Can we imagine a society without money ? I think there is an element of truth in Freud [the repression of sex that came with Protestant and puritan countries], but the problem comes when it is itself elevated in an ideology. Today people think it is their right to act on their sexual impulses. they see this as more fundamental [more real] than the moral constraints which would otherwise hold them back.
We think of ourselves as liberated today, and part of that liberation is our sexuality. At the public and intellectual levels of life, the official line is we should all be out and proud about our sexuality in order to live a happy and fulfilling life. This orthodoxy will only begin to be questioned in a generation's time when the wheels start to fall off.

If you really wants to feed the poor, you have many other things to do in the beginning:
- To rescue them from the conflict or war zone
- provide them with clean drinking water
- ensure a regular distribution of food
- ensure regular education and security
In order to do all this things, you don't need bitcoin but government support, many volunteers, security...

OK, kako vidim, moderatoru ovog foruma ili pokretaču teme, je već dosta našeg ''prepucavanja'' oko poreza u drugom topicu, pa su ga zaključali OK, ni ja ne mislim više stalno ponavljati jedno te isto i vrtiti se stalno u krug objašnjavajući stalno jedno te isto. Ovdje ću dati jedan kratki sažetak onoga što znam iz osobnog iskustva ili jer sam osobno prošao i provjerio, a za više detalja javite se svom poreznom referentu ili knjigovođi. Više nemam ''živaca'' ni ''vremena'' stalno odgovarati na ist pitanja (zato ovaj topic odmah i zatvaram). 1. Pitanja tipa zašto plaćati porez na bitcoin i sl. su potpuno besmislena jer se na bitcoin ne plaća porez u RH. 2. Porez ste dužni platiti u trenutku kada bitcoin zamjenite u čvrstu valutu i prebacite na račun u RH. 3. Naravno, ako na btc ATM podignete bitcoin, tehnički to nije prekršaj i čak ako nađete neki dućan u RH gdje ćete račun direktno platiti bitcoinom, to također nije prekršaj. Ono što vas može dovesti u nevolje je ''nesrazmjer'' vaših prihoda i rashoda, jer za sve što kupujete (osim bakice na placu i kruha i vode i sl) izda vam se račun s OIB-om, u što porezna ima uvid, kao i u transakcije na vašem računu i reagirat će ako vidi nesrazmjer novca koji trošite i vaših prijavljenih prihoda. 4. Dugoročno rješenje nisu ni strane btc aTM kartice jer poreznei policijske službe stranih zemalja međusobno redovno razmjenjuju informacije o ''sumnjivim'' transakcijama i računima i ako ste verificirali račun, porezna ga može povezati vrlo lako s vama. 5. Istina je da porezni zakon nije precizan, porezni pravilnik još i manje i da bitcoin, pa čak i internet zarada kao takva, nisu posebno spomenuti i nisu dobili svoju vlastitu joopd šifru ali sa stanovišta porezne to i nije bitno. Sve to, i bitcoin i internet zarada, obuhvaća kategorija ''primici iz inozemstva''. POreznoj čak nije tolko ni bitno na koji je način došlo do te zarade, i čak ako ne znate zemlju podrijetla, preskočit će to, i sve svrstati u pasivnu zaradu, primitak iz inozemstva, nepoznata zemlja podrijetla, i dalje, po svojoj špranci, će ispuniti preostala mjesta u joopd obrascu i obračunati vam porez, prirez i doprinose (od ove godine). Tako, da sve te priče kako objasniti poreznoj o bitcoinu i miningu su nepotrebni, jer to poreznoj nije ni potrebno da vam obračuna porez. Vi isto tako niste pravne osobe da bi tražili oprost poreza zbog ''gubitka'' investicije u bitcoin a i gotovo je nemoguće da ''dokažete'' da ste na isti račun uplatili i isplatili novac, jer poreznoj ne možete pokazati vjerodostojni zakonski dokument, koji bi to dokazao (screen shoot walleta ili broj transakcije? ne budite smiješni). Jedini slućaj, za koji znam, da je uspješno nađena 'rupa'' u zakonu da se ne plati porez na bitcoin alo ne na dohodak već pDV je kod firme koja trguje bitcoinom. Oni su našli tzv legalnu ''rupu'' u zakonu koja kaže da nema poreza ako se prodaje ili kupuje novac koji nije zakonsko sredstvo plaćanja. GTi je zakonodavac vjeojatno mislio na filateliste i stari novac, koji više nije u upotrebi, ali se ta firma ''dobro sjetila'' da to pravilo iskoristi za kuprodaju bitcoina bez PDV-a. Naravno da to ne znači da ne plaćaju porez na dobit i druge doprinose. Još jednom, ideje o kupovini investicijskog zlata su zanmljive ali ne rješavaju problem ''podrijetla'' novca te nesrazmjera prijavljenih orihoda i potrošnje pojedinca. Nadam se da je sada bar malo jasnije a da ne bi ponovno započeli diskusiju u kojij se stalno vrte ista pitanja i odgovori, za koju više nemam vremena ni živaca, zaključavam olvaj topic. |

I believe in God because I am a Catholic. I grew up from all the teachings from school and church about God. God is always there in good or bad times. It's great that you believe in God because of your tradition, culture and education. I suggest you to try to develop personal relationship with God through prayer and meditation. In such way, God can become your very good friend and eventually your father, someone to talk about personal issues in life, to share your pan and suffering etc. I believe in such God, not some distant being far away in heaven. |
