In general you should enter ALL your wallets and ALL your transactions. The more accurate is the result in your account. And of course the Kraken transactions would gave your portfolio a more complete picture.
KuCoin could be imported via API, Coinbase as well with no API limitations by the exchange.
TradeOgre we do support via CSV.

Those FAQ articles are helpful to mitigate negative coin balances - in most cases transactions - either trades, deposits or withdrawals are missing:

The reason for possible negative balances is that CoinTracking calculates the balances out of the transactions happened and of course imported.

If it does not help I suggest to check your account individually. Please send us a support ticket or an E-Mail to support@cointracking.com with your CoinTracking username (login).

You can find them in section "Optional settings and filters:" of your current ETH API job while Editing it and there is written "start date (optional)" in a blank field.

One option is to set the values to zero, but deleting transactions the API will reimport those deleted ones again by design.
If you are fighting against reimporting data, you could set today as a start date within your API job and no previous transactions - even the deleted ones - are imported.

@excelerator Thank you for providing the updates in your ticket.
The only limit there is a technical one which is mentioned on the LTC API page as well and which allows you to import 1000 transaction per day via Auto Import job, but initionally up to 50000 transactions.
Due to your case and your support we could fix an issue there. And for applying fixes it is sometimes needed to re-create all API Jobs. Thank you very much for your help here.

We have no issues with our ETH importer API.

Deleting the API Job and create it again would be the first step to check. If it does not help  I suggest to check your account individually checking your ETH API job address. Please send us a support ticket or an E-Mail to support@cointracking.com with your CoinTracking username (login).

As an explanation to share with everybody here:
We recently changed our BTC API provider so that adjustments are needed in case of issues provided by customers.
And we are working on Top10 altcoin API wallet imports to make things easier for everyone that means importing transactions automatically. For more then 200 altcoins we rely on a third party provider cryptochainz. As a semi automatic solution we offer Excel and CSV Importer for importing transactions from wallets / exchanges in bulk. 
A feedback loop does always help us to improve our software. And we are working on this improvement daily.

Es werden jeder per API importierten Transaktion eindeutige Transaktions IDs vergeben. Wenn du nun diese Transaktionen löschst, werden sie von der API neu importiert, wenn der API Job egal ob manuell oder automatisch neu läuft. Es folgt dabei quasi ein Abgleich statt, ob eine Transaktion schon in deinem CoinTracking Account importiert wurde.

Deribit ist auf der Top10 Liste der nächsten API Anbindungen. Ein genaues Implementierungsdatum können wir jedoch nicht nennen. Sobald die API verfügbar ist, werden wir es auf der "Neue Features" Seite bekanntgeben.
Die Bitpanda API ist verfügbar. Die API der Global Exchange von Bitpanda ist auch auf der Liste, da hier nicht die gleiche API genutzt werden kann.
Wenn du mehrere Accounts hast, kannst du diese im API Job mit einem Label versehen und ggf. so unterscheiden. Und/oder diesen Trade Gruppen hinzufügen. Für die CoinTracking Portfolio Berechnung ist es unerheblich wo die Coins in deinem Portfolio liegen, ob an einer Börse oder an 2 Konten einer Börse oder an mehreren Börsen oder nur in einem oder mehreren Wallets.

Unsere Preisquellen sind CoinMarketCap (CMC) oder WorldCoinIndex (WCI). Auf WCI ist der AIRToken (https://www.worldcoinindex.com/de/munze/airtoken) gelistet. Und dieser Preis ist in CoinTracking unter https://cointracking.info/coin_trends.php zu sehen (derzeit ca. 1,16 € bzw. 1,27 USD).

In CoinTracking wird die Transaktionsart "Einkommen" mit der Kostenbasis im Jahr des Erhalts und die Transaktionsart "Geschenk" mit einer Kostenbasis von 0 und der Versteuerung des kompletten Werts im Jahr des Verkaufs.

A "Manually balance" occurs when there is no exchange name assigned to a transaction. You can easily identify the transactions where the exchange name is missing if you sort your transaction list by exchange on the "Enter Coins" page. If you enter the corresponding exchange name to the transactions the "manually balance" section will disappear on the e.g. Balance by exchange report.

Yes, we do not support that at the moment. We will check if the KuCoin API does allow API live view option as well.
Currently you need to login to your KuCoin account and check the "live view" of your balances there and compare it with the imported transactions.

You are are welcome.
You can check the API Live View page (https://cointracking.info/import/balance/) and compare it with the balance by exchange report (https://cointracking.info/balance_by_exchange.php). If the result is the same everything is fine.
If not you could delete all Kucoin transactions on the Enter Coins page via bulk edit/delete button and click on the "check now" button on your Kucoin API import job afterwards to see if the possible double entries will be imported again.

You need to look up the true ticker of the coin in CoinTracking at the Coin Trends page (https://cointracking.info/coin_trends.php) and use that ticker. If it is not listed there you need to invent a name that works without special characters and treat is as an unlisted asset as described in this article: https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000007203-entering-ico-coins-and-non-listed-assets/en

Yes, please upgrade the API to the latest version provided by Coinbase. Then you can click "check now" within your CoinTracking account and check if the latest Coinbase data will be imported there. If not please create a new API key & secret within your Coinbase account and create a new API job within your CoinTracking account. Afterwards please delete the old API job. The (new) API job will import the missing data only (incremental).
