801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / REASON FOR MARKET RECOVERY on: December 19, 2018, 10:59:46 AM
Now, I know many analysis will soon be out trying to credit the sudden market recovering to some sort of events and programs. In my own opinion, I feel any of these reasons could be the case of the capitalization in the market leading to some gain:
1. It's possible some whales or even the wall street are trying to manipulate the market by attracting the  innocent traders;
2. It's possible the enemies of Crypto are tired of the underserved bear;
3. Maybe there is a major event in which some of us are not yet privy to, only time will tell.
4. This can't just be normal traders doing their normal trading as the pumping in of fund is massively massive.

I don't believe the bull run has started, although no one can possibly tell when the bull run starts. Let me hear what you think is the reason for this sudden market recovery. Thanks
802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS DURING BULL RUN! on: September 18, 2018, 01:40:57 PM
The market has been very troubling since this 2017, no doubt the last year 2018 market was a honeymoon as we saw an ATH $20,000 of the bitcoin price. During the bullish movement of bitcoin, many Ponzi projects spring up. Chief among them all is the failed Bitconnect that sent arrows of tears and sorrows to the heart of many investors. The rest are all history but the pains linger on.

Some of these failed projects made some frivolous promises of their token growth price in the external market which few kept until what I will refer to a "tsunami" destroyed their unfounded philosophies. We all could remember Davor for us that were already around last year. What made these HYIPs inviting to their unsuspecting investors was the rush at which their ICOs were sold out at each round of opening sales. I call these a bait. In all these, investors were blinded because they were greedy about making quick money, coupled with the fact that bitcoin was in a bullish run, so getting fund for these ICOs weren't a big deal since the growth in bitcoin value was always an upward happening in the market. This made investors ignore real workable projects that might not give instant gratification. As we speak, those HYIP projects have all gone down the drain eloping with investors bitcoin.

My advice is that: as we await the next bitcoin bull, a lot of scamming projects are going to spring up again, trying to collect investors bitcoin and feel good with it. We should never invest in any project without proper investigations, we should learn to invest in workable projects or just trade the bitcoin against your local currency or the US dollars.
Due the bitcoin bull run, except investors are very disciplined and determined, they would buy anything in the market without proper research, leading to financial loss.

I want to hear from you, what do you think scamming projects will bring up in the wake of any bitcoin bull?
803  Other / Archival / Re: No more fake news on: August 16, 2018, 11:07:46 AM
It will be difficult to outrightly stop fake news, but it can greatly be reduced. But If fake news is brought under control, it will help a lot of things get well along. And my concern is that it will help the Crypo world boom.
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / NEW SCAM IN TOWN CALLED SELF-AIRDROP on: June 20, 2018, 02:11:16 PM
I recently participated in some self airdrop howbeit with very little fund as low as $5 each by sending ETH and getting some tokens in turn.
I would later discovered that some deleted their social media accounts and eloped with funds. Some that did not run away made it to the exchange by promising huge airdrop to be voted for their listing. But would later dump and abandon the project thereby dashing investors hope.
I see that these new scam have no real project to execute but to just collect Ethereum and amass BTC at from the exchange.

Have you ever participated in any self-airdrop? I want to hear your view about the outcome.

805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you hear about Bitcoin (From Ponzi to Cryptocurrency) on: June 06, 2018, 02:12:05 PM
How I heard about bitcoin started early 2015 when I was searching for means in which I will use to earn some money to help support my schooling because I'm an undergraduate. So I was introdue into an online business by a friend called MMM (As of then I never knew it was ponzi) the way it was presented (mouth watery bonuses) made me to engage in it fully and started marketing it. I became successful at it made some cool cash too.

When it became famous in my country I decided to explore all its benefits then I saw an advert of BItcoin I picked interest because it was offering 50% ROI monthly while my local currency was 30%ROI. So then.my journey began in the Cryptocurrency world.  I became fully a Cryptopreneur January 2016 after my wanna be cryptocoin called TBC (thebillioncoin) failed me. I have made some few mistakes afterwards but I can proudly say, me picking interest in Bitcoin (cryptocurrency) from a Ponzi biz,  is one of the most smartest move I have ever made in my life.

How did you hear about bitcoin? I Wanna hear your experience

I first heard of Bitcoin in 2016, when I participated in a Ponzi scheme called MMM' ( infamously founded by late Sergei Mavrodi), after it failed I enter into another ponzi called BBN(Boonbuy Network) that claimed to be trading on Bitcoin and binary option, I invested my sister's money in it, when it collapsed, I knew family war was coming because I needed to account for the lost fund. This led me to studying about Bitcoin only, without a mentor, I was about to make fortunes and later will pay back my debt before BTC price crashed from $20,000.

It would have been better I had mentor but the ones I met needed cash before any talk, so had to learn the hard way, currently i teach people about bitcoin without charging a dime from them, just enjoy sharing the knowledge based on my level of experience.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BUYING ALTHCOINS FOR THE FUTURE BOOM on: April 26, 2018, 10:48:17 AM
So some days ago, I was just thinking if my friends and I had accumulated enough alth tokens that has future when they were still very undervalued, today we would have gone full blown into humanitarian services from the gain.

So last year, my friend and I delved into the crypto world without a tutor or mentor, we were on the right part having started as a speculator by buying BTC low and waiting for the moon then sell and repeating same, we soon discovered that it is not just only about BTC when the king(BTC) shot up beyond comprehension. We had later followed some hyip coins otherwise known as lending coins, so we bite our fingers when all eventually collapsed starting from their father "Bitconnect". I bless my God that i was wise enough to still buying some real utility tokens.

So today I just realized that I could have amassed ETH and some other alth when they were still very undervalued, we have seem a continuous adoption of wave as a platform, meaning this could boom real well in the future.

Am currently studying some coins to seen the future potentials in other to smile when I might have required enough of these tokens for future boom.

I will implore you to suggest some good alth that are still a sleeping giant.

Am currently looking at:

Polymath
Havvens
Wave
IPSX
Naga
Status.
Tpay
ECA
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / COINS THAT COULD MAKE YOU RETIRE EARLY on: April 19, 2018, 02:25:28 AM
If you were an early investors who understood where bitcoin as kind of digital gold was headed when the price was still below a $1, and you decided to throw in $1,000 and acquire as much as you could then and waited enough till these days, no doubt if you are not greedy, you should have retire by now and be a boss for life.

In same line, I believe there are some good alt-coins presently in the market that are way undervalued, that have the potential of making one a muti-million in the future.
If you know of such undervalued coins, could you make some suggestions, it should certainly be below a $1 and with a reason.
