By default, cryptocurrency is decentralized, without government control.
I can't imagine that we will be allowed to use crypto currency in order to pay mortgage in the bank, to get loan, to buy house etc.
Every country have very strict rules regarding ''money laundering''.
With crypto currency, it's impossible to truck origin of money.
So, crypto currency will remain as alternative to real money, what is perfectly fine for me.
When I need it, I will exchange my btc funds to real money and spend without problem.

So, you are talking about free elections and voting and we already have it in every democratic country in the world.
I also think that many countries have strong and good leaders in the world

So, you don't talk about democracy here.
It's some kind of dictatorship.

In my opinion- Switzerland.
They didn't have war last 400-500 years.
In political relations are neutral and have good relations with all countries in the world.
I don't think that they have any serious crime in the country.
Everything in this country is about business.
Their material standard is the highest in the world.

I personally know many people which don't like modern technologies, Internet etc.
They even don't like to use Internet banking or ATM

With bitcoin, I don't think that we have instituted form of faith or something invisible, spiritual, that we are receiving purpose of life here.

Hitler attacked USSR to late, on the end of June, because of war in Yugoslavia before.
If he did it before, let's say in April, outcome could be different.
His big mistake also was announcement of war to America.
If Hitler waited just a year or two with announcement of war to America, and with an attack on USSR, and concentrated to first conquer Britain, the outcome of the war could be different.

I just talked with my friend.
He tried to explain bitcoin to his 60 years old boss but without success.
He can't understand from where bitcoin comes, feel it's illegal because no government control or regulations etc.

People wants to understand what is purpose of their life.
They understand that visible, external world, is not everything and that also invisible, spiritual reality exist.
If we wants to live happy and fulfilled life, we need to unite and harmonize this 2 worlds and find higher purpose in our life.
People are not afraid of God, they feel that God is origin of their life and love, their heavenly Father.

Only if you earn your btc funds through some concrete work, like programming, online marketing etc. or with signature campaign on this forum, you can say that bitcoin is source of income for you.

Bitcoin is based on people's vision to change the world and also to change their own life.
We don't like current financial system, we don't like banks, loans, poorly paid jobs and unequal distribution of wealth in the world.

Po onome što opisuješ, ti bi trebao platiti porez na dohodak, a ne porez na kapitalnu dobit (nemaš zaradu od dionica, dividendi i sl. već zaradu od ostvarenog rada).
Porez na dohodak se prijavljuje putem JOOPD obrasca u roku 8 dana od isplate tj. ostvarene zarade.
Kako se točno ispunjava JOOPPD obrazac i koliko se plaća porez, prirez i doprinosi, već sam dvaput napisao i objasnio u ovom topicu, ali evo još jednom (u nastavku posta, dolje).
By the way, na ovo još možeš očekivati i povrat poreza, ja ga dobivam svake godine, na svoj plaćeni porez na internetsku zaradu.
Napominjem da ćeš sa svojim poreznim referentom morati provjeriti šifre iz JOOPD šifrarnika, tj. odredit će ti poreznu karegoriju u koju točno spada tvoja internetsaka zarada.
Bez toga tvoja porezna prijava neće proči i bit će odbijena u poreznom sustavu.

Ponavljam post kako ispuniti JOOPD obrazac:
OK, pod pretpostavkom da si zaposlen i radiš i plaćaš prirez u Zagrebu, te da prijavljuješ drugi dohodak iz imozemstva, dat ću ti jedan primjer konkretne prijave poreznoj.
Prvo devizni iznos, koji si primio, moraš pretvoriti u kune po srednjem tečaju HNB-a na dan primitka.
Šifre koje upisuješ u JOOPD obrazac sam već objasnio u prethodnom postu, pa idemo na izračun.
Recimo da je 11. iznos primitka,  198,44 kn.
Tada je 12, Osnovica za obračun doprinosa, 138,91 kn (- 30 % za izdatke koje si imao).
12.1 Doprinos za mirovinsko osiguranje 10,42 kn tj. 7,5 % od 12.
12.2 Doprinos za mirovinsko osiguranje 2.stup, 3,47 kn ili 2,5 % od 12.
12.3 Doprinos za zdravstveno osiguranje 10,42 kn (7,5%)
13.1 Izdatak 59,53 kn ili razlika između 11 i 12.
13.2 Izdatak, uplaćeni doprinos za mirovinsko osiguranje, 13,89 kn ili 12.1 +12.2
13.3 Dohodak je 125,02 kn ili 12- 12.1 -12.2
13.5 Porezna osnovica je također 125,02 kn
14.1 Iznos obračunastog poreza na dohodak 30,00 kn ili 25 % od dohotka na 13.3
14.2 Iznos obračunatog prireza prezu na dohodak je 5.40 kn ili 18 % (prirez u gradu Zagrebu) od 14.1
16.2 Iznos za isplatu (neto iznos) u ovom primjeru je 149,15 kn ili ono što ostane kad se od ukupnog porimitka pod 11 oduzmu oba doprinosa za mirovinsko pod 12.1 i 12.2 te predujam poreza i prireza pod 14.1 i 142
Pod ostale stupce stavlja se 0.

Nakon ovog obračuna, pod V.5 Ukupan iznos predujma poreza na dohodak po osnovi primitka od kojeg se utvrđuje drugi dohodak piše se 35.40 kn.
POd VI. 1.2. Ukupni iznos doprinosa za mirovinsko osiguranje po osnovi drugog dohotka piše se 10,42 kn
Pod VI. 2.2 Ukupan iznos doprinosa za mirovinsko osiguranje  na temelju indvidualne kapitalizirane štednje po osnovi drugog dohotka piše se 3.47 kn.
Zadnja 3 iznosa se zbroje i plaćaju Poreznoj.

Dakle, u ovom primjeru državi je otišlo malo manje od 30 % od internet zarade Smiley
Evo, nadam se da je ovaj konkretan primjer (prihvaćen i odobren od porezne) pomogao.

Iskreno, onaj njihov odgovor, koji si objavio, bio je previšer uopćen. Uglavnom su samo kopirali odredbe zakona, u kojima se nigdje izričito ne spominje bitcoin, a očigedno je i da ne razumiju što je bitcoin, što je mining, trejd i slično.
Iskreno, nisam siguran da se možeš baš previše pouzdati u ovaj njihov odgovor.
Tek kad dođeš u konkretnu situaciju da predaješ poreznu prijavu, kod konkretnog poreznog referenta, i kada trebaš ispuniti i predati JOOPD obrazac, tek ćeš tada vidjeti kako to konkretno funkcionira u praksi, i što i koliko plaćaš.
