Install protection of personal information. 5. What is Ethereum, Smart Contracts & Blockchain? 6. What is Solidity? 7. How to write first basic smart contracts & Test it? 8. How to write a Minimal Viable Token of Solidity? 9. How to deploy & test the Minimal Viable Token of Solidity? The tricky part is when ANN and Bounty threads are started by different forum accounts, ANN's author could claim he's not responsible for bounty thread and google form etc.
How they claim that they aren't responsible? Google form are embeds on the thread. No way to skip if OP is same. And I am not asking about bounty managers. I am asking whoever required this kind of shady reply. They are requiring to leave good reply on ANN thread in order to get airdrop payment. So it will consider paid bumping and Alt coins giveaway. Which isn't allow by forum rules. |

Prevent account sale will very difficult if rules are not reconsider. Especially on local board, because most of DT are not able to read and identify it. Also account seller and buyer never care about red tag, mostly they has been using newbie account for account sale. Due to not against rules also moderators are not able to take action.
Best solution is account sale should be restrict officially. So that moderators will able to trash thread and OP will ban. It's not possible control by trust system since we don't know every local board language.

I have noticed, most of ICO has been asking reply on ANN thread by their Airdrop from. Perhaps they are trying to avoid thread trash. Reply ask from external source and paid for it should consider paid bumping, and according to rules thread will be trashed. Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.
Similar threads are already restricted to Games and Rounds in the non-altcoin sections, but the giveaway-related post volume is so high in the altcoin sections that I've decided to just ban them entirely here.
Report to moderators will not effective, because they have not asked on thread. They are asking by airdrop from or any others external source. What should we do if found similar case ?I believe asking reply on ANN thread one of the main reason of spam. Also fake reply misguide other members and investors. I have created a thread on reputation, List of ICO ANN thread bumper so moderator could take a look. Tread should leave on there or move on meta ? |

Well, perhaps he is planing to use BCH as a mother coin for his exchange. It's really negetive for BCH. At least he is trying to make potential his coin. He just not sit back like others coin owner. I will say it's obviously positive news for BCH lover. I am also BCH holder  . So also positive news for me. However, to be honest it will not much effect on BCH price. But somehow it will make BCH more potential. Let's see what is going on... |

Your subject isn't appropriate with your main post. However, reality is totally different from whitepaper. Most of ICO are just copy pasting or plagiarizing from others lately. And almost ICO are same concept. So there is no chance they will follow whitepapers. I have caught lots of ICO with fake team and plagiarized whitepaper. That's the reason people's are discourage to invest on ICO. It will never end. Every day coming new scammers. Solution is just avoid buy token during ICO. You will able to buy more cheap from exchange if they list. If you would like to invest than you have investigate deeply. Not just see website and decide to invest. But better option is avoid ICO.
