821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sudden Wealth Syndrome (SWS) In Gambling on: August 23, 2023, 11:43:23 AM
Sudden wealth syndrome? I've never made any high amount of money that I wasn't expecting, my hard working deserves everything that I have made, maybe that's the difference? Maybe while you work you make money that you aren't even expecting? Most of the money I ever made are through hard working, I've never feel like oh I made this money the easy way, and that's why, till today almost all the money I make goes straight into investments, I am pretty much focused on spending a very small amount of money and investing all the rest, I believe this is the only way to be prepared for a big change in life someday, you can't just be hopeful without taking any steps.
822  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC will hit new high, as crypto bull billionaire predict on: August 23, 2023, 10:52:25 AM
Mike Novogratz, as in the Mike Novogratz that was so bullish on Terra/Luna that he got a tattoo of it? Lol. Not saying he’s dumb or something, but he should have less popularity now after all that terra/luna fiasco.
You are right but I don't blame him, not everyone is smart enough to know that it will end very badly for Luna, of all the numbers of crypto influencers that I know on YouTube, only one saw it coming, and it happened just like he predicted.

Even a HYIP crypto project can make it to top 20 on coinmarketcap, but it doesn't mean it will stay forever, I hope people have learned from Luna's collapse.

Bitcoin will always make a new all time in every bull market, but the real task is where to start taking a profit, which is why many people get trapped thinking Bitcoin will keep surging to a dream target of theirs.
823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: finally achieved $1,000,000 goal (kind of) on: August 23, 2023, 10:10:06 AM
The day that death comes is the day we really start resting, there is no stopping to anything financially or investments, but this is gambling and it's different, most times When people start feeling greedy they won't even know until they lose everything, having this much money and you still planning to continue is not good, you should stop gambling and invest this money into something better, you don't have to work again for the rest of your life if you don't well, it's time money start making more money for you, all you need to do is think about what you can invest your money into, start making more money while you sleep.
824  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I will pass KYC later is a bad idea on: August 23, 2023, 07:41:28 AM
There are many casino sites that offer KYC free gambling and allow you to deposit and withdraw up to certain amount without any Kyc verification. so in this case you will not have any problem even if you do KYC later. But when you go to gamble with a big amount you definitely need KYC verification.  But it is better for everyone to play gambling without any kyc with a small amount on a site first and gain experience of that site.  Then if any site seems good and trustworthy then complete kyc then gamble with a big amount.  It can be a good strategy to research gambling sites
If an online casino needs KYC verification it's better to complete it first, The idea that you can still withdraw a certain amount without KYC is not acceptable by me, such a casino can one day say you should have known better and the fault will be on you.

If it's a No KYC casino then you are free to do anyhow with deposits, but if pass KYC is available on the casino please make sure you pass it first, OP is making some sense, some casinos can be picky on identities you provide, you can believe that your passport is the neatest and nothing can decline it, what if a casino denied it?

The first thing you will think is, it's because you have deposited some money, that they are planning to steal that money, but you have forgotten that it's their space, and you have to bide by their rules, if they say no to your passport it stays a no.

I think it's best to always pass KYC if the online casino asks for it, to avoid stories.
825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I can’t cope on my own. What do you think I should do? on: August 22, 2023, 09:05:23 AM
What a feeling, Why should you feel envious of someone who is gambling and winning? That can never be me, Firstly, I am different and I will never think that because I am not winning yet means I am under a curse, That's a wrong way to think about yourself and it sucks.

Secondly, must you do what others are doing? There are things you can be very good at and if one of your friends tries it they will fail, this is how things are meant to be, we can't be all good at the same thing, luck works differently for everyone at different things and places.

If you are not lucky in gambling you will be lucky in other things, Stop forcing yourself on a path that you might never fated to walk on.

Most VIP groups that I know are scams yet that doesn't mean you can't find a legit one, but be careful, ask yourself what those group owners will gain from such a step, nothing is really for free like they say, if they are good at gambling why the need for VIP group?
826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No, Elon Musk's SpaceX Isn't the Cause of This Multi-Billion-Dollar Bloodbath on: August 22, 2023, 08:23:54 AM
You can say whatever you want, the question that I still can't get over is why now? Bitcoin was at the critical levels and losing that level will make Bitcoin go down to 17k, how is this not a manipulation? Losing that critical level of support will create panic and fear, they know this that's why they did it.

Whatever this cause might be, I believe it's planned out, Elon was part of it and so the China news, but anyway I still believe that the bull market is already happening, we are still on track and the worst that could possibly happen is seeing 17k again.
827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling by financial dependents. on: August 22, 2023, 08:08:12 AM
A family member reported to me that her eighteen years old son has started gambling. She is not worried that he is gaming but her problem is that he is a student that solely depends on her for everything he needs. Her fear is also that her son might start stealing from her if he has no access to the money he needs to gamble. My relative has even started suspecting that some money she feels was misplaced might have been stolen by her son.

I spoke to my nephew and he told me that he has never stolen from his mother to gamble. And he gambles with only his savings from his weekly stipend he receives from the family. And he won't gamble if he has no savings to do that. From my observation, he is a responsible gambler that is just enjoying the game and making a little money occasionally. The gambling age in my country is 18+, but his mother is insisting that he must stop. What will be your advice for this young boy?
I will never backed an 18 year old boy that's into gambling because at that age they are not always strong at heart, they easily lose themselves, you can end up losing face in from of his parent because he can fool you guys, trust, I have been there because this have happened to someone very close in the family too.

He might decide not to steal from his mother and go out and start borrowing money from friends and other, before you know what's going on, there will be lots of debt on the ground and will be shocked.

My advice is to be strictly close to that boy, there is no such thing as gambling responsibly in an 18 years old boy, they are just starting their life as a man, and they will always be careless.
828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Slot Streamers on: August 22, 2023, 06:46:50 AM
You are not going to learn anything from watching slots streamers, and you won't lose either since you are not going to bet any money, but someone in the comment section said watching such videos makes them know how to gamble better is not true, all you will gain from such stream is fun.

While you do this, I believe it's right to know that they are still making money off you as the streamer, It's a channel, and the more people that watch the more money they make, I think this type of strategy will never fade, even if they lose money in the games the channel still make their money.

The more I think about large crowds streaming slot games online, I can't help but feel like this is another effective way to throw gambling hunger in the minds of people, it's another advertisement strategy.
829  Economy / Gambling discussion / How to verify license Numbers? on: August 21, 2023, 10:03:52 AM
The best advice you can give anyone starting their gambling journey is to choose the best online casinos to avoid getting scammed or playing unfair games online, however, it's not that easy to figure out a valid licensed online casino.

Apart from regulatory authority checks, it's easier for any new casino to just name a number of big names as their authorizers e.g UK Gambling Commission or Malta Gaming Authority but my challenge is License Numbers.

License Numbers should be easily viewed on casino websites but my question is how to really verify the License Number? Through a Database or a particular website?

Has anyone done this before? How? Do gamblers even care about checking License Numbers?
830  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin does not provide full anonymity on: August 21, 2023, 09:17:08 AM
Bitcoin was never created to be anonymous in mind, there are some facts that shows that Bitcoin is far from been anonymous.

Bitcoin has a public address that can always be tracked back to an ip address or even to any exchange account, if the investigation is to be carried out properly, an identity will be unveiled.

Let's also not forget that buying Bitcoin isn't anonymous too, those exchanges where you swap your Fiat to Bitcoin all requires some kind of verification, such as driver's license or national identity cards.

Pseudonymous is the right calling word for Bitcoin instead of anonymous.
831  Economy / Economics / Re: Any business where today you launch, tomorrow you begin making profit...? on: August 21, 2023, 08:27:09 AM
What kind of La La Land are you living in where any business that's started today is guaranteed to make money the next day, it might be true to some level but I don't think that it's a real thing, most businesses that are still starting are working on losses because they've invested money to the business so any money that they get from their customers aren't considered a profit yet but a break even for awhile. The only business that is likely to have that are those Ponzi scheme businesses that prey on unknowing people and will only benefit the head of that scheme.
Lol 😆 did you say Lalaland? It's possible to start a business today and start making money tomorrow, but such a business requires a lot of money too, you must be a self-made millionaire to start such a business, some businesses progress because of max consumption from the people, for example owning a petrol station, you will start making money the moment you open, there are thousand of cars and lorries that runs on petrol and diesel, they need to fill up their tanks isn't it?

There are some things we can't do without, the best businesses are those that humans can't do without consuming daily, now when it comes to crypto-related, the only one that comes to mind is crypto mining, you start earning money once your Asic miner start working, but to be a successful miner you need a lot of money.
832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Casinos games are not made by the casino teams but... on: August 21, 2023, 07:57:11 AM
I always consider games from one casino to be easily manipulated if the casino is the one that builds the game, when it comes to reputable online casinos, they always offer favourite games from trusty developers, this mean they don't build those games themselves.

The question I have in mind is, aren't the developers the ones that should be responsible for any manipulation in the games or it's still possible for the casino team and members to manipulate the game engines?

Some people still think that games on online casinos are from the casino teams themselves but those games are from software providers, is this valid or not.
833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Typical scenario when you are losing on: August 20, 2023, 11:01:55 AM
Playing gambling after a recent huge win is something that I don't have in me, you are right about the rest because I do something close to what you doing, I've gambled late at night when I should be sleeping, I've gambled early in the morning when I wake up on my bed, I've chased losses before but now I've become a master over the habit.

Whenever I win a good amount of money from any casino I always take my leave and close my laptop for that day, because in the past I've lost all I won at a time because I was not satisfied with the money, it's over 600$ but I wanted four figures, instead of taking my reward and leave I continued and end up losing everything.

I believe that almost everyone in this forum has done something like this when they are new to gambling, it's too easy to get addicted and feel you can keep winning.
834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cockfighting? on: August 20, 2023, 10:05:42 AM
People keep looking for the impossible this days, im a sorry OP what you are looking for doesn't exists yet, cockfighting is preferred a local betting game, not online, I've never seen any online casino offering such game.

If you really want such game, ask from those around you, there must be a gambling den in a city or state near you unless you are from country where this game is illegal by the rulers of your country.

Btc_angela said this game is available on noncrypto casinos, maybe that's true, do your own research and make sure they support your location.
835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SpaceX sold $373M worth Bitcoin, reason of current dump on: August 20, 2023, 09:40:43 AM
Thus is fantastic news, Musk needs to be removed from the ecosystem, or at least not have exposure through his companies.

Ir's an economically troubling time for most economies and has been for people for some time. Now that trouble is spreading up to businesses and corps. Selling bitcoin at 30k? Either SpaceX are struggling to fund a new project or their cash flow is weak - or both.
How can you demand that a man with his own hard earned money be removed from the ecosystem? Are you buying Bitcoin for the sake of others or for your own sake? We are not the ones responsible for telling others when to dump their Bitcoin.

If you were Elon Musk you would have done the same thing, whatever his motive of dumping is Bitcoin will remain unknown and people like us have nothing but words upon words to say about why he dumped, thinking we have a clue, but we don't.

He works hard for his money, he has every right to dump when he feels like it.
836  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine creating something revolutionary and just leaving lol on: August 20, 2023, 08:26:56 AM
Leaving is the what makes the work completed, if he does not leave it's possible that threat can make him change his mind and fell on the feet of centralization, leaving is what makes the decentralization works in a centralized planet. It's a shame that many projects running on the blockchain over look this piece of advise and step from Nakamoto, this is the only way decentralization can work.

I always laugh at others that claimed their coins are fully decentralized, and they show their faces to the whole world, it's like they don't understand how to keep decentralization functioning in a world where everything is controlled by centralised power.

Going fully anonymous is the only way to make decentralization work in this world.
837  Economy / Gambling / Re: Opinion on crypto casino project on: August 20, 2023, 07:15:42 AM
After Stake casino success, few new online casinos started their business and they still become successful, you don't have to create an online casino right now and expect it to be top on the list in few months, it's a slow process.

The truth about gamblers is they don't like staying on one casino, remember, loses happens on any gambling platform either popular or not, Stake is very good but it's not everyone's favourite, because people still lose money on the casino too.

Most gamblers have two or three best casinos they use for gambling, I also use two online casinos myself, and KYC is also something you can't escape, if you start having high traffic on your online casino, regulators will come knocking and you will be forced to implement KYC verification.

If you can keep the NO KYC Requirement active on your casino, it's because your platform isn't well known yet.
838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My dream is coming close. on: August 19, 2023, 10:56:32 AM
Crypto space is where fear is intentionally spread so that people can lose hope and start selling their coins on the open market, who are those buying if not those that are manipulating the value? Sometimes fear is the bastard that's blocking your final door to achieving your main goal.

My own is know what you are doing, like my old man used to say, you lose your way only if you lack confidence on what you are aiming to gain or achieve, if your mind is focused entirely on that same thing it will come past.

If 1BTC is your goal then bless you, it is possible if you believe it's possible.
839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: August 19, 2023, 09:17:17 AM
Gamblers who gamble excessively face many problems in the future. Especially when they become highly addicted to gambling once they play craps, they feel more inclined to gamble. When a new gambler is interested in betting in the first place he needs to know the details about gambling otherwise he must lose a lot of bets which will make him emotional. So it is good to know about going but can be successful in the future, but we know gambling is not for everyone who spend long time to gamble only can earn from gambling. But there are some people who are not very good at gambling, but they go gambling and eventually lose their money because of which they become emotional. Therefore, excessive gambling should not be done by those people who are still raw about gambling they should refrain from gambling otherwise they will eventually become addicted to gambling to a large extent.
To put it in a more simpler and easily understandable way or form, excessive gambling leads to lots of losses in gambling, which eventually causes most gamblers involves to want to chase loses, chasing loses most of the time leads to more loses, and also leads to gambling addiction in such a manner the gambler wont even know that he or she is addicted to gambling until one day when they will try to stop, but discover they just cant get themselves to stop gambling..

Even reputable casinos like Stake have a whole document on responsible gambling, and that can be found on Responsible gambling/stake safe , I went through this document and was really impressed with the way the stake team took time to explain everything about safe gambling, and they did that in simple English so that everyone can read and understand it perfectly.
I've never used Stake before maybe that's why I missed this quality advice they give gamblers using their platform, I am really surprised,  because I always believe that even casinos want people to recklessly gamble on their platform so that their customers can lose a lot of money.

I was like, giving advice to gamblers about how they should be gambling will lower their earnings per day, I am still surprise that a online casino like Stake can do this.

Between, this is impressive, coming from a online casino.

Tips to gambling safely are:

Your gambling is balanced with other recreational activities/pastimes you have.
Before you start to gamble, you have a plan in mind of how much you want to spend gambling, and how long you will be gambling for.
Betting with money that is affordable to you.
Taking breaks or stopping gambling for the day.

Stake dot com did very well telling these to their customers, I am impressed, I can end up using Stake myself, thanks for sharing this.
Understanding the odds and knowing the risks associated with gambling.
Not being overly upset and angry by losses when you are gambling.

I won't dare connect my wallet to this website, it's suppose to be a gambling platform right? So have you ever seen stake.com or Roobet promising their gamblers akam customers a 50/50 chance of winning or losing? How can you say that players can double their money using this platform? Isn't that something a HYIP platform would do? Because they are running a Ponzi scheme.

You even claimed that it's open source, how can you prove that? Connect your wallet and keep track of the wallets that's connected to the platform? I'm just saying, this website can't be trusted and I will never connect my wallet to such platform, what you offering is too good go be true.
