I don't have any algorithms used It is based on the comments. I determine the percentage by a pool that have been deleted and the comments. Example: I got 854 votes with a positive feedback. The pool and comment is equivalent to 50% each. That's how I get the percentage. Somebody voted somewhere, now everything has been deleted. Voters could also be multi accounts owners, which is very common among bounty hunters. So everything looks like this without some analysis and research and like your personal ranking. why did not you put pool here with all campaign managers? I think we already have a few threads about managers like this. |

Just installed the updated wallet and d*mn, this is a very nice looking wallet. The color combination of white (silver?) and blue is quite pleasing to the eye. The UI itself looks very clean and very elegant. No useless logos or pictures. Good job to the person/team that designed this wallet.  Why is the wallet window is not responsible? They have a default size, and I can't resize them. Just want to have more than one windows opened on my desktop, but now Aegeus wallet take 80% of my screen and I can't change it.
I don't this kind of problem at all. Maybe that is a sole problem on your end (PC)? Tried resizing my wallet and didn't get any issue with it. The maximize button for its size is also functioning. I can also to maximize windows, and I can extend it. His minimum size it's too big for me and I can't shrink it more |

I think the restricting of signatures is a great first step towards removing the financial incentive for creating multiple accounts.
It would work even better if we require more merit. I think this is a very small step in the right direction but I still think we should go further and remove signatures from Juniors as well. Then you would need ten merit to become a Member and get a signature and that's still not much to ask. That would really sort the wheat from the chaff because at the moment it's not very difficult to get one merit whether you beg, trade or buy it. Ten merit is ten times harder/more costly to get. I don't think everybody should be able to come here and earn via posting straight away because it's that that has destroyed the forum by people who have no idea what they're doing and making them get one merit is just minor a inconvenience for them. Let them earn that right, but I think we need to make it more than one merit. One is fine from going from Newbie to Junior but I don't think it's enough to have a significant impact on the quality of discussions here. It's a small spanner in the works of farmers but they can easily buy or trade the one merit which will also easily go unnoticed in a lot of cases. The ones who have been earning thousands from farming accounts/bounties with hundreds of accounts will have no issue in buying the merit then trading it between their alts so it's not much of a difference to them. I'm just thinking how it is just one merit enough to be Jr. member and they can continue on with his job. What kind of invasion is going on meta in the last two days I suppose that 2 merit requirements for jr member rank it would be like a catastrophe for many newbies. in any case, it is a considerably less spam hereafter merit system integrated. the new change will be reflected mostly on bounty account farmers, and I must say a great job for the one who conceived this. |

I using version v2.1.2.0 Check if you on right version. it works without problems for me. Synced and stake. Also, you can try "repairwallet" command in the console. Maybe you will need to enter more time this command. |

Buying merit or normal ranks is like buying yourself a bunch of trophies to put on your shelf. It's stupid, and it's an insult to everyone who achieved it legitimately. I can't see ever doing that. I don't particularly mind letting people pay for some of the privileges of these things, such as with copper membership, but it should be a parallel system.
Copper membership is good. Now, if you want to participate in signature campaigns, you can either pay the $10-$20 for copper membership or accomplish the herculean task of making one good post. I don't think that it's unreasonable in either case.
If people are making good posts but are still struggling to get merit, then that's a problem with the merit system and should be fixed on my end. Demanding money in order to bypass a broken system would be really bad. But AFAICT the merit system actually is reasonably effective at identifying good posters.
Been a little busy for a few days. Today I logged in and saw this new rule implemented. Personally, I loved it. This will really help eliminating crap postings in the forum. A very good step indeed. I really don't mind paying 20$ for copper membership. Can you please direct me to the thread with the benefits of copper membership? Thanks.
