841  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 09, 2013, 12:15:11 PM
Until I see where the 3 million shares are, I consider this a scam. Why aren't you showing us your portfolios?

There's no way to sell 3 million shares any time soon, so I'm not super concerned at this point.

Having said that, this seems like a very simple issue to resolve.  Send the account info to Burnside ASAP.

Volume without IPO funds = 11472.7 BTC

I am not saying they sold all 3 M. My guess is 25% or 750 000 shares.

Yes, I also guess is already sold 25%!!

That would mean no major other trades were made.

Why is that?

Mistake of mine, got the deciamal point wrong. Sorry.

Only 75% are paid out the rest gets reinvested.

1Th is 9000$, friedcat once said his cost are well under 10000$/Th.

845  Other / Archival / Re: NA on: August 07, 2013, 11:15:09 AM
In all honesty, less than you paid for them. In HAND chips are selling @0.11 BIN. You're talking about chips still 4-6 weeks away.

Where are the chips in hand for sale @ 0.11?
In the comp hardware market place IIRC

The only in hand sale I found was by orobank asking 2000$ for 100 pieces.
Thats about 0,25 BTC each.

848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: August 06, 2013, 06:51:19 PM
You probably know that most of their NRE costs are 3rd party costs, which they have to pay before they will have any ASICs in their hands.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but they can only refund customers with money they still have, can't they?
HyperMega;
You know any 28NM foundries that let you book space or will even give you a QUOTE on a wafer run before you design is complete and submitted to them?   Any idea on the advance notice you need right now to get a 28nm lot done?   Money in June to get through vetting process, then they would sign an NDA and start designing, then submittal, then quote, then booking, then wafers, then chips, then..........How many days between June 15 and end of September (math was never my thing)?
This could be a record.

The willys jeep was constructed in 30 days and that was some years ago.
Don´t see any major problem here.

How much daily arbitrage volume would be needed to level bitstamp <-> mtgox?

Can you post the public links to the core team's BTCT portfolios to prove that they have held the shares and will continue to?

If burnside says it's locked then presumably it's actually locked. As in, unable to be sold using the system.

There's no such thing as a "lock" feature for shares, nor did Burnside say he has manually locked anything. Or did I miss something?

Some pages before he told he could lock them on request.

http://www.andreas-schwope.de/ASIC_s/Entwicklung/entwicklung.html

That´s a different avalon chip, has nothing to do with bitcoin.

The bidwall at 0.016 was eaten by a large market sell.
Now trading under IPO price.
858  Local / Biete / Re: [Gruppenkauf] Avalon ASIC Chips (SebastianJu) Batch 6 bestellt (geschlossen) on: August 04, 2013, 06:03:40 PM

The mining pool / solo mining doesn´t really matter right now.

It´s all about bringing the hashing power online as soon as possible.
