8281  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at all time high $6000 on: October 21, 2017, 10:09:52 AM
Heyyy guys , bitcoin at $6000 after world bank president said "buying bitcoin at 5200 is too expensive "  ... what price do you see the market will close this year at ? Thanks all  Wink

It's too expensive for them but I guess they took the chance of buying it because that's probably the dip for this year. As we are now in the new ATH record of $6,000.

I thought that $6,000 will happen on December but it's quite early to see it and the hard fork isn't yet to come so there's a lot of thing that can happen anytime from now on.

$8,000 - $10,000 is possible for this year before it ends.
8282  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: October 21, 2017, 09:42:30 AM
What do you think about SEMUX - better hold it or sell?

I don't think this coin is something that's worth to put your time, money and effort but who knows if this coin does have really the potential.

Try to read it's whitepaper, road map and all the things that is related to that alt coin. Just like UNO no one is expecting that there will be a pump scenario of it and it can possibly happen to it.

But if you believe with this alt coin just hold it, otherwise just sell it when you've got enough profit.
8283  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has Arrived in Thailand..... on: October 21, 2017, 08:58:45 AM
Interesting, nearby countries are starting to adopt bitcoin. And most of the Asian countries are now into bitcoin and I have a country that I've been waiting for it's total announcement about it's support to bitcoin.

And once they started to adopt bitcoin there will be a rise to the price. Japan is a small country but look at what they contributed to bitcoin, their contribution was greatly big.

A very good news, hopefully most of the countries in the future are all in bitcoin this will make every single transactions into cashless, we are near to cashless society.

Japan is already leading the way and most Asia countries look up to Japan because just like 80 years ago the country has been destroyed and in short amount of time (1960's) they have already moved forward after devastation and there's no stopping that country.

That's why a lot of its Asean neighbor is like looking for them in terms of its economic growth. And since they have accepted bitcoin, its likely that the neighbors will follow just like Thailand who is a haven for tourist with its sandy beaches and tourist spots. So its a brave move for the country and the effects will be felt on the tourism sector.

They are the country that's leading in terms of innovation and technology and bitcoin is a great tool for their transactions so no doubt that the adoption there is fast.

Every nearby Asian countries are now confident that there's a big support to bitcoin and they are not scared anymore about accepting and supporting bitcoin, unlike before bitcoin is treated like something that everyone should avoid.
8284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why most alt coins price is dropping down? on: October 20, 2017, 09:24:47 AM
Anyone knows why most alt coins price is dropping down?

i invest in many coins (+10) and all of them are dropping.
is this happens with all alt coins or only with ones i invested in ?

Nothing usual when the price of alt coins are dropping, it's either there is a btc event like hard fork and we are near to the 2nd hard fork for this year that will happen on October 25.

And next month before the real test which is another hard fork we will see the price of alt coins are going down again, everyone will be buying bitcoin on that moment just like what's happening today.

It's not a coincidence that the coins that you are holding mostly are dropping because it's a normal wave of market, just hold them.

I reckon your points, hard fork makes most altcoins price down, which is very normal, people want to get free coins-bitcoin gold or other forks, so they sell alts. But they will buy in after hard fork.

Alt coins price are always dropping whether it's hard fork or not, the market is always movable and also bitcoin is.

And let's see the market of alt coins after these two hard forks for sure there will be still a price movement and it can possibly go up and later on will drop.

Be used to the market as it's just a matter of up and down, this is how the market works for cryptocurrencies.
8285  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How many users disabled in Bittrex after 10 Oct 2017? on: October 20, 2017, 08:57:42 AM
My account was also disabled since 4 days ago. No decent response, I have enhanced verified my account which has been approved and nothing. I am seriously worried about losing my btc/altcoins

Your account was approved and what do you mean by nothing? You should be well now if you think that nothing has happened.

You'll not lose your bitcoins nor alt coins to bittrex unless you broke their rules but with the disabling of accounts they are giving those people to do something for enabling their accounts.

Compliance is the answer for those traders that got disabled.

8287  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold Versus Bitcoin? on: October 20, 2017, 08:07:37 AM
Before when I see people comparing bitcoin to gold I used to say that gold is a different thing, it's physical investment and it's value is even better than bitcoin.

But things has changed and also my belief as well. Bitcoin can possibly overtake gold's value but not it's place as it's still a different thing, the value of gold can be surpass by bitcoin.

I don't limit bitcoin's value now, as it keeps on growing it can even overcome almost every investment and this is very possible.
8288  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: job and trading together.. on: October 20, 2017, 07:45:03 AM
I think I can earn limited amount of money every month. I want to invest my money in trading. How can I get a good
a good amount profit every month??How I research the market? How to find out the good coin to invest? Thanks in advance ....

Researching the market is very easy because of the forum, all of the projects, ICO's, alt coins are listed here so you just have to choose those coins that you're in love with.

Finding out the good coin to invest are the ones that are listed on the coinmarketcap, you can look those coins that are listed on top 100.

But earning good amount of profit monthly? It's unpredictable, trading has never been stable all the time.

Not at all.You should practise a trading to get profit from trading. In all the thing their will be  up's and down.By the practise you can utilize that and shine in that. But

to shine in any field or process you are happy to face a loss or else .you can't analysis any thing and can't able to shine in that. You should have passion to get

success from it.

Sorry for elaborating because most of the time when I'm doing my own research I'm just taking a lot of time here in forum and reading different suggestions and helpful things from experienced traders and also with the new ones.

Choosing your passion over the profiting power is you have to sacrifice your passion just to have the profiting power. And this is the reason why many people are staying with their choice of making profit through trading and taking time to study.
8289  Economy / Speculation / Re: btc value on: October 20, 2017, 07:21:46 AM
hi all, new in here do all think that the value of btc is going up again?

Everyone has been positive and optimistic when it comes to the bitcoin value, so it's a yes.

If you are new to bitcoin you should study first on how bitcoin's value is growing. It's not just something that grows without any basis or has strong support from the community. And everyone talks this way that bitcoin is going to be the future.

And if you believe with that also, you will say that bitcoin's price will increase in the future.
8290  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin - new Business Opportunities on: October 19, 2017, 03:34:29 PM
Apparently, there's already a bitcoin ATM here in my country and luckily that means that our country is one of the supporters of bitcoin.

This makes every bitcoin users to see a very big support to the community of cryptocurrency. And also there are some small startup businesses that are now willing to accept bitcoin.

Also there are a lot of seminars that are being conducted by crypto groups that wants to raise the awareness about bitcoin.

8292  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 6000$ on: October 19, 2017, 01:39:25 PM
Is it possible to reach Bitcoin price 6000$ in the month end october 2017?
How do u think? Is it happen? advance thanks for your replies.
Not yet happening but it is possible to reach $6,000 before the end of this month. And I guess the price can go higher before the day of the hard fork, 2-3 days before it.

And also after the hard fork there can be a chance that it can pump too so $6,000 for this month is very possible and after that we have to think again of higher price to reach.

$10,000 is on it's way so just keep holding your coins out there.
8293  Economy / Economics / Re: How bitcoin can help for working abroad specially OFW on: October 19, 2017, 01:30:49 PM
Bitcoin/Coins.ph are so many way to make our life easier specially for OFW.
*They can use it to remit a money for their family in Philippines in a very convenient.
*Bitcoin is also way to earn extra money by using earning some satoshi or faucet.
Please share more on how bitcoin can help.
Faucets now are just a waste of time and there are few people that are depending with it but if I were you I'll stop using them because it's not even worth for your time.

Bitcoin can help us with our transactions don't forget that because others are into PayPal but some are into bitcoin now so if we want something online we just have look for a bitcoin sign if they are accepting it.

And by the means of bitcoin we can pay the fees and other stuffs through it.
8294  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex or Bitfinex on: October 19, 2017, 12:14:33 PM
If there's only 2 platforms and option is between Bittrex and Bitfinex I'll go with Bittrex. Bittrex may have some problems lately like those disabled accounts without informing their users, they have a big edge with Bitfinex because Bittrex have more pairs than Bitfinex. In terms of Volume, I think Bittrex have a higher volume but I love the UI of Bitfinex compared to Bittrex.

Bitfinex is still good even though they faced one of the biggest challenge of their business still many are trading on them. But when it comes to these two options, I'll go with bittrex.

I can see that most of the people here are for bittrex and this makes them one of the most known and best exchange of all time.

The disabling of account is due to the IRS and if you'll comply to their verification, you'll be fine.

8297  Economy / Economics / Re: Generating Passive Income on: October 17, 2017, 08:14:10 PM
Hey folks,

I realise that the simplest way to make a profit on crypto at the moment seems to be just buying and holding Bitcoin, but I'm curious if there are any coins or tokens designed specifically to generate ongoing passive income for holding them and if so, how they work?

Appreciate any replies,

You can mine and trade alt coins. Buying and holding bitcoin is a passive income and it will really give you great profit until the day that you are willing to sell it.

There are some other ways that you can add some passive income by investing to ICOs and also by investing to the bankroll of a casino.

Having a lot of source will give you passive income.
8298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wallets or exchanges supporting Bitcoin Gold? on: October 17, 2017, 07:55:24 PM
Bitcoingold is a inexperienced team. They are just advertising the fork rather than preparing from it. I don't think they'll have any value, not even close to bitcoincash.

I'm going to agree with it and only 1 week left but there is still no statement on how we can claim those bitcoin gold after the hard fork.

I'm thinking that nowadays hard forks are the new style of producing a new coin and instead of making their own ICO they are using forks for their sole purpose.

And that is to make money from it, but still let's wait from their team about the update of this coin.
8299  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin a Bubble? on: October 17, 2017, 07:27:37 PM
Wall street grows ever more certain Bitcoin is a bubble. I can't even say they're wrong. Flirting with $6000 per coin and low economic utility? For as dumb as Jamie Dimon sounds every time he says anything about Bitcoin, the tulip bubble analogy looks less and less inappropriate all the time.

Quote
In a note to clients published on Thursday, analysts at UBS took a long look at Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and the blockchain technology that underwrites this whole enterprise.

Looking only at pricing, UBS said that, “a twenty-fold increase in bitcoin prices in just two years, and an absence of any fundamental economic backing, cryptocurrency prices are almost certainly a bubble.”

Blockchain utility doesn't make crypto not a bubble. That'll be important to remember for people buying now expecting to make big gains at this cost basis, and there's real risk there.

Yeah the risk is always there and look on how Jamie Dimon is now going to implement blockchain technology to his JP Morgan Chase, is that a crazy thing right?

Not giving some ups to the original tester of this great technology which is bitcoin and even calling those people that are trading it as stupid ones.

I don't know what is up on the mind of this guy and he keeps on quacking about bitcoin, bitcoin might be a bubble before but I don't think it is now.
8300  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When should we buy and sell? on: October 17, 2017, 07:10:38 PM
When should we buy? The practice of everyone here is to buy those coins that are on dip and just to make sure we shouldn't know if that's the dip.

And when it comes to selling, we must sell when the price was at the very top of the chart and don't be too greedy as if you are expecting higher price or else you'll miss out selling it earlier.

Yes.The basic principles of trading any altcoin is, sell the coin ,when the price of coin reaches maximum and brought as much as you can ,when the price of coin is low or dig to low value. Selling will not make you lose.Only panic Selling, when the price fluctuates .To survive, avoid of panic selling.

But the challenge here is we don't know when that will be maximum price that an alt coin will be or bitcoin too. You have the right to predict and sell at those moments.

What's the best thing to do is to buy when you think you are able and do have a budget for it, because you only don't buy because you want to but there's a reason behind it.

Taking up the advantage when there's something negative in the market is the best thing you have to do.
