8121  Economy / Services / Re: Fuloos Signature Campaign - Full Member - Legendary [Forever Campaign] on: January 26, 2018, 02:15:59 PM
No bitcoin payment?

This doesn't even belong here in the services section
As the managers are asking about providing btc address, I suppose they are paying those fixed usd sums in bitcoin. Thus, this does belong to services.
However, as was stated before, there is a high risk of being scammed and there is no escrow, so considering this fact the topic doesn't belong to this forum at all. Wink
I am NOT saying they are scammers, though. Perhaps everything will be fine, even though they are not willing to escrow any funds, unfortunately.
8122  Economy / Services / Re: [BOUNTY] ⭐️CryptoBnB Signature Campaign⭐️Payments will be in BTC and Ckey🌟 on: January 26, 2018, 09:02:16 AM
Are the stated in the rules rewards meant per week or per month?
And you have no escrow with funds, right?
Best,
kryptqnick

Hello, Q1: payment will be made after 4 weeks (after this campaign is done). Q2: I will ask the team for that possibility.  Smiley

Yeah, please ask them to make the payment every once a week. I mean, the Ckey rewards can be accumulated and paid on the 4th week but the Bitcoin is better to be paid every week.
I support that. I am for two years on the forum and I have met different campaigns here, you know, some of which didn't pay at all. I don't want to say that this project will cheat all of us, but I think it would be totally correct to pay BTC weekly and alt payment by the end of the campaign.
I agree with this too, can the btc payments be made weekly?
Please, dear team and manager! It would stimulate us a lot more if we received the payment more regularly. The reason for that is that you don't have an escrow or a trusted manager operating the campaign and it would be so much better if we had some proof that everything is doing fine.
Perhaps, if paying once a week is difficult, some other options can be found:
- once in two weeks
- receiving the payment 'bonus' after the first week and then the rest of the money at the end of the campaign
- funds escrowed by a member of this forum who has positive trust
8123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Eidoo wallet for ethereum and ERC20 token on: January 25, 2018, 03:45:56 PM
Im thinking of trying this eidoo wallet, but before that I want to get some info because of fear that it might be scam.
Why would you need a wallet which has some scam accusations? I recently found out that MEW accepts erc20-based tokens. This wallet has the best reputation among eth wallets, it is very secure and free. I am not sure, maybe they have some limit of tokens that can be held there, but so far I never heard of any troubles with tokens in MEW. Eidoo also accepts bitcoin and litecoin, whereas mew doesn't, but I think btc should be kept on blockchain and ltc on litevault anyway. If one wants to have a lot of coins at one place then wallet is just a bad solution of the problem, for that's what exchanges are for.
8124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy Coins - Which is the best Monero, Pivx , Verge, DeepOnion or Zcash? on: January 25, 2018, 03:07:47 PM
I currently own all of these coins and am wondering what people think of each of them and why is one better then the other?

It really depends what you need this coins for. If you mean what is the best as an investment then two big candidates are Monero and Zcash, but, as the latter has genius tax, Monero is the best one. However, as for their privacy, I have seen articles explaining that Zcash and Monero can easily be tracked and they are not as anonymous as people think they are. Deeponion seems like the best coin in terms of privacy, as it is integrated into TOR network and, whereas people out there do some shady business, I believe they made sure this coin is the best for them before accepting it.
8125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Electroneum in 2018 ? on: January 25, 2018, 02:52:48 PM
for me is just mine and sell
although mining became not so profitable lately
No, it's not about that. When I first got acquainted with the project during their ICO stage, I thought it was one of the most genius things I have seen in the realm of cryptocurrencies. Mining while playing a game is an attractive idea indeed, even though it doesn't help to solve any real blockchain problems like some coins try to do. However, the project has serious issues and I suppose they didn't overcome them fully, as the coin is not popular yet. What is bad is that it is not listed on major exchanges. And I can't see any updated on the game that appeared after the end of October, so the game is probably not on the market yet.
Anyway, I think the project will show its might eventually, since people do enjoy playing from time to time and they will enjoy it even more if they get money from doing that without any chance of losing.
8126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think Amazon will launch there own Cryptocurrency Exchange? on: January 25, 2018, 02:39:32 PM
it is like asking why doesn't the barber shop fix my computer!!!
Amazon is not in the business of creating exchanges, and their business is not even remotely related to exchanges. so why would they want to get into this business out of nowhere?
they may however end up creating their own coin (Amazon-coin) and add one more useless coin to the sea of altcoins.
Yes, that's what I thought. They could create a token on eth or something and accept it as means of payment. If the fees will be cheaper than when one is transferring local fiat and it is automatically converted into usd (and accomplishing this aim is not so hard), it might even work. However, I think amazon showed its attitude toward cryptocurrencies some time ago by sort of accepting (but not really accepting) bitcoin as means of payment when the coin was already very popular, but had no speed or fee problems yet. I suppose it means that they don't really care about it and keep accepting fiat to be safe from potential major fluctuations.
8127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 ico what i like! on: January 25, 2018, 02:25:26 PM
Too bad your links don't work. But I looked at those project and here's what I think:
Squeezer's team is probably not very strong, as there's no information about experience or education of these people. Their project sounds sophisticated, but I don't think it's a strong one.
Watertech has this charity context of helping the poor have access to clean water, which might attract some rich people to the project, but the team is not even listed and I don't think that investment in water technologies actually requires a whole new coin.
Tokia does have an impressive team and project advisors as well as a nice exchange idea, because all of those we have for now have their serious cons.
Coinpoker also looks pretty good, but the project itself doesn't seem to be different from those which already made such attempts and failed (LGD, for example).
Finally, Repux looks like a project that invested a lot in advertising, but doesn't really have anything else to me.
8128  Other / Meta / Re: What do you think about the new rules (merit) of the Bitcointalk forum? on: January 25, 2018, 12:03:23 PM
What do you think about the new rules (merit) of the Bitcointalk forum? Do you think this is good or not?)
Looks like you're misplaced for discussion, this is an altcoin section.
Apart from that, merit system is very good because it can distinguish accounts that do shitpost with account that do constructive post. we dont need The Pharmacist anymore Cheesy
I agree that this thread belongs and Meta and that in general this idea is good. But it will take some time for users to adapt and really start giving merit to others. I guess we should consider them as likes on facebook, so merit should be given if the post is helpful or if one agrees with that.
As for the op's question about agreeing to give merit - I don't think it's illegal yet, but I suppose it is a bad idea to do that, since the whole merit idea wouldn't make sense then.
It is truly hard to make serious contribution to the discussions on the forum, but at least merit system will stimulate to read more post and try to write something useful.
8129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: With which coin would you like to wager in a casino? on: January 25, 2018, 11:49:31 AM
I think almost all gamblers will choose bitcoin to gamble in a casino, because most of cryptocurrency casino is accepting bitcoin. I choose Dogecoin and ETH because the fees is really small if you compare it with bitcoin fees and the confirmation also fast. If the bitcoin's fees reduced to the normal, i will back using bitcoin.
Why do they choose btc? Is it because it is the coin accepted more than other ones? I agree dogecoin is a very good one for this purpose. Not only because it is fast and transactions merely cost a thing, but also because the coin itself is very cheap, so it makes one feel better white gambling and wager less as well just as the numbers look big enough anyway. As for eth, I don't think it is such a good choice, because the transactions are not instant (they take minutes) and eth itself is an unsecure coin, so you can always end up losing it due to some bug.
8130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is litecoin as an investment done? on: January 24, 2018, 10:23:07 PM
Sure for 99 percent that the litecoin will cost even more as much as $ 300 as it's a really improved version of the bitcoin.
Well, it is better than bitcoin, but there are coins with technologies far more superior and yet they don't have a chance of succeeding, as there are too many of them already. What is really making ltc special is probably the fact that the coin is old and people got used to seeing it around and trusting it. The creator of the coin is not a bad leader as well and that provides another reason to believe in the coin. And I do agree it will rise again. The current price is still good to buy, it is about 80% down its max already.
8131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why peoples launching more coins everyday ? on: January 24, 2018, 10:09:04 PM
i see here is approx 1400 coins in market but i want to ask if i launch my own coin how i will get profit ? how i will manage development and other expenses ?

Well, you surely need some initial investment to hire a coder (if you're not a programmer) and pay for some good HR. Then it is better if you have at least something special about your coin. This will help you succeed, As for the finances, a lot of coins are crowd-funded (ICO projects) and with nice advertising and some idwas that can help to raise incredibly good amounts of money. However, I think there are too many coins already and they rarely make a difference apart from just being out there for trading, so please don't create another one just for the sake of doing it!
8132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best Altcoin for holding now on: January 23, 2018, 09:57:19 AM
What is the best Altcoin for holding now ? Please list as your opinion. Thank you
Best altcoins? I think it's Neo or Etherum.
Both are still at high prices. Eth can give one up to 30% profit, while neo - up to 50%. I would say that the safest coin and the one that will definitely give one 2x profit long-term (a few months) is bitcoin. However, is one is ready for some risks, it would be better to invest in ripple. I believe it can easily provide 2x-3x profit within a month, since ripple already was worth those prices. It is not a really risky investment like ico or shitty coin. Ripple is a strong project that is likely to become even more influential, whereas the price is still incredibly low.
8133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I all in,how about U?! on: January 23, 2018, 09:47:02 AM
I also got some in my portfolio, the team established most on the roadmap. Performing great but lack hype. But when hype is spreading, it will be too late to buy  Grin

Your decision is better than the OP in my opinion (assuming what he meant by all in is spending all of his trading capital to this coin).
I'm not trading this coin, but if i could, I believe it is still too risky if I go all-in. Spending 10% would be enough.
I agree, I also think that the chart provided by the op shows that this coin is quite good for trading (buying low and selling high, it has some sort of cycles), not investing in the coin and waiting till it goes up eventually. And the coin itself is not so good IMO. The roadmap for 2018 is still not there, website is working a bit strange and the whitepaper shows that there's no real project or product for this coin. It doesn't aim to solve any problems and it doesn't differ from lots of other coins.
8134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple XRP Are Being Used on Human Implanted Microchips Payment Service For BEZH on: January 23, 2018, 09:28:37 AM
Hi, guys! This is a big step in the future of payments so be the first to know about it and spread the word.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o61TYJyQca4&feature=youtu.be

Will you have to microchip implant?
I believe this campaign which sells the chips is itself not so popular and it perhaps won't have strong impact on Ripple, but it is still a move forward and it establishes xrp as real money. What are these microchips anyway? At first I thought it was like these implants for deaf people, but then I read that there are chips containing the main information about a person! I don't think I would like to have one, since it is kinda weird to keep such info under the skin. I might be useful in case something happens to me, but what if the chip is tracked and so the person is unable to hide or just disappear for a while.
8135  Economy / Services / Re: [BOUNTY] ⭐️CryptoBnB Signature Campaign⭐️Payments will be in BTC and Ckey🌟 on: January 22, 2018, 01:54:56 PM
Thanks for the answer! As for escrow, one could just sign a message confirming there are sufficient funds to pay.
And what about the payment? Is it 0.0045 BTC + 1500 Ckey for Hero Member each week or for 4 weeks?
8136  Economy / Services / Re: [BOUNTY] ⭐️CryptoBnB Signature Campaign⭐️Payments will be in BTC and Ckey🌟 on: January 22, 2018, 09:51:09 AM
Hello. I thought the payments will be issued every week, but then read the answer that they'll be made after the end of the campaign..
Are the stated in the rules rewards meant per week or per month?
And you have no escrow with funds, right?
Best,
kryptqnick
8137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON appeared in the wallet on: January 22, 2018, 09:44:36 AM
Thank you, guys, for your answers! I think that ashmodeus is right, I just received 500 from liqui as a part of their sorry bonus or something. I was just confused, because there is no trade history with this operation on liqui. I'm glad I have it now. I will hold for some time, sure. I have another question for liqui users: I never withdrew money from out there, so I don't know what are the fees for that. If I sell trx for eth and then withdraw eth, will it work without any additional obstacles?
8138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking SHORT bitcoin right now - currently trading at 12732 on CMC on: January 22, 2018, 09:33:11 AM
with 3 percent stop.

Should start dropping very soon

* This is not a recommendation to act and is based on my personal algorithms
So are you saying now is the time to sell btc? I don't think this is such a good idea, you know. Bitcoin has been worth $20k and there is no doubt it will be worth that much after some time. I think it is still time to buy or at least patiently hold bitcoins and wait for easy profit. The same holds for other coins like ltc, iota and ripple which dropped for no reason (only iota has some) and we'll see them up soon again. Do you really think btc won't recover? Or were you suggesting to sell at 12700 those who bought at about $10k for an easy and fast profit?
8139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about these coins? on: January 21, 2018, 04:04:42 PM
Hello, I want to pick 10 coins of these ones to invest in so I am looking to know your opinions about them. You can arrange them descending from the most potential one to increase in price to the least one:

ADA, XEM, IOTA, TRX, XVG, SC, BCN, SNT, ARDR, BTS, ZRX, DGB, NXC, BNT, BNB, SUB, STEEM, VEN, POWR, XRP and XLM

IOTA has very interesting technology and looks like a game-changer to me with these tangles allowing one to pay nothing for transactions. XRP is also a good coin, I think it will rise a lot in the future, as it is willing to work with banks and they don't mind as well. TRX - I just found out that I own some of them and so I checked out the project. The ideas are fine and the team is very promising. However, Charlie Lee thinks the coin is not worth the attention it has and he might turn out to be right. I can't tell you about other coins, I never considered them for investment.
8140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO or Altcoin? on: January 21, 2018, 03:54:03 PM
Me my self chose existing alt over ICOs, cause i think it more safe. But sometimes i joining ICO if that ICO make me interested, such as what project they devlop. I love taking risk though, so as long at the begining you choose wisely wich ICO you invest youll make a decent good profit from it.
I prefer to invest in altcoins as well, since at least you're sure you won't lose all of your money on that. ICOs are too risky for now. And they usually have quite high minimum investment requirements, whereas on the exchange you can buy a bit of coins to experiment rather than make a serious investment.
With all the fluctuations going around with Bitcoin it's really hard to judge an ico for investment. I would go for an altcoin as I can see the clear use of that coin and what may be the future of it.
Why do you mention bitcoin? Do all icos only accept investments in btc? If one goes for trading it is usually done via btc as well anyway, so I don't think it matters here. Or do you mean that ICOs are at risk when btc price is facing huge price changes?
