821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 on: January 19, 2024, 06:00:53 AM
I did expected the Ghana vs Egypt to be a closed contest affair, but one player that really caught my attention and which I really do believe that he is a star in the making is kudus, that guy is a really good player, he is always a threat when he is around the opposition box, but one point in 2 games for a top class team like Ghana is unacceptable, so it makes their final group game a must win if they are to scale through into the knockout stage, either by coming out 2nd or as a best loser.
822  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Are you following your purpose or money? on: January 18, 2024, 02:32:11 PM
In the the society we find ourselves, following one's purpose differs, I said so because it all boils down to the background you were raised from, how financial stable they are.
See to tell you the truth, the street are not friendly, I know of a guy that is very good at football and we all thought that this guy is a star in the making, he makes football looks easy on the eye, but due to hardship and hunger, this guy gradually stops playing ball since he hads to go in search for his daily bread. The hunger he face most times after training compel him to go look for a job, which limited him and now look at him today, he don't even have time for himself talkless of having time for football.
What am trying to say is that situations and the country we find ourselves might make you to forget your purpose entirely and be chasing money and a better life.

824  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Between placing a wife on monthly allowance and opening business for her on: January 18, 2024, 11:08:33 AM
Look at the world today a very high rate of married women don't like seating at home doing nothing, they want to have a life outside marriage, and besides taking care of the kids and the home is not a job but it's a responsibility which must be done.
In this current economy it's very advisable that you have a supportive wife financially,.I know that most men feel insecure when their wives are working but they don't know how beneficial it is to the family.
Nothing gives me joy than when my wife is capable of taking care of the family if I am not around, or just imagine how the family is going to cope with difficulty if you lose your job.
So in this current world economy, it very important that as a man, your wife should also give an assisting hands financially.

830  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto: a place where everyone makes money, but few secure it on: January 16, 2024, 04:38:44 PM
Actually it not just in cryptocurrency, almost in all professions, when their is a fail money management strategy, you are always bound to crumble at some point in time, so I think risk and money management is key in whatever profession or business you find yourself in.
Anyone can make money in business, but not everyone has the money management skill required to protect that money, which i do believe is the key.

832  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: More Reason for the JAPA syndrome in our country. on: January 16, 2024, 08:25:33 AM
Guy man this japa of a thing is now normalizing in our society because if today you talk about insecurity, tomorrow bad government, but the one thing wey dy really worrysome, wey dy really make people run from this country na the hardship wey we dy go through. To tell you the truth, the cost of living is trying to kill the living as it stance, so make we no surprise as people dy japa.
See no be everybody sabi withstand hardship, some people mentally dem be like vegetables, any small suffering dem don break down,  as for me, e no get how e wan be, wey e never be before,  na to just weather the storm and pray for better days
833  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tools and Indicators for Price Action analysis on: January 15, 2024, 07:34:38 PM
I'm researching for analyze real time market order positions contains in candles, Kindly suggest me some tools and indicators you use for same purpose as mine.
Bro, if it's price action trading you truly want  to learn, then I suggest you go for proper training, because price action trading don't make use of indicators.
It's a system of trading pattern where you use the candle stick and chart pattern to determine the next action of the market.
So as a beginner, you must be able to identify support and resistance first,  before you will have to move on to the next level of your learning process.
So I advice you go for proper training first, before even considering trading futures.
834  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not use more than 2x leverage on: January 15, 2024, 07:17:32 PM
Actually he is just saying the truth, if you enter a long position in Bitcoin with 100usdt with 2x leverage, it's near impossible for you to get your account liquidated.
If you buy long from 42000 dollars, Bitcoin will have to fall up to five thousand dollars for you to get liquidated, so he is actually right about it.
Me I even prefer to trade futures with higher capital without leverage than do anything leverage trading, in such senario, your duty is to wait for Bitcoin to rise to your desired amount, then cash out big time.
835  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: As you dey compliant for the country you follow dey make am worse? on: January 15, 2024, 04:53:04 PM
Brother man, no be lie you dy tlk so, a typical naija blood as we be so, we just sabi complain, but we ourselves, most of us own no good to be frank, but as you don tlk already, no be tinubu go come help us trash our dirth.
Abeg, make we help ourselves on dat aspect, no be everything dem sopos tell us, because since we be adult, make we try behave like one, to avoid unnecessary insult or harassment.
Secondly, people wey complain pass, na dem dy over do pass if small power enter their hand, just look at some pos people during naira scarcity, na dat time nai unveil the true colors of so many people wey wey tink say them good, but na dem complain of government pass.

837  Economy / Economics / Financial education and why it should be a priority. on: January 14, 2024, 06:55:41 PM
Financial education is a skill that is not been taught in schools, but to me it's the most important subject a man must learn in other to be financially independent.
This knowledge gives you smart money making decisions, and it improves your standards of living, It gives you priceless money management skill, you can't spend more than what you earn as a financial literate.
I still don't know why it's not been taught in schools up till now.
The  rich dad poor dad by Robert kiyosaki explain all what it entails and the stability it gives financially.

839  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A new front of conflict China-Taiwan on: January 14, 2024, 11:32:49 AM
What i think about china taking over Taiwan is just a matter of when?
If you pay close attention to the Chinese president comment, you will know that he is just still trying to unify china and Taiwan peaceful, but if it fails, then their will be use of force, and secondly china is also paying close attention to the Russia and Ukraine war to know what to expect, how to react and navigate their way around sanctions when that time comes.
840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 13, 2024, 03:13:46 PM
This Chelsea team are really short in confidence, look at how shaky they were during the closing stage of the game, though I now see this Chelsea team as a mid table team because they are actually poor in quality compared to the Chelsea of old.
And secondly this team can't keep on a winning streak, if not, they still have a chance of qualifying for the champions league
