In the fourth T20 match of West Indies vs England, the England team turned around brilliantly. The England team kept the dream of winning the series alive by defeating the West Indies by 75 runs. Yesterday the IPL auction was finished and A new record was created in this auction, which was the first time, a player came who took a 24.75 crore salary to IPL 2024 and this player's name is Mitchell Starc, and the franchise who picked him is Kolkata Knight Riders, and if you don't know that IPL winning price is 20 crores Indian rupees, and Indian players like MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and other seniors take just 16 crore or max to max 17 crore, and Jasprit Bumrah took max to max 12 crore.

No doubt, IPL is the highest paying league and i wonder if these players earn too much in this league. That's the obvious reason that once we have IPL, no other International cricket matches take place during that time.

LOL.. Yash Dayal is the same guy who had a mental breakdown after conceding 31 runs in a single over against Kolkata Knight Riders. And then he remained in the media limelight after he posted an Islamophobic Instagram story. Paying 5 crore for this guy is just insane. He's not even worth 50 lakhs. And 12 crore for Alzarri Joseph? Seriously WTF? Alzarri is one of the most useless pacers in T20 circuit right now. He has raw pace, but he leaks a lot of runs and I don't think that he is suitable for T20 format.

I feel that the best value for money auction could be Smith if some team scoops him up for a low price.

Smith remain unsold in the IPL auction, his days in IPL are now over. The worst part is that the franchise paid too much money for International players whereas as there are better bowlers in domestic circuit. Considering how much Bhumrah got and how much Starc got does not justify anything in the planning of KKR. IPL would be played in India and not in Australia, Indian bowlers are much suited to Indian condition than Australian bowlers. I can understand the strategy behind Cummins getting paid the second-highest payment in the history of IPL by SRH, but KKR paid too much for a bowler.

Yeah, specially Sunrisers Hyderabad & Kolkata Knight Riders both of teams wasted 60%-70% money for a bowlers, It’s now hot topic to all of cricket fans, and already some former cricketers of India have raised questions about why those teams over paid even more than Jasprit Bumrah, because Bumrah is the most effective bowler right now even considering the ICC'S ranking and also in their home condition he deserved more paid than Starc & Pat Cummins.

I am also surprised with few bids because I have feeling Pat Cummins not deserved this but still he is happy with Cricket Australia is enjoying this all because we all know this IPL is well benefited for the B-4 and they all enjoying and having good financial help as well, but my biggest disappointment was Phil Salt which is today's social media hot topic as well because he scored two back to back centuries and already having good time in T20i for the England he also deserved good bid but no franchise goes for this which is surely big disappointment.

After losing two early matches and having impressive fight back in third match things completely change for England, and they have done historic comeback with their bat specially because bowling is still concern for them but batsmen done impressive job specially Phil Salt having two back to back centuries which are never been easy in this format, but he achieved which is amazing in this match we have best from Buttler and Livingstone which helps their team for reaching huge score of 267 which was enough for their win.

In chase of this huge target, West Indian batting falter badly and all their top order batsmen fall cheaply which give them another lost, and now they are level in series with the score of 2–2 next game is going to play tomorrow which will decide who is going to win after this impressive performance from the both teams players.

Perth Scorchers vs Hobart Hurricanes Team 9th Match Today Perth Scorchers won by 9 wickets. Perth Scorchers team batsmen gave a great performance today. Hobart Hurricanes team set a target of 172 runs in 19.6 overs. Mitchell was indeed phenomenal in the early days of his IPL career. Actually, his bowling performance was great in his second IPL. He was also bought by KKR in 2018 IPL auction with a good price, but he couldn't play in that season for getting injured. Still, ₹24.75 crore is overpriced in my opinion. KKR was badly looking for a fast bowler as they had emptied their fast bowling squad before the IPL auction. That's why they decided to spend a lot on Mitchell Starc. At the same time, Gujarat Titans was also wanting him in the squad to make their bowling lineup strong.

BTW, India has taken the franchise cricket league to another level through the IPL auction of this year. It will bring more attention to the cricket from the worldwide spectators.
