Slightly confused as to whether the OP meant that they originally paid €100 over a year ago to buy the BTC which is now worth €500... or that they paid €100 one year ago to get their wallet unlocked... The OPs other 2 posts are from January 2017 saying they were unable to restore their Electrum wallet from seed... so maybe it is the second scenario?  It's obvious that the review is not safe. Look at the post that he get the seed from the cloud but when recovering it to electrum wallet he couldn't click the next button it means he choose a wrong option or there are words is wrong spelling. However, according to his review, he is talking about a password and private keys (Not a seed phrase) So my guess that he is lying and he owns that website, he made an account here to promote his own website and get backlinks here in the forum. |

I think bitcoin still in the recovery phase while the price still keeps increasing these days and many investors right now investing in bitcoin.
Might be the reason of the price increases it's because of new exchanges like in CX exchange I got this news from other countries that I think why the price right now keeps increasing these days plus the good news about Tax Day.
Looks like after this month we will see the price will hit at $10k value someone already analyzed the market a few days ago in speculation board.

Can you post the kernel.log here and let me review the logs and put it inside the code sample below. Copy paste your codes here Hope that you check the link that I posted above it includes how to modify the fan speed then set the fan speed 75% or lower. If not your fan might be defective.

I think no because bitcoin is used for online transaction and the price of bitcoin is not stable, but if bitcoin become stable maybe it might be possible that bitcoin will become currency, but for now, there's no chance that bitcoin will be used as currency.
The other reason every country have their own currency so where do you think the country of bitcoin?
Bitcoin is decentralized and we couldn't just credit it to China or other countries as their currency.

AFAIK there is currently no way to import private keys for segwit addresses from Bitcoin Core to Electrum.
I read (and bookmarked) this 2 days ago: In the field where you enter the private key, enter p2wpkh-p2sh: in front of the private key. For example, do this: Replace "5blahblah" with your private key. It should import the correct address I haven't tested it yet, but if it works, I want to merit him. The movement price last February looks like the same as this month well for me we don't actually what will the price after the end of this month.
The possibility that I know could happen after this month the price will increase much higher because more investors are coming. So the movement of the price can be changed and instead of downtrend it might be increased more and hit back to $10k.
For now, the price of bitcoin is stable around $8500-$9000 and I think more good news will come that could trigger the price to increase much higher.
Just like what happens in block halving where people didn't expect that the price will continuously increase until December 2017.
So if there is good news about bitcoin expect that the price will become more expensive.

Ok it was defective fan, fan from other antminer is working fine.
Question: fans are incompatible for Antminer, even if the fan is standard 6000 rpm 2.7A ? As I have QFR1212GHE, I got model number from picture on bitmain's web site, but this fan is not working. It show 30000 rpm and then 0 rpm.

Did you try to reflash it with new firmware? Or hard reset it 2 times? If this still didn't work you can try to modify the fan speed maybe you just need to adjust it and decrease or increase the speed of your fan. I found a solution for modifying the fan speed and frequency you can try this method. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2690140.0Open the images 1 by 1 and edit the fan speed. Test your miner every time you change the fan speed if there are no changes maybe your fan is not compatible with your miner. So make sure it's compatible on your miner. |

Thank you, I have tested it and from the desktop wallet (where I've gotten the master public key) the answer is false, but from the "watch only" wallet the answer is yes. I don't understand anything.
Why the wallet created from the master public key don't shows the desktop wallet?
Why does it behave as if it were a new wallet but does not allow sending?
How can I find the private key or regenerate this "watch only" wallet to get funds from it?
How did you put the code into electrum wallet in android? I mean this code You can only recover your wallet if you save the seed phrase, you can get the seed phrase when you create a wallet from electrum. Your fan couldn't detect properly that is why your miner stops. Put back the old fan and try to perform a hard reset first or reflash it with other firmware before you are going to hardware. What website you are referring to? is it blockchain.info or xapo or other website?
I experienced this thing before, but in XAPO wallet when I receive the sms code and put it in authentication box it's always said it's a wrong code.
I try to log in from time to time, but I couldn't login anymore I message the support never receive any response from them.
That is why I decided to stop using them.
If you are using XAPO try to contact the support first if you are lucky and get a response and they fix your issue transfer your bitcoin to wallet that you can fully control.

Yes tried with wifi and mobile connection.
Made a Jaxx support ticket and they told me not to mine on a Jaxx wallet and to take the private keys and make a new Jaxx wallet and sweep.
I was able to successfully claim more ZEC but I am now having problems with one private key with the most ZEC I have.. keeps saying transaction failed once again.
going to try Coinomi on an IPhone, it seems like a lot of people are having these similar issues on Android according to research.
Never experience issue about coinomi wallet I can receive zec daily from my miner without any error and I can send my zec to other wallets just make sure when sending your ZEC coin to exchanges make sure don't send them all because the remaining will automatically be paying the transaction fees. Let me know if what phone model and android version your phone have? And let me know if where you live because there are some country that cryptocurrencies are blocked from internet providers. If the issue is the same as in jaxx wallet it must be your internet connection and firewall. Could you try to reset your router or reboot your internet connection and try again. |

You must share with us the bitcoin address from cryptopia where you send his bitcoin.
Since you mention that cryptopia generated a new address so it means this is not a kraken issue.
Could you give us TXID or transaction ID of your friend so that we can identify if what are the issues?
The other might be the reason he put all of his balance from cryptopia to dust the button looks like a trashcan in cryptopia balances.
and also I heard many people complain about the service of kraken like someone experience that their funds stole from their own kraken account.
So try to contact the kraken support about his issue and ask for TXID you can check your TXID in blockchain.info and you will see if they send your bitcoin to the exact bitcoin address from cryptopia.

What actually shown in the hardware version? Sometimes it's a firmware issue if your hardware version is X.X.X.X or 0.0.0.0 your firmware might be corrupted.
