Are the trolls actually reading any posts other than their own?
Ken continues to post on this forum and is not hiding away as some suggest.
Simply look at his most recent posts and you will see he contributed four times on June 29th, five times on June 30th and once already today.
And NONE of those posts answered the real questions we are asking. Namely: 1. provide evidence of the announcements Ken has made. 2. will he do as shareholders say, and fix the rediculous situation with AMC & VMC A FAQ is being written. 1. Proof of agreements with eAsic, signing up racks etc - anything he has said, needs to be backed up.
2. Is Ken willing to join AMC and VMC into one?
Why is it so hard to get a response from Ken?
Join the IRC channel in the BitFunder help section and ask him, you'll get a much quicker response. This is what he said to me a few days ago: Why should I have to go to an IRC channel to get information from Ken?? Right here is the "The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion". Am I missing something? |

I don't always spot 13 year olds, but when I do: - they back out when anyone calls their bluff - they have EVERY post in the same thread -  - go home kid. This is the kind of post that needs to get removed from the thread - so I will vote Yes to removing completely irrelevant posts not related to AMC EDIT: I am concerned though, that Ken has time to put up a Poll, but ignores the geniune questions that NEED answers. There are reasons the shares have tanked, and one reason is because of the silence. I am a shareholder, and I am not a weak hand, yet I too am getting increasingly worried. |

I don't understand why our money is handed to VMC and we take 100% of the risk but only get 10% of ANY profit in return.
I don't understand why investing in AMC is actually investing in VMC which is solely owned by Ken.
I don't understand why there is a need for the existence of VMC except to benefit Ken.
One thing i don't like is why is AMC only entitled to 10% of the profits out of sales. Shouldn't AMC be entitled to 100% of the profit from hardware sales since AMC put up the money to fund the project to begin with?
Yes! I agree with this too, and have mentioned it several times. In fact, the BEST thing Ken can do, is look after shareholders. And the way to do this, is to merge AMC and VMC - they should never have been separate to begin with. |

I don't like this whole VMC/AMC structure. Why are we risking everything to fund VMC's hardware project? Wouldn't it be better for VMC/AMC to be one entity and manufacture hardware and mine just like ASICMINER? I've been reading this thread since day 1 and there is so much drama, confusion and lack of transparency. Why can't we just keep it simple? Wouldn't it make more sense to have VMC/AMC operate under one roof. AMC can manufacture hardware and mine. AMC can use the hardware to mine or sell it if it will generate additional income on the side just like ASICMINER. With the mining revenue and hardware sales it will to back to the shareholders in dividends. The 20m in growth and expansion fund will then be used to continue manufacturing and selling more hardware. If more shares need to be released to raise funds for more growth and expansion then those shares can be released at the market price at that time. What do you guys think? Isn't this more easier to work with? Then AMC will be able to take in profits from mining and hardware sales and the investors will be happy and it will give the company more value.
I 100% agree with this. The most worrying aspect of the whole setup, is why does VMC, and ultimately Ken, benefit 90% from hardware sales that AMC (read, US) invested in and funded. I think if Ken were to change this aspect, it would greatly improve the investment in AMC for everyone, and new investors would come onboard instead of being worried about this strange aspect. Do what ASICMINER is doing ... use the funds ... create the hardware ... use it to build a mining aspect, and sell the rest of the hardware. THAT, makes sense. And further, if Ken did do this, he shouldn't feel like he is backing down or will be looked upon badly, quite the opposite! It would add credibility for listening to shareholders and shows that he is truly looking after the shareholders interests. Which is his number 1 duty. |

I still see the shares on Bitfunder. Oddly I now see 1.6 million, slightly higher than before.
'Still' ... just means you missed the disappearing act Ken, I think we need an explanation of whats going on ... why did it disappear, then re-appear with more shares? |

Interesting developments!
The price on Bitfunder has plummeted - current buy is only 0.00140. And there is virtually no support on the way back to .0010 and further.
Also, the Wall of 1,500,000 at 0.0025 is gone! What happened to that? Ken?

Seriously, I misplaced 100 $100 bills somewhere in my home. I hid it in case I needed it for a barn wood purchase ever since the bank limited my withdraws to $2,000 daily, and only if I give them a three day notice.
I've always maintained for the past few months I knew where I put it. I guess I'm losing my fuckin' mind. I know it wasn't stolen, ergo I falsely remembered where I stashed it.
It was pretty embarrassing when I didn't have the entire several grand to pay one of my pickers. Luckily, I was only one phone call away from getting cash from a friend to pay him.
Now, where the fuck did I hide a bundle of bills?
BTW, the same Sandwich bank was shut down because (how can I say this politely) the president stole money. Within 24 hours, the bank had new owners--Heartland.
