8361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: April 17, 2017, 07:51:18 AM
The future of bitcoin for me is depend on it's popularity because bitcoin is based on the supply and demand law so if many people will use bitcoins in their everyday lives the bitcoin price will go up because the supply will be lessen, So the future of bitcoin is depend on the people.
Indeed, if bitcoin gain no popularity then bitcoin will become worthless because there is no people buying bitcoin and maintaining the market to be active so i also think that bitcoin needs popularity to have a bright future but as of now, bitcoin had enough that popularity and the price of bitcoin now is getting higher and higher and the future is getting brighter than before.
8362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: April 17, 2017, 07:37:09 AM
Currently I do not intend to spend the bitcoin I have. Investing or storing bitcoins for a long time now looks so good to work on big profits in the future. Well, i regret having spent my bitcoin in the past for fun, so maybe this is the right time to save bitcoin.
Great decision, buy and save bitcoin as much as you can and you will be happy for that decision after at least 4 years because the price in that year will be very high and you can spend your bitcoins after 4 years and you can have some fun with your profits. I also regret when i spent my bitcoins in gambling site because i was so greedy and i want to earn as fast as i can but i didn't i know that it is more worthy to hold or invest it rather than playing gambling.
8363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Number of Bitcoin users. on: April 17, 2017, 07:27:06 AM
Recently, a comprehensive cyrpto currency study was conducted by the university of cambridge.Although,it has revealed various aspects of bitcoin such as total number of wallets used, number of unique users of crypto currency wallets, but finally they have said that it is impossible to know precisely how many people use crypto currency. What do you think? Can we atleast get an approximate number of  total Bitcoin users world wide?

It is possible to get the precise number of bitcoin users if ever all the users are using a bitcoin wallet services that are collecting some personal information from a certain user for verification purposes such as IDs or bank account or whatsoever but this case wouldn't be in favor of the users .

Really? I guess not, it is impossible to see the exact volume of users of bitcoin in the way you are suggesting. There are a lot of bitcoin wallet out there and some uses off line wallet which is not I guess counted on what you are suggesting.
I agree with you there is a lot of things to consider before looking for the exact number of bitcoin users because it needs a lot of time and effort in order to know the exact number because we will need a lot on information from the different kind of wallets online and to those hardware wallets sellers and a lot more, so it is impossible to know the exact number and we don't need to look for the exact numbers of bitcoin users because we already know that it is increasing every day.
8364  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: April 17, 2017, 07:12:00 AM
I don't like having a bitcoin bank, I love the way bitcoin as a decentralized digital currency, making a bitcoin bank means that it will be be centralized digital currency controllable by some group oe the government tapping on our accounts making our privacy their entertainment in their leisure. I good on how bitcoin is kept on our wallets and for me, is the reason why Satoshi Nakmoto made the currency, to manage ourown money.
as we can see that most of the people are not in favor of bitcoin banking system. most of the bitcoin users want to continue with online system as it is more reliable and trusted to them as they can use it very easily and conveniently.
Right, most of the people here doesn't like banks because banks means centralization and if this idea will continue and be real then we are no longer decentralized and the bank of bitcoin can be a manipulator of the market since they got the most of the supply and they can control our money. We don't need bank because even when we just created a wallet, it is already a bank for us.
8365  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: April 17, 2017, 06:20:06 AM
How Bitcoin would die, in theory:

-Bitfinex and USDT crash the market, or a lack of consensus from scaling, or both

-Mining becomes unprofitable for anyone except Jihan Wu

-Mining becomes extremely monopolised

-Bitcoin is no longer decentralised, thus the majority of people using it decide it's no longer what it's supposed to be and leave

-Mining becomes unprofitable even for Jihan Wu

-Bitcoin dies.
I see that the most concern in your post is all about mining which is i agree with. If mining will not profitable anymore then it will become a reason for miners to leave bitcoin and if miners will leave bitcoin then there is no people supports the network and network eventually dies and it will become a reason for investors to leave also and sell their coins.
8366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: April 16, 2017, 10:41:15 AM
I prefer trading in an attempt to get bitcoin
Although it requires proper analysis to open a sell order or buy a coin transaction
Because I just learned to start trading
It is okay if you just learned to start trading because i'm sure it will be fun for you to do that kind of source of income because trading altcoins or bitcoins is that hard to start because it just need some analyzation and some few patience for yourself to hold bitcoins or altcoins for a little more time to get profits.
8367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: April 16, 2017, 10:30:26 AM
I think that at this time it is difficult to invest safely to make a profit. Be careful with HYIP projects, Ponzi, because it's so dangerous, it can cost you all the money you have. To earn Bitcoin and get the profit from us think you should join the business and trade some kind of altcoin, of course you will have to learn to have experience doing those things. If you know business it can help you make a lot of money. You can also join the signature campaign in the forum to earn more Bitcoin Cheesy
There are more investment like casino sites. Most of the newbies in bitcoin are investing in HYIP because they think this is the fastest way to make money they are not aware that HYIP is s scam
Investing in casino bankrolls are a lot of safer than HYIPs because they are just a site for temporary or short term and not for long term like casino, most of the signs of hypes, they are offering big returns in a short period of time unlike in casinos that they are offering an average return per year and not short term because they are more like secured and stable business rather than HYIP.
to me i think it is not the right time to invest your money anywhere, because the price of bitcoin is expected to increase, therefore to me i think it will be more better option to simply hold bitcoin and not to invest it any where. as if the price of bitcoin goes high then it can also give you a good profit. therefore holding bitcoin is more better than investing it anywhere else.
Holding bitcoins will be slow for you to earn or make money while investing can boost that slow process into a new level where you can easily earn up to 10% per month from your investment while just by holding, there is no assurance that you will earn money because the market is so volatile and you can't be sure that everyday the price will go up.
8368  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: April 16, 2017, 10:18:51 AM
Bitcoin is not money, it's just a virtual currency that is not backed up by anything but users. In a short time he managed to develop very well, but the future is in doubt.
Currency and money is just the same the only thing difference from the traditional currency is being virtual or being digital. Bitcoin is just in the internet and there is no substitute for bitcoin physically but it works just like the traditional currency because you can use it in any transactions like buying or accepting payments.
Also, Bitcoin cannot forged as fiat money. I always thought that Bitcoin it really money,
but unlike fiat money that has form and we can grasp and hold. Unlike the Bitcoin
that exists only on the Internet but we can change as a fiat money.

It's true that bitcoin we can't get on the paper but there are more important differences between real (fiat) money and bitcoin.
Real money is regulated by the central banks in each country, by the law and financial regulation.
Bitcoin is decentralized, no government control.
In the real world, you receive real money, as payment for your work/services directly at your bank account, with your full info (name,  address etc).
You can also receive bitcoin as payment for real work/services offered directly to your bitcoin wallet but you don't need to reveal your identity.
So, in some aspects bitcoin is money but you can't report income from bitcoin to your tax office, for example.
It's not regulated yet.

That is one of the good thing about bitcoin is being decentralized which means that nobody owns you and nobody can control you unlike in fiat that the government owns them and control them like in supply and the circulation unlike bitcoin that doesn't need that to just survive in different financial markets.
8369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: April 16, 2017, 10:01:23 AM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

If you have just your fiat money,it will just remain same and it will not grow. But if you invest it in bitcoin,it would grow gradually giving you good returns. You can enjoy tax free for your earnings in bitcoin unless it is regulated in your country. You could send huge amounts of money via btc to any parts of the world instantly with low fees.
That is the right words to describe the difference of bitcoin and real money because if you have fiat then it will still be that fiat money who does not improve its value while if you have bitcoin then you also have investment where you can earn decent amount of money from just holding your stocks.
8370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: April 16, 2017, 09:43:12 AM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
Bitcoin willnot be replaced. No altcoin could come to bitcoin's place.Bitcoin is the pioneer in crypto currency.Altcoins were in need of bitcoin for their valuation.Bitcoin has survived successfully many critical situations and it would survive more.

Bitcoin will not be replaced but it can be replicate, There are many attempt already but most of those coins are now no price. I wonder too that those other alt are a replication of Bitcoin also with a different roadmap and more different than Bitcoin that is why those are still surviving and some of its price are rising.
Almost of the altcoins are doing that, they are copying bitcoin or doing replicates of bitcoin just to tell that they are better than bitcoin. There are a lot of altcoins that are just wastes in the market and just created for money and scams so i don't there is a chance for bitcoin to be replaced by just an altcoin.
8371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: April 16, 2017, 09:23:14 AM
In this year I just was not lucky and I have not had one bitcoin in this year, because I always lost in gambling, it is very tormenting and this year is really the year that frustrated me. Now I can only hope and keep trying so that I could have one bitcoin in this year.

Come to think of it if you did not use that money in gambling you probably have accumulated a bitcoin now.

Many BTC are wasted on gambling and the majority of the reason here on why they still don't own a single BTC is just because they lose it all on gambling which is personally i belong to. I still don't have a single BTC even if my salary on betcoin was pretty high last year. I've wasted it all on poker and dice site which is my greatest mistake in my life.
Somehow that post made me laugh. That is a fact that a lot of people gamble away there money but what I think is funny is that you are advertising a casino in your signature! Even better you can play dice there. I think you are transferring a mixed message there.

I think if you are going to gamble with your money though you should do it betting on sports or something that is a little more predictable in my opinion.
I agree with you, invest or bet that money in a way more predictable game and not on completely random game. Sports betting and other kind of gambling is good for people who love sports but those who didn't know anything about sports then they are just gambling with the dice or just going with the flow with no idea how they will end up.
8372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: April 16, 2017, 09:01:03 AM
Well i know a lot of ways to earn bitcoins . First of them is mining . I think is the most profitable way i have ever seen . Lot of people use this method , but the big problem at mining is  the electricity

Second way is tradin . You can find lot of tutorials on youtube
For you information, mining is one of the most expensive ways of earning bitcoin and you need a lot of money to start with that business because the mining rigs or graphics card that you are buying are so expensive and you will mind another problem which is the electricity. Another information is, in mining it is slow process to earn money with that so it will be useless for you if you can't provide enough fund to yourself.
8373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: April 16, 2017, 08:46:20 AM
I was just trying to earn 5-10$ extra money in a week. But when i understood the potencial, everything was changed. Bitcoin and altcoins are now investment instrument for me.
That's very possible to earn that amount, I earn more than that daily so I believe you can also do that. In the crypto world there's a lot of opportunities where you can maximize your profit and that all depends on how smart you are and on how to dedicate your time with working or investing.
That is good for you if you earn more than $5-10 per day because that is a good one for a person that only do is go online and do simple things online and earn that 5-10 us dollars per day. Can you share some of the opportunities that you already grabbed so you are earning that amount? We could really appreciate that.
8374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: April 16, 2017, 08:33:44 AM

Maybe because Bitcoin still doesn't solve the problem with the scalability and the competitors has fastest transactions, that's why I'm keep saying maybe

Right now bitcoin can't overcome PayPal if we are going to think about it. Because we can see on how PayPal still has a lot of crowd and users it's quite impossible that it will happen for now. But one day there would be a chance that it is going to happen when people wants decentralized crypto currency and anonymity.

Absolutely right from these reasons bitcoin can not overcome paypal, maybe for near future the developer of bitcoin can fix that problem and improve the features of bitcoin.
The user of paypal is too much if we compared with bitcoin user, it is very difficult to overcome paypal.
We don't care about the volume of the paypal users because that is just temporary and easy to overcome. The only thing we should been focus on is the service of bitcoin, if bitcoin will continue to be cheap in fees and still fast then there is no reason for bitcoin to not overcome paypal, People just use paypal because of their service and if we have a better one then we could literally overcome the big paypal company.
8375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: April 16, 2017, 08:05:09 AM
for me, the best source of bitcoin for now is through trading and gambling ( if the luck beside you) because nowadays there too many online scams that take your bitcoins today some they pay once and they gonna shutdown your money, but in trading you are only one who control and decide in your coins to make profit. in gambling you can earn bitcoins too but the risk to lose is high.
I agree That trading that the best source of bitcoin but I dissagree about gambling, in my oppinion gambling is the worst source of bitcoin because it is just depend on luck. we will not being lucky  everyday, so We will lose money much more than get Money.
Gambling is not a source of income because it is just a income or money waster where you wage your capital and enjoy in the first few moments but in the end you will cry because you lose from the game and you will regret from putting money in gambling and playing that while in trading you can have a fully control for yourself and the kind of game that you are playing.

8377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: April 16, 2017, 07:48:22 AM
certainly for future purposes, for changing my life.
that is good reason to own bitcoin. although the price of is stable at $1000 - $1200 but bitcoin is volatile so the price could be rise or down anytime. but when more people use bitcoin the price of it is tend to rise.
Even the price of bitcoin is kinda volatile it is still going up because the down of the price of bitcoin is just temporary and it is just a giving opportunity for traders or buyers but overall bitcoin will always goes up in its price and it is getting more expensive day by day because of the new people that are getting in the bitcoin community.
8378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make governments accept bitcoin? on: April 16, 2017, 07:37:48 AM
I guess I'm lost. Why would you want governments to support Bitcoin? I thought Bitcoin was the big anti-government anti-fiat rockstar that was going to help libertarians take over the world. What changed? Did I miss a meeting?
If bitcoin was accepted by the government then it will be a big step up for bitcoin because bitcoin will have a greater foundation which is the support of the government and the government will not allow bitcoin to die because they are already par of it. You didn't missed a meeting or any kind related to that. This is just a topic that discussing about that which is kinda good idea for bitcoin because we have a chance to get a support from one of the most powerful group in the world and that is the government.
8379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: April 16, 2017, 07:27:29 AM
I think bitcoin will be die if no one use bitcoin. Because people that make bitcoin is worthed. There are a lot of people that use bitcoin for their daily life especially some people in city that so many merchant in there that accept bitcoin.
Yes, that will be the worst case scenario for bitcoin. If no one will use bitcoin then bitcoin will be just worthless thing in the internet because its value will be down on $0 because there is no demand and no one else is buying or using it as their currency so bitcoin will probably die if that happen but i think it is nearly impossible if you compare on what is happening right now.
8380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: April 16, 2017, 07:17:18 AM
altcoin are definitely helping bitcoin more than trying to overtake it, you can see that with all the alt, there are more money involved in crypto

also some alt attracted tons of investors in the past like doge coin for example, they are a good magnet for newbie investors that are approaching bitcoin world
I do agree with you. Altcoins are just kinda like helpers for bitcoin to get or gain some investors or users because the altcoin market are very cheap and they help bitcoin by their market. i.e is when a person want to invest in altcoin then he would probably buy bitcoin which will help the bitcoin economy because of the supply that will be cut from the circulating supply and it will go to the market of altcoins which will do the same. So altcoins is just like a helper for bitcoin but impossible to overtake bitcoin.
