8381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin invest on: March 07, 2016, 10:54:56 AM
First suggestion about bitcoin is, strictly avoid ponzi and hyip schemes. You will loose your bitcoin if you start investing in them.

Secondly, Trading is a good way to increase your bitcoin. But don't start trading without knowing what it is. If you have sufficient knowledge about stocks trading, you may start with a little.

Thirdly, For low risk investment, you can try p2p loan website like BTCJAM. I have been trying this website since last few months and I have got good results. However, I will vouch for it so enter at your own risk.

Fourth and last, try cloud mining contracts. But always check the tenure and reputation of the website before investing in.

8383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: March 07, 2016, 05:53:50 AM
Ethereum may be the future but don't forget that bitcoin is the foundation of crypt world. So I don't think, Ether will not be able to priced like bitcoin ever. But Ethereum certainly has a nice future and also the price is sky rocketing nowadays. So I have also started accumulating this coin but not stopped accumulating bitcoin. Bitcoin will make it big one day.
8384  Local / India / Re: Is Bitcoin illegal in India? on: March 07, 2016, 05:35:36 AM
I don't think that bitcoin is illegal in INDIA as there is no clear law about it.

However, Delhi police have arrested the operation manager of a bitcoin trading firm, because that person was involved in the fraud it seems. But there is no clear indication that bitcoin is illegal because of this matter only.

I think one day INDIA will have to come forward to frame a particular law about the crypto currencies sooner or later. But restraining people from using bitcoin will be impossible.
8385  Local / India / Re: CoinSecure bringing in merchants to accept bitcoins? on: March 07, 2016, 05:07:32 AM
That's a great news indeed!! This will increase the market penetration of Bitcoin in INDIA and will give it a great boost.

Can anyone please share the list of the merchants accepting bitcoins in INDIA? The article doesn't have a list.

8386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Valorbit | VAL | https://valorbit.com | Valorbit coins Distributed By Humans on: March 07, 2016, 04:22:11 AM
Hello guys,

Thanks for your continued support towards VAL.

As a means to lighten the mood a bit in the thread, I just started a VAL Doubler.

Visit here: https://doubler.valorbit.win/

120% returns and for as long as you don't get your doubled return your coins will be staking and if the amount is reached via staking you will be paid double with the staked amount.

I consider it low risk but draw your own conclusions.

Feel free to give it a try and as always any questions, doubts or anything else just mention me in this thread or shoot me a private message.

Keep on supporting VAL!

Cheers

EDIT: Minimum amount is 10,000 VAL with the maximum being 100,000 VAL. Anything lower or higher than these amounts is considered a donation. Thank you.

Good indeed!! At least you are trying to save the coin by making faucet, dice and now this.

But seeing the trading scenario in c-cex, I don't think this coin will long last. There are movements in LTD and Doge market but bitcoin market is moving at a very slow pace. Dumpers are everywhere. I think DEV should come forward and take some steps to save the coin.
8387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your first bitcoins came from.. (faucets aside) on: March 07, 2016, 04:08:22 AM
I don't yet have one bitcoin yet   Cry

But I am nearing to have one.

I am currently earning from trading altcoins with bitcoin and by p2p loans.

Probably within one month I will have eone bitcoin.
8388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I just mortgaged my house to buy ethereum on: March 06, 2016, 06:53:31 AM
Buying Ethereum is ok, but mortgaging your home for it, is not wise.

You might be having a different risk taking capability than me, but still, giving away your home just to buy crypto coins, may be fatal.

But wish you all the best. I hope you will pay off your mortgage soon.
8389  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptofans.com incentive (earn Bitcoin for posting) on: March 05, 2016, 09:06:43 PM

I can't see any thread mentioning the rate per post. Can anyone help with the link of the particular thread that can help?

8392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan considers making bitcoin a legal currency on: March 05, 2016, 08:24:55 AM
It is really a welcoming step taken by Japan. If it happens, more investments will come to crypto currency market and the prices will increase. It will benefit the people involved in crypto currency market world wide.

The only sad part is that, it will be more regulated and taxed.
8393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Currency Central Bank Declares Ethereum a Fake Crypto Currency on: March 05, 2016, 07:56:19 AM
lol!!! It seems like the Central Bank doesn't have a domain name and using free subdomain service.

I guess, it's a publicity stunt by you to make people visit your blog.

What ever it is, Ether is sky rocketing and people are making good profit from trading. Till the time people are earning money, no one will bother whether it is fake or real.

8394  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Would you guys trust Spectrocoin for large volume trades ? on: March 04, 2016, 11:55:02 AM
Looks really good, but never heard of this website earlier.

one UK number is mentioned. Any guy from UK can give it a try and let us know his feedback.

I think it can be used for a small amount initially and let them build up reputation first.
8395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: advantage of bitcoin debit card? on: March 04, 2016, 10:33:23 AM
Bitcoin debit card is very good idea and it will push bitcoin further to become a mainstream currency. But the world first needs to be educated about bitcoin. A majority of the world population don't know what it is and what its use.

But bitcoin debit card is a very welcoming change. Only I wish the fees are lower though.

8397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: any bitcoin wallet that pay interest for keeping money? on: March 04, 2016, 05:17:02 AM
Nope.....such wallet doesn't exists.

However, you can use BTCPOP.CO and move your bitcoin in to their savings account which will give you a little interest (around 5% APR).

But I can't assure you about the security of the website neither will vouch for it. Use their service at your own risk.
8398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Life Inside a Secret Chinese Bitcoin Mine on: March 04, 2016, 05:11:14 AM
good share..But when the Chinese govt. will start racking down Bitcoin holders, they will be in a big trouble.
8399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets? on: March 04, 2016, 05:09:42 AM
The reason behind using more than one wallet is diversification which may save someone from loosing all his/her bitcoin.

It's a wise idea and it's always better to to use at least 3 wallets where the amount can be divided and kept safe. So if one wallet become scam, that person will be able to survive some of its coin.

I myself use one desktop wallet and two online wallets.
8400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Valorbit | VAL | https://valorbit.com | Valorbit coins Distributed By Humans on: March 04, 2016, 05:01:56 AM
That's really great if the dev has stopped giving away free VAL. It might save the coin from drowning.
