So since you are pretty much the one developer for this casino, do you do this as part time work or do you devote all your full-time for this site? I must say its pretty amazing that all this was created by one developer. Must have many years of programming experience to manage all of this on your own.
He doesn't do it all his own you know. When ever I visit the site there are mods on the chat. So he does have some staff and does not handle it all as you might think.  I think you'd be wrong for the most part. I do more than all the other mods do, and that's still tiny in comparison to the amount of time and effort Ethan puts in. As far as I know, Scott and Ethan do it all. I help with some stuff, but no coding or anything like that. Those two are really impressive. Then it is truly a two man or even a one man operation. Very well done indeed if this is to be true. So you are a mod? I have seen three to four different mods on there when I have visited to see if i am in time for trivia which is very rare if I do plan it out just right when it does start.  They have several moderator and I think that they do not have other obligations except chat moderating. Scott, Ethan & Randall are doing great job so far. |

Hey Vic, I really want to complain one thing here, last 2 days my balance was suddenly gone without my confirmation. Hi Joksim299. This may sound strange, but I'm not very clear on what you mean by a Tier 3 bonus. Also, verification only gets done if there is either suspicious play or a cash out above a certain amount. Because I got the information about you second-hand from my team about this case, I can't be 100% sure about all the details. The main thing I'm happy about is that we've done our best to amicably sort this issue out. For other people watching this thread, just so you understand how bonuses work and why we would not close an account because you win bonus money/complete a cycle of bonus play... We see them as a cost of sales. I.e. for us to attract and keep customers we've got to give out bonuses. However all bonuses have wager requirements. These as you know are essentially the number of times you have to bet your winnings in order to be able to cash them out. Wager requirements for a typical bonus are 40 times, which are in line with the vast majority of casinos like ours. Some go up to even 60 times wager requirements and others down to 35 times.
On average the return to player is 97%. In other words you bet 100 mBTC and you get on average 97 back. (Sorry if I'm being a bit basic on this illustration) When operators do a typical 40 times wager requirement on bonus winnings, we can assume that a customer will probably see those bonus winnings erode to zero. Sometimes they get lucky and they can work their way through the wager requirement and cashout. Of course, you may be thinking why don't they just give us money for free?
