Probably, calling this a scam is too much, and an offense (for the real scams  )
That's only a bad served version of another already-died faucet....afetr only 1 day of life users are not allowed to acces again, payout decreasing continously until reaching zero...
Don't forget that is only free money by the owner, so we can't complain or call it a scam, we just have simply to turn page on this

Parlando per esperienza personale, ho fatto e continuo a fare tantissime transazioni con Virwox,e mai una volta e' sparito o si e' perso un satoshi. Magari a volte ci metteva un mare di tempo (specialmente la prima volta), ma alla fine tutto e' sempre arrivato a destinazione.
Dovresti accertarti che non sia stato commesso qualche errore di digitazione,o qualche problema col wallet su onion...e comunque dovrebbe esserci traccia della transazione....onestamente dubito che Virwox si faccia accusare di furto per poco piu' di 10 euro.
