801  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some easy program to keep track of coins? on: June 05, 2017, 06:58:01 PM
There is a free android app called Blockfolio (http://blockfolio.com) that allows you to track the value and amount you have of more than 800 cryptocurrencies available in the market.

E.g: You bought 20 ETH. After every price change they will notify you how much you profited or lost.

Yes, this one s decent. You can change your portfolio, set alarm to turn on once your crypto goes over or under specific price, it s really nice, recommended.

Well, I think all eyes re on Factom ATM. Can it reach 0.01 BTC or not?

I really hate when people learn on their own mistakes but I guess it s too late now. Never ever invest into stuff without names, full info disclosure, photos, addresses and similar verifiable info.
If you ask for this and they start giving you some privacy BS, just WALK AWAY.

Do not let people steal your hard earned coins.

Try this, it 100% legit.

DMD price has spiked even more during the last 24 hours. I sincerely hope some of you have listened to my advice from this thread.
Let s see how what lies ahead of us.

That is the best thing I can suggest to take a look at. I ve been using it for years and it has brought me nothing but profits.

Why would you make such a fuss out of this? There re dozens and dozens of similar gambling websites. Just switch to the next one.
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russian's own Bitcoin - What will be the impact to the original Bitcoin? on: June 04, 2017, 07:40:35 AM
Ha, ha, ha, that s such a stupid idea. These controlled state interventions have never achieved any success anywhere in the world. Look at socialism, look at North Korea. You cannot force people to use artificially created cryptocurrency, especially state owned and created.

It takes away all beauty of decentralisation and privacy. Big time failure, wouldn't not touch it with a stick. Also, will definitely have no impact on BTC. Russian BTC market s not that big anyway.
808  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Easiest And safest Way to Buy/Sell Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies on: June 03, 2017, 04:14:44 PM
I ve had very nice experience with cex.io. However, their price s a bit higher compared to some other exchanges so they re good to use if you want to buy smaller BTC amounts.
809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is August 1 a good moment to actually become richer or poorer? on: June 03, 2017, 04:12:42 PM
There has always been and will always be only one BTC. The rest has always been and will always been alts.

So don't create FUD, we ve seen this before and guess what BTC s still there strong and growing, day by day.

Also, I don't think it ll take place August 1, it s too soon.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: June 03, 2017, 12:53:59 PM
It seems Jaxx, Exodus and Shapeshift will all add Factom within this month.

Things re obviously moving forward and the price reflects this.
811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That moment when you buy 1BTC at $2500 on: June 03, 2017, 12:52:44 PM
See, as I ve said in one of my earlier posts, just be patient, don't panic and you ll be in green very soon again.

I hope you ve listened to my advice and you have not sold your coins cause 2500 is just a beginning.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GNT] Golem Project - The world’s most powerful supercomputer on: June 03, 2017, 06:11:35 AM
As always, lots of people just speculate on 10-20-30% price increase. Are you people that blind? Do you not understand how big this can be? If the dev team delivers, do you know how many people on this planet will be using Golem?

EVERY SINGLE ONE with a PC or similar device. Whoever s got unused GPU or processor power will be renting it during night when unused for example. Imagine crypto mining possibilities if you would be able to rent that kind of power. Science, research, medicine, finance, graphics, possibilities re ENDLESS!

You come here and talk about some measly $1 price increase.

I guess crypto s not for everyone, some people still think they flip Amazon gift cards for $1 a piece.

so sorry to jump in but hey... the question of speculation is exactly what you are doing also... as consolation yes the Dev does have alot of work to do and is bringing the Golem project ahead very nicely! and yes the chances of having a great outcome are very probable!
but a speculator speculating on speculation is just something silly!

My friend, I purchased Golem during last years ICO. If I wanted to sell, I d sell it by now since my profits are big time.
However, I ve been in crypto long, long time and I ve learned one very important thing: real investors re incredibly patient. I can sit and wait like a turtle in a sand. I can sit and wait for the big time prize.

So please do not call me a speculator. You do not know me and I find this insulting.

That's some really good speech. Patient people inspire me a lot, I'm sad that I missed Golem ICO and that I'm an impatient person actually.

Thank you for your kind words. Well, experience thought me to become patient. You know how many times in the past, when I was a green crypto enthusiast, I lost money cause of my impatience, selling too early or buying too early. Since then I ve learned to follow crypto waves and wait for the big time prize instead of trying to hunt down few satoshies here and there. This is why I choose only long term projects which generate corresponding rewards to be part of my portfolio. I belive Golem, Factom, DMD Diamond and a few more definitely to be part of this group. So dont be stupid, if you belive in Golem, wait until price goes up at least 5x until you even touch your coins. Until then, preserve your energy and focus in to other interesting stuff.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GNT] Golem Project - The world’s most powerful supercomputer on: June 02, 2017, 07:32:08 PM
Brass will definitely show their potential but this is a long term project. Current roadmap is 48 monts post ICO long.
However, I think this one might have Ether like potential once developers tap into it.
814  Economy / Securities / Re: How do you decide which ICO to invest in? on: June 02, 2017, 07:29:16 PM
That s a good question. So many ICOs getting out recently and even more will get out in the future.

I personally stick to those which caught my attention long time ago and do not speculate on 10 different projects. That s a way to lose your money 100% cause you simply cannot follow development of so many projects. When you find something interesting, read their whitepaper, visit their slack/forum and ask around. Good luck.
815  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: any bitcoin mutual donation platform? on: June 02, 2017, 07:25:06 PM
Could anyone explain to me what the fuck is a mutual donation platform where you can double your BTC?

A MLM ponzi I suppose?
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Diamond (DMD) Evolution v 2.0 | Hybrid Security | 25% PoS on: June 01, 2017, 06:34:52 PM
Where to mine DMD?

There are several swimming pools.
On the first page of this forum there are links to them.
But it's easier to use https://cloudmining.bit.diamonds/ this is a universal pool where you can use almost any of the popular algorithms.
The received income will be automatically converted into DMD and sent to your wallet address.

Definitely much more profitable option then mining DMD directly. This way you can mine more profitable algos, Ether or Zcash and get paid in DMD. Win-win situation.
817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Give your child/ren a bright future! on: June 01, 2017, 03:43:57 PM
An excellent advice. I m surprised there s no service like this where you can buy and lock up BTC for 10 or 20 years.

It could be an awesome gift.

818  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to make serious money by investing into Proof-of-stake – PoS on: June 01, 2017, 12:38:59 PM
I have some questions

How much did you invest?

How much return you already had?

Based on your experience, what would be the minimum amount you would recommend to invest?

Unfortunately, I cannot provide exact data for this since my first DMD Diamond purchases and investments took place almost 3 years ago when this coin was 12 cents. Since current price is 10x that, it s obvious I have ROIed long time ago. I do not think we re even close to the optimal DMD price and I think it ll continue to go up. However, I m not a pumper here, I do post this in order to try to pump the price based on unrealistic expectations. I simply try to point out and share info about this great project. 4 years old PoS coin, great dev team, not a single scandal or scammed person, great and active community,a very nice profit potential, new services, including masternodes, to be introduced very soon. This is a long term project and long term investment, you will not get your ROI in 60 days as some speculators might expect.

I can say I ve also used DMD Diamond cloudmining, I ROIed there as well. I personally used Nicehash multipool option to increase my DMD Diamond stash and regularly stake my coins.

There s no minimum amount, you should invest as much as you feel comfortable. The more you invest, the more you can gain if things go the way we plan them to go.
Also, do not just buy bunch of coins and push the price up, dont waste your money that way. Buy bit by bit and take advantage of situations when the price is lower since it s hovering +/- 10% ATM.
819  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to make serious money by investing into Proof-of-stake – PoS on: June 01, 2017, 08:00:47 AM
It's quite amazing to see this is almost four years old... amazing because I only heard about it from reading this thread. If circulating numbers for this coin is fixed... then what happens when all coins have been mined? I see all of you posters support the coin: tell me honestly, is it too late for us who want to join now and maybe will only have a small amount?

I have been around for a long time in crypto and I think my trust rating tells you whether I m honest or not. Furthermore, I have also openly disclosed I m a long term DMD Diamond holder.
Placing all that aside, I sincerely believe DMD will reach $5 some time in the future. I was around when DMD Diamond was 12 cents and look at the price now. It s about to reach 4 years as a result of hard work and determination of the dev team as well as support of the out great community.

Whether it s too late depends on how persistent you can be in storing DMD Diamonds and what do you want to achive. Most of us inside DMD posses that "hamster" mentality where we like to store and stake out precious coin. If you fit that type of person where you want your coins to act as a store of value over time while staking and generating additional interest for you, then DMD s an excellent opportunity and it s never too late. If you want simply to speculate on the price, DMD should not be your preferable choice. The entire DMD program has been envisaged as stable and long term income stream while preserving and increasing value of your investment.

True, getting as much as possible as soon as possible is something I think would be smart since masternode program will roll out in July/August and at that point hunt for DMD Diamonds s going to be even harder since 10k DMD is requires for a single masternode. Each and every person having 9400 or 19200 or 28300 coins will try to round up that number to 10k per masternode and the only way to get that fast is by buying coins.

Finally, I do suggest to take advantage of DMD Diamond multipool and cloudmining program, they also add additional DMD income streams which can increase you bag of coins.
Having said all this, potential risk are always there, take that into consideration when decide whether to join us or not. After all, I m also crypto holder and investor and not a DMD cheerleader.  Grin

Hope this helps, let me know if you need more clarifications.
Also, I suggest to join DMD slack, you ll get answers there much faster. Here is the link: https://dmdcoin.signup.team/
820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: June 01, 2017, 05:29:19 AM
Well, I ve been using one simple tactics since the day 1 I got into BTC and crypto in general. ALWAYS try to increase BTC and crypto awareness!

I talk to people, I try to explain to people what crypto is, I try to make them understand how beautiful this entire new industry is and how this is once in a lifetime opportunity. If they still cannot or do not want to cope with it, well, it is what it is, not everyone will jump this train.
