8201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What they won't tell you, how to earn even in the bearish market on: October 19, 2018, 11:13:59 AM
Don't most masternode coins require a hefty initial investment though?.
I believe within $200-$500 you can buy into a coin hosting a masternode program (mostly privacy coins) those hefty price you talk about is after a longer period of time, at infant stages most of the masternode are usually cheap looking at the Cashflow and capital gain rewards.
Also there are other coins that don't involves owning a masternode to earn some Cashflow. You're just required to stake for some period of time while other just owning the coin/tokens qualifies you.

I'm not promoting any coin here but a little DYOR will help you in avoiding the scams
8202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What they won't tell you, how to earn even in the bearish market on: October 19, 2018, 10:46:53 AM
Before I go on, let me seize this opportunity to welcome all newbies to the forum. I know whoever told you or where ever you heard about the profits cryptocurrency has to offers must have been centered on the capital gains that result from hodling a particular coin.

Breakdown of capital gain: buy a coin at a low price, hodl for particular period of time and sell it at a higher price. the difference between your buy and sell price is your gross profit which is your capital gain.
Example: buy coinA at $0.1 hold for some period of time, sell when it raises to $1 = 900% gain. Cool right  Cool ? But there's a big disadvantage, this is more of a gamble why? you buy that fav coin of your only hoping for a rise in price what if it doesn't happen, what if you bought at ATH thinking it was a good buy price and coin just keep on dipping. The advice Hodl will start spreading round, don't get deceived most times if it isn't bitcoin it's not worth it.

Earning through Cashflow: can i earn even in the bear market? yes you can do that by investing (buying) coins that pays you dividends for holding their coins in the form of masternode or proof of staking. Let me break it down with an example. You buy a coinA @ $0.1 stake the coin and receive dividends earning you Cashflow even when the market is down and here is the best part, you also earn capital gain at the end of the day.
The choice is left in your hands you can either invest for capital gain only or invest for both Cashflow and capital gain. Investing in this form is at its minimum so it's more profitable.

8203  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Does any of you spend bitcoin in physical shops? on: October 18, 2018, 08:38:33 PM
There's a super market few blocks from my residential home. They accept bitcoin as means of payment although it's not yet an acceptable means of payment due to the rules and regulations in my country. The super market manager is a cryptocurrency enthusiast and a close friend of mine, he exchanges cryptocurrency to fiat and fiat to cryptocurrency too. Almost all peers I know engaged in cryptocurrency shops only from this supermarket because of this reason.

Cheesy Lol nice story lines, I'm always eager to read your next post. Quite a talent you have there. There's an advice that keep ringing in my head, got the advice from a peer. He said "when ever you invest in altcoins and you're in profit (targeted cash out) always take profit and move on". I asked why, he said, " it's altcoin not bitcoin there always will be another altcoins better than that current one ". Holding he said is mostly for bitcoin. So far it has been working great for me.
8205  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stop searching for merits and you will received them.- see Smerit as liabilities on: October 17, 2018, 05:36:19 AM
I did the exact same thing. I tried to genuinely help other members on the forum specially beginners by posting useful information whenever I could. and merits started to come specially for the posts/topics that I did not expect to receive any merits.
So for any newbies out there, this is the ONLY advice you need to get merits:

Stop searching for merit and you will get them

I'm glad you did the exact same thing and now you're getting the merits you never had but don't you think you're doing others bad by not sending out your Smerits. I mean read the second advice again it says "see Smerit as liabilities to myself and an Asset to others and give them away to deserving users " you aren't doing so don't know the reason but it's just not cool. you have received total of 11merits (no airdrop merits) that means you have free 5 smerit so kindly do the right thing by meriting deserving members.

8206  Other / Off-topic / Merits, who else feels the same way I do when merited? on: October 16, 2018, 01:31:37 PM
Funny but from the first day i received my very first merit I got a particular feeling, i can't actually explain how I felt but excitement, joy and some sense of accomplishments was involved. After that day, as I don't get merited daily I unconsciously check every post that got merited immediately I notice it. Don't know if this habit of mine is normal or I need help Grin.
I know the regular merit receivers won't experience this so I'm asking those who don't receive it daily whether they unconsciously or consciously check merited post like I do?

This is called an e-orgasm. Now you should go out and have sex with a person in real life, which is better. You can even use you getting a merit as a chat up line. She will be very impressed. Merits are guaranteed to get you some action. That's why some people even call them 'pussy points'.
Grin it actually worked, am now over it. Thanks
8207  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stop searching for merits and you will received them.- see Smerit as liabilities on: October 16, 2018, 11:53:17 AM
Thank you so much, you make me smile! Yes, I'm really down now due to being demoted, and it has a huge impact to me as bounty hunters. Well I guest we should stop thinking for merit as of now, if it will come to me and shall be. If its not, atleast I never make something bad as they will ignore me. Thanks I will stop now.

This is my worst ever merited user. Thought he will change his/her way after getting merited but instead he/she continued in the old ways. After this experience before I merit any user, I must do a thorough background check to prevent this mistake from happening twice.
8208  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Why blockchain still does not have a really outstanding application? on: October 16, 2018, 04:52:49 AM
I didn't read all of your post, but I would point out that there is one outstanding application for what has come to be known as "blockchain technology", it is called Bitcoin.
Perfect answer, I was about answering in the same manner also including that popular shitcoin (what's the name again?) That so called "accredited project developers" that got their degree from twitter uses to spam the community with more shitcoins all in the name of tokenizing the world. The project itself is outstanding but inferior when compare to bitcoin and it's been used wrongly.
8209  Other / Serious discussion / Re: New Project Advice on: October 15, 2018, 12:36:45 PM
Lastly, communicate, communicate, and communicate.
This is one of those qualities I look for when investing in any project. When I mean communicate I don't just look at the greeting every morning from community managers Cheesy I look at the technical communications, the ones only investors will understand the values, I look at how responsive community managers are, knowing the project that pick road side managers and those that actually hired those that does the job like their life's depends on it.
It's very important to communicate to your investors and any project that don't have that feature, isn't worth my money.
8210  Other / Serious discussion / Re: KUcoin Stock Exchange Fraud in Competitions on: October 15, 2018, 01:48:49 AM
The Kucoin exchange is not actually my fav when trading and I don't advise anyone to make it his/hers. I notice they are not transparent all in the name of playing catch up to binance, copying their every moves . they're involve in price manipulation and latest vote manipulation. I have no reason to doubt the accusation above because I have experience similar issue (manipulations).
8211  Other / Serious discussion / Re: One day we will produce so much clean free energy it will become a "problem". on: October 14, 2018, 11:50:23 PM
I believe in the saying, "Too much of everything is bad". So I agree when you say, "One day we will produce so much clean free energy it will become a "problem". Lets take freedom for example, the human race have been given enough freedom that we're now in bondage thinking it's freedom.

They will just increase the Bitcoin mining difficulty to use it up. Smiley
Funny but this could actually work, very soon bitcoin will be the solution to every damn problem on the planet.
8212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Robert kiyosaki; Bitcoin (cryptocurrency) to destroy the stock market. on: October 14, 2018, 11:24:44 PM
This is highly likely to happen. Stock market will deal a huge blow if comapnies start to produce their own coins. People will find cryptocurrency more convenient than share market.

Exactly that's the point, when companies realized  taht there's no need creating shares when they take leverage of the blockchain technology creating their own tokenized cryptocurrency just as binance and other Crypto companies did then we can say good bye to the stock market for good
8213  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Sleep vs Cryptos (or vice versa) on: October 13, 2018, 04:37:22 AM
Has it changed your sleeping patterns?
Yes it has but I aren't getting fewer sleep in fact I now sleep very well since I joined Crypto way back in last 2015. I notice at a particular time my body has been program to wake up (around 5AM) that's to say my day starts @ 5AM  giving me 1hr+ to surf through the web getting informed about latest development in Crypto.
8214  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Crypto is a mirror on: October 13, 2018, 04:26:29 AM
Nice story you got there, bitcoin is a mirror that shows you who you truly are. I believe it because i never thought I had patience until I invested in bitcoin.bought just 15 late december 2015 before then I have left my last 3 girlfriends because of my impatience but after i invested in bitcoin I notice I'm really good at being patience. Still hodling to those coins more than my last 3 relationships all together. Funny to say but bitcoin is my new girlfriend Shocked trying everyday not to get emotionally attached in fact can't remember the last time I checked price per coin just know is around $6000+ per coin. The goal is to hold until it hits $50,000 per coin.
8215  Other / Serious discussion / Re: How do I ask for help without sounding awkward? on: October 12, 2018, 08:20:10 PM
You aren't. I believed contacting the elites members of this forum will be a great idea. Take time to go through the forum search for legendary members with positive trust reviews or forum administrative. If that don't get successful look for angel investors and work on the idea yourself who knows you might be the next Steve job Cool
8216  Other / Serious discussion / Re: How do you feel about ICO/Cryptos using children on: October 12, 2018, 08:01:13 PM
The question should be directed to the elites in the industry, what are they doing to prevent/put a stop to this. A system is decentralized does not mean there shouldn't be rules and regulations governing the system. Remember the saying. "Freedom without boundaries is bondage".
Because there aren't any rule governing the bounty system, they feel they can get away with any crime and true they do.
8217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Robert kiyosaki; Bitcoin (cryptocurrency) to destroy the stock market. on: October 12, 2018, 02:50:11 PM
I have been a follower of Robert kiyosaki for some while after I read 3 of his books on financial education. Of recent I notice his sudden interest in cryptocurrency after almost all his email I received pointed to opportunities bitcoin and the blockchain has to offer.
Late night I received another explaining how the stock market will be destroyed by cryptocurrency. In his words, "There is one difference… A HUGE difference. Cryptocurrencies could destroy the stock market. You now longer have to buy stocks to get a small piece of a company. You could just buy their coin. Now there is no transaction fee. No broker needed. It becomes much simpler. "

In simple terms the stock will become decentralized with the help of the blockchain. As a follower of his and a believer of the bitcoin (blockchain technology) I agree, do you?

What's your take on this, do you think the stock market can be destroy and how long do you think this will take before happening?.
8218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Don't start your day by checking the price of bitcoin in the morning. on: October 10, 2018, 05:45:24 AM
Many investors get addicted to checking the price of bitcoin first thing in the morning whether it be they're semi-holders or HODLERS (aiming to hodl for a very long time) . I read somewhere in respect to the stock market stating that, 'many investors day is determine by the price of his/her investment, leading to a great start if the price is up and bad start if price is down", because they checked the price of their investment first thing in the morning.
Although this information was based on the stock market, I know it also occurs in the Crypto market therefore I decided to give this advice here to benefit members of this forum, "avoid checking the price of bitcoin immediately you wake up in the morning, by so doing you're subconsciously programing your brain to response based on the price of bitcoin daily and these isn't good for your health. there's no gain in having wealth without health because health is wealth.

Question for viewers, if an investor is struggling with this addiction (checking the price of bitcoin daily), what steps do you suggest he uses to overcomes it.

Edited: this is an advise to investors not day traders, findings have shown that day traders don't live long and majority of them develop High blood pressure over time.

Edited: advise is for bitcoin not some shitcoin wanna be bitcoin, if you invest in any of those, please check them every 5mins for that big pump so you dump lol Grin Roll Eyes

Edited: feel free to drop your views on the following.
1: Can bitcoin be sent, received or traded (used) without the internet?
2:  Bitcoin 10 years anniversary, what good news are you expecting come 2019?
8219  Other / Serious discussion / Re: We are from all around the world on: October 09, 2018, 09:32:55 PM
Unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly untrue as venture capital, major business, and institutional investment continues to infiltrate crypto. I do believe that back in 2014-2015, this concept of a universal digital economy was a major strength of cryptocurrency. Community participation was focused on giveaways, tipping, and microtasks. Anyone active on the forums could earn $100+ a month for their signature which, for individuals in much of the third and developing world, represents earnings far above their real world monthly wages.
Time have change, there are more users on forum therefore aren't enough fund to go round for the payment of signature and the rest. Just as bitcoin is developing itself for world domination, I'm glad the forum is adjusting itself to accumulate more users.

OP, the best way to solve this issue is to keep your investment capital to yourself because as far as you're on this planet, there are some characters of individuals that can't be eradicate.
8220  Other / Serious discussion / Re: I still keep that token on: October 08, 2018, 08:47:37 PM
What's that popular saying again Grin was it "Forget about the past and move on into the future", or is it "keep the past as a remembrance in the future"? Oh now I'm confused. Well keeping that token might be the best way to learn from that experience while other moving on forgetting about the token might just work for them, that's just life.
