I also see that Erik Ten Hag is too confident even though his team always loses, the only thing that can save Man United now is to find a new coach. Manchester United is also a club with good history but they're already having the worst season ever which we have already. Barcelona are far better than Napoli. Napoli are no match to Barcelona not even in the slightest way possible. Barcelona are just going through a very though phase honestly, if not that, talks about it wouldn't even pop up. Napoli don't have a good coach, Walter Mazzari is not someone they'll want to boast for, he's a poor coach honestly. I feel like Xavi Hernandez is a more tactical and sound manager than him. Don't use the position in the La Liga to judge them, rather use them currentl form to measure how they will perform in the Champions League come February. We cannot really say that Barcelona are far better than Napoli. They are struggling in the league and are dropping points here and there. They just struggled Yesterday against Almeria, which is the last team in the La Liga. Barcelona's current form is not that great. Napoli's current form is also not that great either. It is true that Barcelona has an edge, but Napoli are not going to give them win that easily. Barcelona's defense line and forwards really need some work. Napoli suffered a big defeat against Frosinone as well. Last season Barcelona beat Napoli and Napoli would be hungry to get that revenge. It is anyone's game. Joel Embiid really went off yesterday. Scoring 51 points against a team with the best record in the NBA and likely defensive player of the year. I’m actually impressed. I was thinking it would go the other way and Embiid would struggle and his team would lose. That was one of those games people get reminded about when the MVP voting starts.
I think I can say that Joel Embiid actually single-handedly was able to win them the match. Of course, he had support from another player, Maxey. However dropping 51 points in a single match is definitely something to appreciate. Well, it is pretty sure that if he actually did struggle, his team would have lost. Sanju Samson have only played one game, that being second, in first he didn't get chance to bat since score was low and early batters finished the job. Tilak verma has been given more chances and has failed, so he should be put on bench and any other should be given chance.
Sanju Samson has got lot more opportunity than Tilak Verma in his career, still he's making the same mistake as he did earlier. He won't get such opportunity in the future and if he does not bat well today then it should be considered the end of his career. There are far better batter and WK who are eagerly waiting to get a chance. I agree Tilak Verma should be removed from the playing 11 and someone else should be given a chance today. He has been an utter failure behind the wicket and in front of the wicket, last game he faced 30 balls and scored only 10 runs. No one expect such kind of performance from a newcomer like him. India is a big country with a big population filled with talent. It takes someone to be a very good cricketer to even play a match for the Indian national team. And nobody can be given too many opportunities in the Indian squad. Tilak Varma and Sanju Samson have been given quite a lot of opportunities. There is no doubt that both of them are talented but none of them can afford to make more mistakes at this point. Because other talented players will come and take their place. In the recent u-19 Asia Cup, although India wasn't able to win it, we saw some talented batters there as well. |

Well, there is some time in IPL but BBL is in progress at the moment. Though not much hype here, but sill we have some good matches to watch in this year's BBL. Today is the 9th match of BBL and this 9th match is played in between as usual two teams, and this is a very exciting match because this is the time of the Hobart Hurricanes vs Perth Scorchers. Hobart Hurricanes team is very strong they had best to best player who can easily beat Perth Scorchers bowlers because one time Hobart batsmen started to hit so to stop them is not hard it's impossible without using magical bowling. Hobart had players who could easily end the game of Perth Scorchers because Hobart had no players, they had magicians. I think since the IPL auction has started, no other franchising will get any hype. Although there are some good matches being played as you mentioned. The partnership between Zack Crawley and Aaron Hardie has been a treat to watch. Both of them together chased the target of 173 like it was nothing. Jason Behrendorff delivered with the bowl as well and became the man of the match due to that amazing spell. Perth Scorchers has been on winning and they are looking like they might win the BBL. In their earlier match, they also destroyed Melbourne Stars. They managed to all out them in 101 runs and chased it very comfortably. |

Losing to Frankfurt was not a mistake for Bayern Munich so Bayern Munich fans don't have to bring this up continuously. Harry Kane came alive in the last match for Bayern Munich against Stuttgart. He was able to start scoring very quickly. He also scored two goals in this match. Bayern Munich was able to get a comfortable 3-0 win. Now the question is will Bayern Munich be able to win the match that they have in hand compared to Bayer Leverkusen? Because right now the point difference is four. And if Bayern Munich can win their next match, they will have only one point difference. Well, it's not like even if the point difference is four or three, they won't be able to overcome that but it is always good to have less point difference. Even if the loss was a mistake, it was a good mistake. They get to correct their mistakes and come back. Although Bayern Munich would have been at the top of the table if they hadn't lost this match, they get to solve their mistakes. They have a UCL knockout matches coming up so these mistakes would make them stronger. Bundesliga's competition also got more interesting due to this loss from a neutral point of view. There were quite a few surprises from the IPL auction yesterday. Players who were retained would be complaining that the ones who got the bid this year benefitted a lot. Mitchell Starc setup a new record, with a bid of $2,980,000 from Kolkata Knight Riders. Pat Cummins was not far behind, with a bid of $2,470,000 from Sunrisers Hyderabad. But the real surprise package was Daryl Mitchell who got a bid of $1,687,000 from the Chennai Super Kings. Cricket Australia would be most happy, as they will receive a fraction of the contract amount (20%) as foreigner release fee.
Yesterday the IPL auction was finished and A new record was created in this auction, which was the first time, a player came who took a 24.75 crore salary to IPL 2024 and this player's name is Mitchell Starc, and the franchise who picked him is Kolkata Knight Riders, and if you don't know that IPL winning price is 20 crores Indian rupees, and Indian players like MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and other seniors take just 16 crore or max to max 17 crore, and Jasprit Bumrah took max to max 12 crore. No doubt, IPL is the highest paying league and i wonder if these players earn too much in this league. That's the obvious reason that once we have IPL, no other International cricket matches take place during that time. I think there were some players who were overpriced and some players who were underpriced. RCB just Alzarri Joseph for 11.5 Crore while they let Hazlewood go away for lower that price. Players like Travis Head were bought at a bargain price in my opinion. What surprised me was players Steve Smith, Josh Hazlewood, Adil Rashid, Phil Salt, and Tabriz Shamsi went unsold.
