 PM
How can it be rigged? Do you have any documents or video, so we can see and investigate and give our honest opinion to the matter because blindy accusing the game is rigged isn't really going to get us anywhere.
Just because Lakers is winning easily versus Miami doesn't mean that their cheating because of uncalled fouls, same goes for them sometimes referee's miss call a play with a foul without a player committing one. It also show that Lakers are better because of seasoned and veteran players they have.
99  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A case of the pandemic changing the score and affecting sports betting on: October 08, 2020, 01:01:11 PM
While its certain that the pandemic has affected certain teams in sports, there are proven solutions that could work to boost a players morale to play despite the pandemic.
We can see, virtual audience is effective for players to gain energy especially with a digital world. Its more easy to connect with many people in social media platforms.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has anyone accidentally sent or received BTC to and from another address? on: October 08, 2020, 12:31:07 AM
Never experience it also, but in my perspective its probably human error probably due to he/she is doing multiple address transaction, and messed up the last characters of the address that's almost identical because most address are 50% unique especially when the address is the same country, they tend to have the same prefix. Probably the person is a project manager of a large scale campaign with payment method of BTC.
