821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Einsteinium (EMC2) Fork on: December 02, 2017, 02:30:51 PM
The hard fork is valid and running, rumor on cancel is just rumor.

Rumor on coop with Apple is nothing more than rumor too, and according to my information it came from China (to speculate the price, which is probably very clear w/o pointing out)

However, there is something big TBA @ 19.12.17, as EMC2 devs has never been big-mouthed bla-bla-bla'ers I take their pre-announcement seriously.

I invested into earlier, got some pretty multiples, and re-invested again, this time with bigger cash, hoping to see the future repeat itself

I got in at $0.1088  just 16 days ago Cheesy

But also seen TOP 100 mcap long time ago, these guys did not respawn from nowhere, it's an old running project

any link or updates from EMC2 foundations about the truth of this hardfork my friend ?

Check the link at the OP.  It is the site of EMC2 and they even have a countdown clock as mentioned.

You should have jumped into that train yesterday when I was dropping a buy signals here guys.

Anyway, wild predictions EMC2 to jump 15k-50k sat's still exist, so, who knows. We can be just in the middle of the hill now

I agree, I predict the same...from now, I think 2x still coming within the next 2-3 weeks.  Depending on the announcement, it may go up even higher.

824  Other / Beginners & Help / Is there a way to MARK trusted/credible members? on: December 01, 2017, 03:05:01 PM
I am basically new here but learned a lot from this site already. THANK YOU!!!

One thing I noticed is there are lots of "noise" and it is very difficult to discern good from bad advise--i.e. who to trust.  Slowly I am finding people whose opinions are credible but having a far from perfect memory, I usually forget who they are after a while.  I think it would help a lot if there is a way we can MARK "trusted members".

Not sure if this will entail lots of time to implement, impossible, or an easy one but I'd ask it be considered if possible.

Thank you.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MER] Mercury Speculation on: November 30, 2017, 09:06:20 PM
Yes, it is an impressive rise. I do not know much about it but bought some based on
someone's recommendation on this forum a few months ago.
Good for you...I came in a bit later but enjoying the gains.  Likely not nearly as good as yours but gains is gains. Smiley
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / [MER] Mercury Speculation on: November 30, 2017, 08:52:05 PM
Mercury is moving...about 8 months old and it rose from $0.00118 to $0.293157 now.

May not look impressive but that is x248 Wink  Shocked
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The perfect time to buy is NOW on: November 30, 2017, 02:15:16 PM
I can only agree somewhat.  Buy BTC or alts or both?

To buy BTC now when it is almost at ATH is not good...then again who knows if the bull run continues?

To buy alts, you need BTC to begin with so buying alts may be a viable option but again, BTC may still be on a bull run so it is a risk.  I'd hold most BTC I have right now (as tempting the alts on sale are).  BTC is speculated to go 3x or more this coming year. Shocked

It is a conundrum...
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: November 29, 2017, 02:55:55 PM
My rule of thumb is to invest no less than $200 per coin...I usually shoot for $500 or more.

With $500, leave it all as BTC or $300 on BTC and $200 on one SAFE/STABLE altcoin (like ETH/XMR/OMG).

Note that NOT all top 10 coins are good investment. Wink
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins Under $1 on: November 29, 2017, 12:48:35 AM
How long do you intend to hold these coins for? And may I ask, how much are you investing per coin? There are lot of coins that you have your toes in Smiley

How long depends on the coin performance.  The list changes constantly.

These are just the "cheap" coins Wink ...I have around $20,000 on these.
830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins Under $1 on: November 28, 2017, 05:36:34 PM
The sub $1 altcoins in my portfolio are;
RPX
QSP
CND
REQ
SUB
EMC2
VEN
LINK
MER
ENG
SYS
XSPEC
ZRX
VOX
SIGT

There are lots of promising cheap alts but can only buy so much.  There are probably another 10 I want to invest in if I have the funds.

Good luck!

So glad I invested on this coin.

It has a good support group/investors but not active on forums so not usually discussed.  I think it will continue to  grow. Smiley
