Anyone else here deposit doge to coinpot recently? And how long did it take?
All the main exchanger sites want a B.S. 100k satoshi miner fee to do a Doge to btc exchange, killing a small exchange. That's why I interested in using something like coinpot.

Transferred 200 doge into my CoinPot account. Set transfer at 11pm last night, in wallet sometime before 7am this morning (when I checked). 1 doge charge for transfer from originating site. No problems!
822  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucet Run Mining without User Consent on: September 29, 2017, 06:27:05 PM
You can tell the sites that are doing it because invariably you'll get a load of warnings from your anit-virus software, usually maked from coinhive and it's a .js scipt. It seems like it's suddenly a craze.
823  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: freebtc88.com - BITCOIN FAUCET! on: September 29, 2017, 06:04:29 PM
It seems to be a craze at the moment - a lot of sites are doing it. I think as long as they give you the option then it's fine and hopefully they pass on some profits to visitors.
824  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucet Run Mining without User Consent on: September 28, 2017, 08:21:01 PM
I've found this on several sites recently. It's bad practise not to be given the option and makes me leave asap. I understand the reasoning behind it, but faucet owners should ask permission first plus give users a share of the bitcoin mined.
825  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Test My Faucet... PLEASE on: September 28, 2017, 08:19:16 PM
Buddy the get reward button isn't even working. Site looks fine though, miner wasn't running when I visited but best to create a voluntary option for visitors rather than hit them with an auto download.
826  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 200sat/5min - Join the highest paying faucet now - ClaimThisWay on: September 28, 2017, 08:15:06 PM
Sounds like this is one to steer well clear of. Even if a couple of people have genuinely been paid, way more people are having problems. It's either a scam or a very poorly run enterprise.
827  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: freebitco.in - is it even worth it? on: September 28, 2017, 08:12:16 PM
is this site still paying?

Yes they are, made a few withdraws a few days ago without issue (except maybe the processing time, 30 mins instead of 15 for instant withdraw, but that's not a big deal).

You might have got unlucky there, I've made withdrawals recently that came quicker than 15 minutes. I guess it's just down to how busy the network is.

Well, the important thing is that they are paying. If they pay in 15, 30 minutes or 1 hour is less important Smiley

True. However, I find the claim rate really low and I seem to lose anything I do gather on the hi/lo game. Is there a secret to making more?

hm.....you can use martingale with small bets. But in the long run, you would probably lose everything if you don't have a big bank available.

Can you tell me what 'martingale' is? Not heard of that before.

It's a betting system. Check it out https://www.bestbitcoindice.com/how-to-win-dice/strategy/

Great site and an interesting read. Thanks for the link buddy, I've learned something new.

Hi Buddy, I get something trying to download, a horrible splash screen covering the faucet and an auto-miner. All these things mean I won't visit again. Have a think about this perhaps?

Hi Adam556,  thanks for letting us know about this, everything is fixed now. There will be no more splash screen or download request, and autominer you can easilly turn off with "stop miner" button.

That's a great improvement. I like the originality in the site - good work. I'll visit again now.

So the consensus is that this is a scam right? Or has anyone had a genuine payment from these guys?

i'm giving up on this site. Undecided
You have to input a captcha every hour.
It wouldn't even be worth wasting as what you earn from the ammount is waaaaay to low.
I don't get why one needs to do captcha when you have to wait for an hour.
An imacro script to run for 1 hour could hurt ?

For me, it’s very comfortable because I can play from my mobile. So, when I check my WhatsApp messages, I play, as long as an hour has passed.

Almost 173.000 satoshis is not bad for having started around the 20th of June. In addition, playing that free game is totally EV+: you win a small amount of satoshis but there are higher prices. I even got once the third highest price. I will keep playing because I know that in the long-term I will get first and second prices, worth 200$ and 20$ respectively. Apart from that they give you free tickets for a lottery, which is also EV+, reward points and interest.

What usually happens is that people get impatient and they bet their small amount of satoshis in EV- games, most of the times losing everything.

Forgive my ignorance here, but what is EV+/EV-?

Assuming the EV stands for "expected value" I think he marks EV+ to be profitable games and EV- non profitable ones. (like all faucets can be EV+ because you don't risk any own funds and all casino games are EV- due to house edge)

Not sure tho.

Great, thanks for the info. Sounds right.
834  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 0.005 faucet win game idea $25 win on: September 27, 2017, 08:13:00 PM
I think no more than 3 ads maximum. Also, if the payout was a random number between 70-150 sats it would be way more appealing.
835  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: bitcoin faucet powered by coin-hive.com on: September 27, 2017, 08:09:44 PM
Try my prototype bitcoin faucet powered by coin-hive.com. It mines XMR in the browser, and pays out in BTC. Comments and suggestions gratefully received! http://hivefaucet.com

Not working for me. No mining js loads.

837  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which is the best way to promote products or links? on: September 27, 2017, 08:03:30 PM
If you are able to present your product properly then only people will be interested to buy your products. Make sure to highlight the unique features about your product to attract more audience.

It's always a good idea to have a niche or USP as well. This can help you stand out from the crowd, especially is you are trying to promote to a very crowded market.
838  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which is the best way to promote products or links? on: September 27, 2017, 01:58:29 PM
A website showing what the business is all about is a good
 way.
Details of what your products entail ,its functions and benefit should be included.if it is an existing product;testimonials should boldly appear on the site
If a new one practicums on the usage and the end result should be detailed. All these should be included via links on the website
People are moved by proofs

That's great if the person has the technical know-how and time to build a website and fill it with content. But for those that don't, social media is definitely the way forward as it's free.
839  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: GravityBTC.com a new Bitcoin faucet on: September 27, 2017, 01:53:01 PM
Thank you all for the feedback, I have read it all and really enjoy hearing your experiences and thoughts.

Earlier today I have increased the claim amount from 10 to 15 Satoshi. It is a small increase I know but hopefully the start of many.

... missing one thing - referral program. I think it would attract more users to your faucet.

A referral system is something I initially decided not to do, but I think you are right as I am starting to see the value it can add for users. I will certainly update here when this feature is added.

Great to see a faucet owner who listens and responds to his users. Well done on the increase buddy, hopefully the first of many!
840  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: September 27, 2017, 01:49:45 PM
Dogecoin wallet created on coinpot always comes up as invalid address on dogechain, my friends have the same problem. Seems the admin doesn't want to allow doge deposits for btc/lite exchange purposes, he should just be upfront about it and remove it from the site, because of this deception I would never take my chances with a btc deposit/exchange here Undecided

I once made a deposit of doge (transfert from freedoge to coinpotdoge) and it took 32 days to show up in the Coinpot account. So you have to be very patient... . Cheesy

I'm going to transfer some doge there soon and I'll post the results. Transfering litecoin has worked fine for me so far.
