I am taking over the ritual of posting BitchCycle's Daily Action Item Checklist, since he broke his promise to do it himself.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=305686.0

It's been 35 days since this list was posted.

Unfortunately,

none of Sam's action items have been completed.

The list remains as it is.  I am including some suggestions added by the community, though it is important to note that these have not been agreed to by Mr. Noi.

I am PMing a reminder copy to Mr. Noi as soon as this is posted.

NOTES FROM THE Q&A

INCLUDING A TO-DO LIST FOR SAMUELE NOI.

I am PMing a copy of this to-do list to the Labcoin account as a reminder of the action items from this session.

I am also asking Mr. Noi to inform us when these items are completed.

Actions for the next 24 hours.

Skype session with Ukyo regarding Bitfunder listing
Posting to the forum the amount of BTC left in the company funds.
    Change pool to Eligius
Make the labcoin portfolio public on BTCT

Other actions to complete ASAP

Verification of ID.  A good start would be writing "I am Samuele Noi of Labcoin" and the date on a piece paper, and photograph yourself holding it.
Photos of the hosting facilities as well as the operational boards
Send a sample board to TheSeven.  This should be done immediately as the sooner he gets the board the sooner he can provide advice. Delays have a direct cost.
Exact power consumption figures for the chips/boards

Actions for the community to complete ASAP

Nominate a panel of community representatives to work closely with Samuele. This should be done immediately. We complain about delays from Sam, let's not do what we criticize him for.

- COMPLETED

Suggested additional items from the community

Meet with a shareholder in person in Shenzhen / Hong Kong. Lunch/coffee/tea meeting etc.  Merv77 has indicated that he will be in town and available Oct 23 - Nov 11. An in person meeting with a third party could soothe a lot of anxieties.
Provide a full accounting for all money spent so far.  A spreadsheet showing expenses and dates would be ideal.

THIS LIST WILL BE REPOSTED DAILY WITH ITEMS CHECKED OFF AS THEY ARE COMPLETED

but crumbs that's the important stuff he is doing.  deleting posts is WAAAAY more important than giving real information concerning his virtual company's actions, staff, progress, etc.  sigh...  i guess you'll just never get it, will you?

I love being quoted by crumbs. I didn't say anything I've not already said but thanks for quoting me and missing the bit about about him being an ideas guy who did a good thing with eASIC.

I'm intrigued at the way you gloat at real people with real problems. Not one ounce of empathy, not one ounce of credit given, and never a positive word to say. One wonders what your own life must be like. Very sad I assume, from the amount of time you spend on this forum shitting on everything and everyone. I can only presume you spent a lot of time being bullied as a kid and decided to take it out on everyone else. That or you're an egotistical twat. It only frustrates me because you're clearly also intelligent.

For exactly what do you want one ounce of credit?  For your stubborn, emotional attachment to an unregulated security?  For your specific lack of due diligence and general cluelessness?

Pointing out Ken's strange prioritization of deleting posts over substantive activities is not gloating.

Helping you and the rest of the Cheerleaders learn from your mistakes is not egotistical.

You just don't like the fact that we were right and you were wrong.

You also resent losing money by refusing to listen, stamping your feet, and drinking more Kool-Aid to spite us "twats."

That's OK, go ahead and vent all you like.  Shoot us poor vilified messengers if it soothes your aching butthurt.

We told you so.  You didn't listen.

Man up and take responsibility for your failures.
8323  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 05, 2013, 06:31:30 PM
Fabrication process for the chips was announced finished 9/17.  It took almsot 2 weeks to cut the wafers and get them to KNC.
My point was, Hashfast isn't even at the fabrication finished announcement stage.

Chin up little buddy.

We know TSMC won't fail to deliver.

There'll be sun!

Just thinkin' about
Tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs,
And the sorrow
'Til there's none!

When I'm stuck with a day
That's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And Grin,
And Say,
Oh!

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow

Cheesy  Crumbs' thread is better than the one for Kool Aid drinkers.

I'm thinking of requesting a refund on my 2th.. doesn't look like they are on schedule

how are you going to get a refund?

http://cointerra.com/consumer-sales-agreement/

they are pretty clear that they don't want to ever give any money back for any reason

Sorry, Cointerra wasted all your money on a failed attempt to fix a broken chip design.

When more than a month has passed since mock tape-out, and no word of actual tape-out is spoken, we can read between the lines and see something is seriously wrong.

Cointerra probably realized their initial design was unworkable, had to start over from scratch, and then found out the second design wouldn't work either.

So far Cointerra's business model is:

1)  Collect $$$ from pre-orders and investdurrs.

2)  Waste money on failed chip designs

3)  Huh

4) PROFIT

This the flawed premise.

he deletes your posts now because you have proven over a long period of time and plenty of posts to be a cunt, that have no manners when it comes to holding a discussion. simple as that. the same goes for the epic troll, crumbs.

The cheerleaders have been proven wrong.  That's why the Board resigned en mass.

The truth tellers have been proven correct.  That's why we are not allowed to post.

One would think Ken has better things to do than sit around on the forum all day playing troll-patrol.

Shouldn't he be busy with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, colored coins, SEC compliance, and designing new logos/lulzy web graphics?

Is this a fucking joke? Conservativism is being trampled to death, and libertarianism has been dead for hundreds of years.

It's always darkest before dawn.

Bitcoin is a true game changer in the battle against central banking and other forms of authoritarianism.

It's too late for me, I sold when he declared DMC null and void.

Later he changed his post to allow for 11-1 AM exchange.  Wish I had kept the original post, maybe thermos can get it.

Regardless, thank you very much for your attention to this distressing matter.

We don't need another Bitcoin scammer laughing all the way to the bank.

8338  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Cointerra playing funny buggers with its users Its $13,999 not $5,999 on: October 31, 2013, 10:42:38 PM
Hello,
Thank you for your input. We did indeed list the December ship-date TerraMiner IV @ $13,999, and the January ship-date for $5999. If there is some confusion feel free to contact us here or via info@cointerra.com

You guys are only shipping for January at this point right?

That's probably correct.

After being stuck for a month fixing a flawed mock tape-out, chances of Cointerra shipping in Dec are slim to none.

It will take GlobalFoundries longer than TSMC to make the chips, because of their more limited and inferior 28nm facilities.

Chips most likely won't be done until mid/late Jan.  I'd be surprised if they shipped batch one before mid to late Feb.

There is only one question left that needs answering.

Is Alessia hawt?

That certainly isn't enough. Any member of that "advisory board" should be considered a scammer.

Nah, Vbs is good people.  I just had to give him enough of a hard time sufficient to goad him into speaking up.
