  It's really not been the best November for cryptocurrency in terms of prices of coin.  We have witness price drop and has spored panic amongst investors

With that aside it's been a fruitful active beginning month personally for me although some might not see the magnitude of the progress I have made but from my lay down target I had surpassed my aim.

I registered some time in September but began active posting in November and since then I have become a bitter person not only in terms of cryptocurrency but my life in general has changed(my English has improved, am more confident).

 it use to  scare me previously going through some individuals profile that can date back to early this year but has no proof of productiveness(personal view about merit) some even starting thread about how unfair the merit allocation is and how hard is it to get it (a very wrong perception; there are individuals that merit good works and also 119 merit souces).

  So I decided to ignore speculations and give it a try and target a single merit within the month which at that time wwas seen as the almighty merit.

I started getting active making post, reply suggestions and criticism the post was not necessarily as long as the statue of liberty but I tried to pass a message in every one of them. Then it started yielding fruit the merit started coming in and I am 6 merit in (as at timing of the write up) to becoming legendary.

PS. You are only restricted by yourself to achieving your goals here on the forum no one is against you rather when you start becoming actively helpful you would started getting encouragement and rewards

  Very more often notable and credible members get there names altered by some no good members in a bid to act like or supposed to have a link to the original trusted users most times this original members might be escrows and you no what can happen when you mistakenly meet an identity thief to act as an escrow for you.

   There is no way the forum can prevent some one from using a name that has not been used before despite its close resemblance to existing name but we as member can all ways try to always be careful and pay attentions to names no matter how identical the names are if some attention is put in we would be able to differentiate between them.

It's very hard detecting a scam project form the onset Even with a good scam analyses on the project you might still get involved in one. You advice to stop when scam is noticed is quite nice.

  Don't get me wrong am not a fortune teller nor am I a future predictor. Am just an investor that believes in long term investment. I did get to miss out on the suppose glory days of bitcoin using last year as example when the price started the year at around $700 and by November reach a height of $20,000 I am not blaming my self or am I regretting it

  A lot of factors prevented me from investing as at that time and I don't believe that there is a wrong time to invest except possibly when the price reaches above $50,000.
    the price of late are dropping are again at the close of the year 2018 and this is causing panic amongst investors and possible future investors critics has even predicted the drop trend to go on for a while and bitcoin will not recover soon.

    But I see this situation as an opportunity to purchase extra bitcoin. Business is all about calculated risk you don't just move with news alone the could be sponsored shilling or FUD bitcoin is over nine years now and has created a good level of establishment.

  Well in as much as you are very correct on staying informed and trying to know what's going on and dancing to the beat of the gotten information don't you think is contradicts in a way to not paying attention to shilling and FUD let's break this down a bit

FUD = which can mean fear uncertainty and despair
Shilling= can mean when a project gets recommend by individuals, news e.t.c
  
   In investment it's not all about paying apt attention to news or information making the rounds some of the news can be sponsored FUD and shilling which can turn out to be false some expect make up some fake analysis due to there reputation(or paid partnership) some news agency can put it out as a piece of information.

The merit system has done a well in the regards of tackling the issue but it has giving rise to merit farming I have come across various spammers with only a single merit still actively plying there trade in the spamming industry attaining one merit is quite no longer tasking where people are gifting, selling and purchasing or even blackmailing to get that precious one merit. It's won't be that easy to attain 5 merit or so that way further reducing the spammers in the forum
