United started from the bottom but nobody is sure that Manchester united will be in top 4, I know they might endup being in top 6 before the league end. Also I see some Arsenal fans deceiving theirself that they are going to win the league this season, I think that will be difficult for Arsenal, their performance is good but am sure arsenal won't win the league, I know before the league ends they might be in the top 4 but I don't think Arsenal is going to win the league, Arsenal performance is nice this season but am sure they won't continue like this, time will come when they will start losing points, but am sure they will be in top 4 before season will end.
Who knows, it may be too early to say it but United may sneak into top 4 and not just this they may win the Europa league and Carabao Cup if the manager can quickly revamp the squad. Because right now, the only players I think cut it for me in the team are - Bruno, De Gea, Varane, Casemiro, Ronaldo, Sancho, and Eriksen. Really? They are still in the downtrend .. a hard fought win 1-0 against southampton mean nothing as they just get started , if manchester united could be able to keep that performance at least for the next 10 matches .. then we might continue to talk about manchester united going to win something this season. Serie A looks like it will still be the most unpredictable top league this season.
After week 3, it still seems that big clubs can lose/draw and are inconsistent.
- Inter lost to Lazio
- Juventus & Roma draw
- Milan was stuck, but can win again

Playing one man down was a numerical disadvantage for Chelsea. Leicester City tried all they could but they failed to leverage on their numbers advantage to launch an effective attack, instead they let Raheem Sterling get two goals. Mendy made some great saves and found a bit of redemption today, he made amends for the mistakes in the match against Leeds.
Leicester as always a little under-pressured opponent, they could calmly equalize the score and that's the least they could do today. Provided that they have the numerical advantage they could easily win this game, but something, as always, went wrong. I don't like it so much in foxes, that when there is a good opportunity - they always lose it or don't use it Well they literally wasted so much chances. While chelsea successfully converted those disadvantage into opportunities and in the end we won it in a hard fought win . Should have win in different way if only gallagher didn't make those two silly foul , he deserves a punishment to loan elsewhere , need more playing time . |

The transfer window is still open for Liverpool to get some late signings before deadline. Jurgen Klopp has refused to rule out possibility of getting new signings but only suitable signings who will improve the team. Fabinho is back and training with the squad hopefully he will start in the next game and will give them balance and strength in the midfield, such improvement should help them play better.
Liverpool don't really need too much new signings,they have cover for all most all positions, I know the injury to thiago alcantara will worry jurgen klopp but James milner and keita can cover him, if they had to bring someone in,he is not supposed to be a bench warmer but a player that is on thiago level so the team can improve, at the attacking department they are cover Luis Diaz is in the left, Mohamed Salah at the right then Darwin Nunes on the center,we also got calvaho and Diego Jota at bench I don't see any reason to panick. They are indeed have all players ready , but additional energy needed in order to build a new winning atmosphere especially with mane leaving and nunez not really deliver what the fans expected so far ... i think there must be a new signing in the last few days of the transfer window for liverpool. Really good second half so far. Its just one sided now in second half just Inter attacking. Inter was able to score and now its 1-1. Lautaro Martinez scored at the begining of second half and they arent stopping with the attacks at all For the second time Lazio took the lead, but Inter still had enough time to go home with a draw. I don't know if Inter can do it, but it looks like defeat is more likely at the moment. After They went 2-1 up they did perform better and it seems they look more free when you see what they do on the pitch. And in the 86th minute Pedro really locked Lazio's win which they seemed comfortable with. The match ended in Lazio's victory and Inter should be thrown into 4th position now. Inter was much better team until 65th minute and then Lazio just took over and scored some amazing goal to win a match against Inter. Lazio looks good so far this season and they will spend the night on the top of the league table. Inter will drop below 4th position by the end of the round for sure. Told ya! That even though inter milan looks much more solid and dominating the league , an upset like this could happened. They could have held draw ... but the last 15 minutes of the game are indeed a disaster for inter milan ... they are of course regretting this kind performance . Ac milan have to take this opportunity to fully takeover the serie a domination away from inter and juventus by keep winning games , and bologna next for ac milan. |

Inter are a better team but Lazio can really boost themselves in these kinds of games and could in principle beat Inter. However, if you take last season and the season before that, you will see that Inter have a much stronger team. We are still at the beginning of the competition, that could be in the favor of Inter. A good win last week, but the week before they won in the last minute of the game. Home or away also makes a huge difference. A 1-1 draw would not be a crazy final score.
Currently Inter's chance is much bigger especially if you look at Lazio's match last week, they are still having trouble scoring goals during the 2 matches they run and this is quite the opposite with Inter now. What Inter should be aware of is the Lazio counter-attack which is quite fast which makes this a bit of a hassle, the rest I think Inter are superior. Big match but i expect the upset to be honest . Inter might get slipped against lazio ... as per head to head it's shows how both quite beating each other up. A draw likely to happen as well as i have that guts really huge in me. 0-0 or draw forme despite how inter milan much more superior currently. |

I am a Chelsea fan, but to be sincere I'm not really convinced with the way my team have been playing from pre-season. I'm not seeing Chelsea in the title race, even making the top 4 will be a big deal for us this season because we barely create chances when we play. So let just sit back and watch how the season goes.
I think this year is really hard for all teams. Everyone expected Liverpool at top and they are at the bottom so a lot of surprises are happening this season. But i think if the title race is close Chelsea will have a chance at the title they still have a good team this season Although it is early to judge about each team performance but Liverpool and Chelsea aren't fine and their chances are getting lower to win the title this season. I even have doubts they will reach the finals of CL. I don't want to go into further detail on whether they will reach the Champions League final or not. The most important thing now is that they have to improve their appearance first before talking about it all. As we can see they did not live up to expectations and had to swallow some bitter pills from their match. Especially for Liverpool, they still can't show anything different from the new squad they have built. Just because of the bad start from the 3 matches played , it doesn't mean they are going to have a bad season ahead ... it's only the beginning and things could went 180 degree just like manchester united who surprisingly beat liverpool in their super worst of the first two matches heavy defeat. Chelsea will have to play leicester next and liverpool going to play with bournemouth , both should winning it though to turn the situation around quickly. |
