801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Ripple not dead? on: October 20, 2019, 04:38:35 PM
Ripple is not a breakthrough technology, its rival Stellar created by Ripple founder Jed McCaleb has much greater potential than Ripple, Stellar supports smart contracts and Ripple is not. Moreover, Ripple controls most of the Ripple net so it is not decentralized.

I am not a big supporter of Ripple, but I would say one thing - Ripple is having a good number of powerful backers and that's the reason why it is currently the 3rd largest cryptocurrency (in terms of market capitalization). Stellar Lumens is technologically much advanced when compared to XRP and doesn't have the negatives usually associated with XRP such as centralization. But despite all this, it is currently ranked at the 10th position, with a market cap less than 1/10th that of XRP.

Now the question is why XRP's market cap is 10 times that of XLM. There is no short answer to this, as a lot of factors come to play. The first thing to remember is that there is a lot of market manipulation going on with the altcoins and XRP promoters can afford to spend money to manipulate the exchange rates of XRP. XLM is at a disadvantage here. Also, the market cap of XRP is inflated, as I have stated in many of my earlier posts.
It seems to me that Ripples has not only a lot of good patrons, but also a smart professional team that really works correctly to popularize and prospects for its project.  Today, Ripples is already starting to cooperate with such companies whose partners are several dozen large banks around the world.  All that is happening today with the ripples is primarily the merit of the team.
802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid mistake newbies still do till date on: October 20, 2019, 01:29:42 PM
Still many of newbies are not aware of their private keys. I see some of them do provide private keys to get some free tokens either from airdrops or from fake bounty projects. Some of them unknowingly save their private keys on their Bitcoin Forum account. In fact I did save my private keys on my bitcoin account. Newbies should know the fact that they should not share their private keys to anyone. Only they should share is ERC address.

Most of them make this mistake as either they missout on saving the private keys or else save it in their bitcointalk forum account I lost access to my blockchain wallet due to same stupidity in the past and they should save the private key in their email to keep it secure and accessible.
In most cases mistakes are made due to carelessness.  I do not want to tell that I am a very big professional, because when I started working with cryptocurrency, I also made a lot of mistakes.  Once I also lost access to the wallet, because I gave not the wallet address, but the secret key.  And I made this mistake due to the fact that the wallet address and secret key were saved in the clipboard of the keyboard of my smartphone.  The sensor responded to finger touches, but I did not bother to double-check the data that I sent.  I want to say that everything happens and everyone can be wrong.
803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🍌 🦍 EosKong - provably fair EOS game 🍌 on: October 20, 2019, 08:29:16 AM
Something strange is going on with this resource.  The topic was created on Friday and on the same day they created a group in telegrams.  So far, no one has answered a single question from forum users. The author wrote a topic and immediately disappeared without a trace.   Cheesy  But this is actually in the interests of the team to keep in touch with potential customers.  Apparently the site does not work, because I could not start.  By the way, for a resource of this kind, EOS coins will be small in any case, and in order to attract more customers, you will have to add other coins, but in this case you will also have to change the name.  In short, the guys apparently decided too early to start.
804  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀🚀Goodluck.io Tron and Eth Casino DApp - Blackjack, Slots, Roulette, Jackpot, on: October 20, 2019, 08:09:31 AM
Guys, I wanted to test the capabilities of this site and as if I did the registration as it should, but everything had a problem for a long time.  I work with a mobile operator, which has a traffic limit in time.  Father-in every hour, the network disconnects for a few seconds and resumes again.  And in this regard, I have problems with the site’s requirement, it covers me every hour and I have to re-enter the login information.  Are there any settings on the site so that the resource is less demanding on communication?
805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Bounty] Hawk Network - Distributed Intelligent IoT Technology Infrastructure on: October 20, 2019, 07:55:41 AM
Hello, I delete the avatar and company signature prematurely.  If possible, I ask you to save me my steaks for the work done. The telegram group told me that I can qualify for the earned steaks. Thank you so much.
806  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Suspicious Signature Campaign Swirge..com on: October 20, 2019, 05:11:20 AM
I understand that the guys are not going to give up and are starting to offer more and more dubious offers for bitcointalk users.
October 19  placed another topic in the Marketplace: Service:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5194320.msg52813419#msg52813419.
In this case, the Bounty company has already come up with to offer not only its tokens for the work done, but also the minimum amount of Bitcoin in order to attract more participants.  But in my opinion this is another manipulation, because their actions aimed at making the Bounty company offer similar to the most popular bounty companies on bitcointalk, which pay rewards in Bitcoin.  Definitely, such a Bounty company will attract only stupid participants, because no one will believe in their promise.  This whole company will fly out very suspiciously, because if professionals worked on this project, then they would analyze the market and understand that such a high price of the token is unrealistic for them.  And to promise such an overly unnatural reward for the participants is another manipulation.
807  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Suspicious Signature Campaign Swirge..com on: October 19, 2019, 03:45:31 PM
I understand what you are hinting at, but I believe that not only the hunter, but also the bounty team of the company must fulfill all the conditions of the transaction.  In my case, the spreadsheet has not been updated for four weeks now and no one answers questions.  Each of us must value our work.  If not us, then who?  Wink
Like what i said, make your own DD.

First of all, you want to talk about what? The distribution token for the bounty campaign or the bounty update spreadsheet, you started the thread topic and discuss about how the reward distribution, not the bounty update.

About the bounty spreadsheet is the duty of "Bounty Manager", you should ask him. Since the team hiring a non-popular BM without some portfolio don't hope too much from the BM for the progress of bounty.

I’m sorry, friend, apparently I really didn’t understand you, because we are talking about the corresponding bounty company, and I took the answer to my account.  I apologize.
808  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ MultiCoinGames ⭐ Dice🎲Slots🎰Roulette💎 ⭐ Get 10 Free Credits Now 💎💣🎰 on: October 19, 2019, 03:32:49 PM
The guys on the forum already have a negative rating and this is what is poorly displayed on the project that they are trying to promote.  In any case, the guys need to make a lot of efforts to show the effectiveness of the project and find some other ways to attract potential customers, because a negative rating for this will be a very big obstacle.  I can’t even imagine what needs to be done so that bitcointalk users distinguish between the negative rating of the account on the forum and the real quality, as well as the potential of their game resource.
809  Economy / Gambling / Re: exbet.io | The Bitcoin Betting Exchange on: October 19, 2019, 03:00:10 PM
Or, better still, sign up for our newsletter at exbet.io  Cool
It’s unfortunate that I missed the opportunity to take part in beta testing.  But still, I would like to know these moments, why do you have, apart from Twitter, no longer any public relations, such as Telegram?  In my opinion, the official group of your project should be in order to announce information and to communicate with potential customers online.  In addition, how will it be possible to find information about what the results of beta testing turned out to be?
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are u buying alts? on: October 19, 2019, 02:46:16 PM
of course I still buy some Altcoin at this time for the long term time, even though I currently buy Altcoin at a time when market conditions are still unstable but I still believe that there will be a big pump in the coming year. so how about you?
I have no plans to buy altcoins for future success when the risk is alarming but I am still doing the same as you when I bought some altcoins in recent days even when the market the market is not performing as well as usual because the value of altcoins has been falling for a relatively long time, that allows me to imagine a pump in the coming weeks or months, instead of the future. The future of altcoins is probably an important thing for you but you should buy for now when the future you imagine may not be in the market plan, closer will be better
In my opinion, buying altcoins only when the market has a good growth and should not hold long because altcoins are usually just coins to help you make short-term profits in this market. If you look at this market for a year, very few altcoins can increase in price and most are in the decline phase so it will have a lot of difficulties in investing. I don't know when the downtrend will end but hopefully in 2020 everything will return because investor confidence depends a lot on that year.

There are many different tips but the best solution is still to learn more about this market and find new investment solutions that can help you make a profit.
I can’t buy altcoins that I doubt.  In any case, every project that I invest in is promising for me and I will not leave these coins for long-term storage without a panic mood.  But just the decline in the cryptocurrency market gives me the opportunity to replenish my reserves and invest my funds at competitive prices.  In addition, the decline in the market indicates how projects react in order to once again choose among them more powerful and promising ones.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which are the hottest coins to invest in 2019? on: October 19, 2019, 01:42:35 PM
If it were possible to easily determine the prospectivity of coins, then all cryptocurrency users would be rich, and bad projects would disappear from the market without a trace.  But unfortunately this is not so.  To date, it is best to invest only in the highest-rated cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as in projects that already have a real product, such as BNB, and also show real potential in the future.  I would like to mention the Ripple coin, which, despite the current red market indicators, still shows a very good trend, and all this is due to the fact that the Ripples are attracted to new development opportunities. Today, Ripple is interesting primarily because new partners have appeared who work with one of the world's largest developers of financial services software Finastra.
And in turn, this company is a partner for more than half a hundred leading banks in the world.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: October 19, 2019, 12:57:23 PM
Undoubtedly, the current price indices for rating cryptocurrencies are much higher than they were at the end of 2018.  Nevertheless, only Bitcoin and Ethereum can be considered good indicators, which have improved since the beginning of 2019, but in relation to all other cryptocurrencies, there is still a bear market.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum goes to the top! on: October 19, 2019, 12:24:48 PM
I am just the opposite when looking at conditions that are happening right now because conditions are so bad in ethereum. honestly in 1 year there is almost nothing surprising from ethereum many people have seen the decline of ethereum since ICO is no longer in great demand a downward trend has started at that time too
In my opinion, the value of ethereum is not at all that there was a market for ico companies that was completely compromised, although in any case it was fraudulent projects and new projects that did not have real prospects, it was these companies that had a very negative impact on the development of ethereum.  But today, Ethereum still remains a very good platform with smart Smart contracts, with good technical characteristics, as well as a coin, with a full blockchain, which will soon be used as a means of payment. Therefore, I believe that Ethereum has a very great future, and the team still continues to reveal its potential.
814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: G7 report regarding Bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies. on: October 19, 2019, 09:31:40 AM
I guess there is nothing to worry about the news that will be reported by G7. Cryptocurrency especially bitcoin have been already bombarded with series of bad news and articles but until now it is alive and kicking. the G7 report is somehow fishy as it is biased in favor with stablecoins / stable cryptocurrency. Maybe it has something to do with the release of Libra coin to attract more investors. But in my opinion there would be no huge impact on bitcoin since bitcoin has proven itself over the years.
Perhaps you are right, but the United States, France and Germany, which have repeatedly spoken negatively about Libra, are also part of the G7.  And the US government is demanding a moratorium on the Libra project. Based on this, there is doubt that the G7 will act in the interests of Facebook.
815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / G7 report regarding Bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies. on: October 19, 2019, 09:08:12 AM
Today I read information that a G7 report on cryptocurrency was published.
The authors of this document stated that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not reliable means of payment and seem dangerous for storage.
Nevertheless, the report refers to the fact that stable coins are the exception and that such coins have real potential for everyday use.
The team that conducted the research turned up that not a single global project of stable coins can be legally used until the relevant laws are adopted for control, regulation, etc.
But the document also mentions that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are still a highly speculative asset class.

Guys, I ask you to comment on this matter.  After all, many are interested in the question of how exactly the G7 report will affect the entire cryptocurrency market.
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing in crypto a good idea? on: October 19, 2019, 08:42:49 AM
I very much hope that the report of the Big Seven, which was published in the media regarding Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, will not affect the entire cryptocurrency market.  The report says that cryptocurrencies are not recognized as a reliable means of payment and means of accumulation due to their instability.  The only exceptions are stable cryptocurrencies, which are less exposed to risks.  The report also says that stable coins will not be used on a full scale until all problems with control, regulation are resolved and laws are amended.  Based on this, you need to more carefully choose coins for investment.
817  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Suspicious Signature Campaign Swirge..com on: October 19, 2019, 04:28:07 AM
-snip-
Seem like you already know how to make due-diligence for some bounty. Then just use your own DD, if you feel the bounty not really realistic based on your survey/review then avoid. A good user always makes their own DD no just using a popularity BM Name, except for a bounty who just rushed went new bounty was born.
I understand what you are hinting at, but I believe that not only the hunter, but also the bounty team of the company must fulfill all the conditions of the transaction.  In my case, the spreadsheet has not been updated for four weeks now and no one answers questions.  Each of us must value our work.  If not us, then who?  Wink
818  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Suspicious Signature Campaign Swirge..com on: October 18, 2019, 05:11:00 PM
Out of all the bounties that have been advertised on this forum, how many paid tokens that were actually worth something? I'm sure that number is under 10%. Out of all the bounties launched on this forum, how many were worth the value advertised in the bounty? I'll bet the answer to that is less than 1%.

Regardless of what they offer, the end value is a token and likely will be worth a fraction of what they are advertising so it's likely that less than 20 users will even join the campaign.

dear yahoo62278, I know you as a truly professional and honest Bounty manager who thoroughly knows how this whole system works.  I completely agree with your opinion that most of the Bounty companies that operate today do not even fulfill a tenth of what they promised for hunters.  Nevertheless, I’m sure that you, as a Bounty manager, always control the quality of the work done by the Bounty Hunters, but in this case I doubt that the unknown person who controls the Swirge Bounty company will do it as well as you  .
20 Posts / 250 tokens = 5000 tokens per day,
5000 x $ 0.2 = $ 1000
"To promise does not mean to marry")
But the promise of large payouts for the bounty can be attributed to fraud. The ICO team must understand that it will not be able to pay $ 30,000 per month per participant. Nevertheless, she promises such payments. I think ICOs like Swirge will not be able to collect anything at all.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that the team stated that it was not going to conduct any ico.  This is another question that remains unanswered, where are they going to take that kind of money.
The reward is really very oily, even though most bounty companies do not pay what they promise.  Nevertheless, if a crowd of hunters gathers, because there are no restrictions, the work will be done enormously and completely for nothing.  20 posts a day is cool.  Grin
I am sure that because of this Bounty company, many forum participants will still suffer who will not delve into the essence of the problem and who will definitely be accused of spam.
819  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Suspicious Signature Campaign Swirge..com on: October 18, 2019, 05:19:21 AM
And again we calculate that:
 20 Posts / 250 tokens = 5000 tokens per day,
 5000 x $ 0.2 = $ 1000
How you calculated that price? even tokens not yet listed on any exchange?

nah, found this on bounty thread
Currently OKU coins is not listed on any exchanges. The price of $0.2 per OKU according to the team is a starting price for the coin once the start trading. <..>

Maybe not $1000/day, I Things $0.001/day then listing an exchange

If it were an investment company or a new cryptocurrency exchange project, then I would have had much less doubt.  If you find these numbers in a bounty topic, aren't the team too strong ambitions?
820  Economy / Scam Accusations / Suspicious Signature Campaign Swirge..com on: October 18, 2019, 04:17:33 AM
Hello guys.  I want to draw your attention to the new bounty company "Swirge..com Signature Campaign | New Decentralized Social Media Platform" :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5193268.new#new, which offers forum users too much reward and at the same time conditions can be too sad for bitcointalk.
Please note that the cost of 1,000,000 OKU is $ 200k according to the statements of the team.
Through mathematical calculations, we find out the price of one token:
 200000 / 1,000,000 = $ 0.2 for 1 token

If you pay attention to the conditions of signature compaing, then each member with a Full Member rating will be able to receive a reward of 250 OKU for 20 posts per day.

 And again we calculate that:
 20 Posts / 250 tokens = 5000 tokens per day,
 5000 x $ 0.2 = $ 1000

And so, gentlemen, $ 1,000 per day  Shocked for each member with a Full member rating, while the advertised resource is a social networking platform that does not have great financial value and does not bring such income that every user has the opportunity to sell their tokens at the above price.

(I only express my opinion and concern.)
In my opinion, this is abuse and possible fraud.  Be careful.

And if you follow the site link and pay attention to its design, then its appearance resembles the last century and confirms that no one tried to invest at least a little money in this resource.  At the same time, the team said that they have no intentions to conduct ico.

But the most important thing is the condition of the company’s signature, 20 posts per day, which will definitely provoke spam on the forum.  Many users will be seduced by such a generous reward.
 Thanks for your attention.
