8101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal Stops Operating in Turkey, Online Payment Sector Turns to Bitcoin on: June 10, 2016, 11:00:57 AM
With Turkey residents losing a convenient option for sending and receiving payments online, the country’s online payment sector is gradually yielding to a free control market with the uptake in Bitcoin use.

You can read more about it : http://cointelegraph.com/news/paypal-stops-operating-in-turkey-online-payment-sector-turns-to-bitcoin

Bitcoin 1-0 Paypal.

This is what happen when a govt try to over regulate its people. Paypal was a legitimate way to send and receive money and govt was earning taxes on it. Now that it has stopped, people will definitely turn to bitcoin and transact anonymously. Govt will loose the taxes.

Anyway people will give it a damn because nowadays there are so many options available to transact online and people are not at all dependent to paypal alone. RIP turkey govt logic!

8102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Worldwide! on: June 10, 2016, 04:27:25 AM
Are there countries that do not accept Bitcoin? I mean no idea regarding it. What do you think will happen to Bitcoin 5years from now? I'm not asking you to be a psychic to see the future. I'm asking about your idea about Bitcoin's future. TIA!

I think Russia has banned bitcoin. But Japan is exploring the possibilities to make it legal. But most of the other countries do not bother and till the time they do not bother, it is a good thing for bitcoin.

Till the time it remains unregulated by a national power, bitcoin will flourish. But if countries starts to make it legal and start taxing on it, bitcoin will be ruined to death.

If this does not happen, I see a very bright future for bitcoin.
8103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your money aim? At which point you would go in "retire"? on: June 10, 2016, 04:15:38 AM
For me sky is the limit. Nothing is enough as I am a very money minded man and I have a long way to go before I sleep.

Actually no one can say that if I have 10k BTC then I will retire. because it all depends on the economical situation of your country and also you have to keep track of the inflation. So for me nothing is enough.

I will keep earning more and more till the time I can.
8104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used for Good? on: June 09, 2016, 02:32:54 PM
Every new innovation has its positive and negative side, so as bitcoin. I understand and agree that bitcoin is being used by illegal traders and many other illegal means but there are good people also who earns bitcoin in a genuine way without scamming anyone.

The bitcoin has enormous power to change lives in future. Just earn bitcoin and hold it for future use, you won't be disappointed.
8105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Valorbit | VAL | https://valorbit.com | Valorbit coins Distributed By Humans on: June 09, 2016, 02:28:19 PM
Thank GOD that the Dev is finally back with an welcoming news. Another welcoming change I have noticed that free distribution has been stopped.

I have not received any single coin after 21 May 2016. That is indeed great. I hope this coin will revive soon and we all will see a price increase beyond 1 satoshi.

Keeping my finger crossed.
8106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 09, 2016, 02:23:15 PM
I think the only thing is stopping them is their blind faith on fiat currency. The concept of bitcoin is itself a major confusing point for them.

They just can't accept that money can be mined through a computer program and that is more valuable than any other fiat currency available in the whole world.

Once I started teaching about bitcoin to some of my office colleagues and they started laughing. So I immediately stopped. Let restrict bitcoin circulation just within the believers.
8107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A teen is given $1K to invest into Bitcoin - what would you recommend for them? on: June 09, 2016, 10:57:28 AM
Let's say a young teenager is given some coming-of-age money from their family, and is interested in growing that money through Bitcoin. Without encouraging him/her to invest in risky strategies, what are some lower risk methods of growing a Bitcoin portfolio with a hypothetical gift of $1K?

The safest way is to give that $1k to me. Lol!!! Jokes apart!!

The best way to grow bitcoin is to hold them. That's the best investment for bitcoin till date.

A big NO for ponzi or HYIP schemes. However, a limited amount of money can be invested in to p2p loans. Only a limited amount. Like 30% of the total fund.

He can also try trading with another 30% of the total fund as it is the best way to get bitcoin.
8108  Other / Off-topic / Re: Steady Way To earn Bitcoin Online... on: June 08, 2016, 03:30:52 PM
What do you mean by steady way?? Is it that, you don't have to do anything and the bitcoin will keep pouring in your wallet?? Then u are day dreaming.

The best way to earn bitcoin according to me is trading. The best and most profitable way. You can also try using btcjam and btcpop website to look for some investment in p2p loans, but it is not a risk free way.

So for me trading is the best way to earn bitcoin.
8109  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency? on: June 08, 2016, 02:57:01 PM
Everyone would like the bitcoin is accepted in all online and real stores and, as as mentioned in the title, what would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency?

Frankly  speaking, I don't want bitcoin to become a legal currency like any other fiat and accepted in most of the stores. Because the nature of bitcoin is decentralized and it is not meant to buy daily groceries.

Also remember, that bitcoin supply is limited so you can't print bitcoin as you want. Take bitcoin as an alternate investment route save it. DOn't buy silly thing with it.
8110  Economy / Auctions / Re: Auction - HNR Blog (started in 2009) on: June 08, 2016, 09:28:39 AM
The alexa ranking gone down because of inactivity. It was around 26k in alexa while it was active. But you can see the post history, I have not been posting much as I don't have time.

8111  Other / Off-topic / Re: The First Thing You Bought? on: June 08, 2016, 04:20:33 AM
What was the first thing you bought with your Bitcoin? Did you treat your loved ones to a classy restaurant? Or did you bought something for yourself? Bitcoin indeed is really helpful Smiley

I have not yet bought anything with my accumulated bitcoin till date.

I am saving for something really special for which I need more bitcoins. Hopefully within a year, I will be able to save that much amount to treat myself with a super bike.

But frankly speaking, I don't want to spend my bitcoin for a restaurant treat or to buy groceries. I have fiat for that. Save bitcoin for future and you will never regret.
8112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Receive usd on website, get paid in btc on: June 08, 2016, 04:16:02 AM
There are so many exchangers available in the market who can convert your USD to bitcoin. But before exchanging, do a thorough background check just to be sure that the exchanger is not going to scam you.

Also you can use exchanges like yobit or c-cex to convert your USD to BTC by paying lower fees. Also you will get some hands on experience in trading which will enable you to earn more than expected.

8113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: June 08, 2016, 04:11:14 AM
Nothing is impossible, but it is a very hard job to replace bitcoin by any other crypto currency because bitcoin is pioneer in the crypto world. Bitcoin showed the world what crypto currency is.

So it will not be an easy task to replace the pioneer. But you never know.
8114  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: HYIP VS MINING on: June 07, 2016, 04:12:36 AM
Do you think HIYIP AND MINING it the same Shocked
if you think it's the same, what similarities Huh
And if you think it's different, what's the difference Huh

Quote
I think hell together a profitable investment into two sides. Roll Eyes Cool

And lastly, What do you do if a site HIYIP and MINING
suddenly SCAM Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

I think HYIP and cloud mining is the same thing. But not the other forms of mining. The hyip market is down from quite some time now and the scammers are basically venturing in to cloud mining. The investment is also less and the return they have to pay to the investors, is also less compared to the crazy interest rate they used to give to the hyip investors.

But other forms of mining, are not hyip. It doesn't offer you a very high yield.
8115  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: June 07, 2016, 04:09:00 AM
After the recent jump of bitcoin price from $450 to $585, I think your question holds no value.

That is what we are buying bitcoin for. The price and the huge potential for the price increase in future. Holding bitcoin is also an investment. Not necessarily you have to invest it in anywhere. Just hold it for long time and you will get a massive return.

8117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EU wants to Control the Internet and Destroy Bitcoin on: June 06, 2016, 04:36:13 AM
Funny read but worrying as well. Eu tried to control the currency and the bank interest is running in negative. But it is virtually impossible to control internet even after publishing government ID card for using internet.

Hackers know the ways to hide their ass. Now the normal people will also follow their ways. There are so many documents available in the internet on how to hide ur ass from the rest of the world. People will follow that.
8118  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: June 05, 2016, 04:52:57 PM
The result is out. As you can see the halving soared the bitcoin price to $570+.

Take example of a normal demand supply chain. Halving means decreased mining rewards (decreased supply) but the demand is going stronger day by day. So the end result is increase in price. And that is what exactly happened.
8119  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: June 05, 2016, 04:48:31 PM
Holding bitcoin is itself an investment which can give u a very good return in long term. So don't invest all of the 12 BTC you have.

Hold 50% of your total BTC for price increase and then invest the rest of the amount in p2p lending through btcjam and btcpop. Strictly avoid using HYIP or any form of ponzi schemes which offers crazy returns.

Also start trading with BTC. It is the best way to earn more.
8120  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happens when Chinese speculators enter Bitcoin market? on: June 05, 2016, 04:45:08 PM
Chinese people are using bitcoin from quite a long time now. If we see more Chinese people entering in to the market, initially you will see the market cap increase.

The will initially buy heavily and then dump to get the profit out of it. Bitcoin market has its own dynamics and sudden increase in investment will increase its price as well.
